28/01/2026: This is our first time getting takeout pizza from this pizzeria. We called at 7:45 PM, and by 8:00 PM, our pizzas were already on the table. The dough was also very light and the pizzas were really good. We were very satisfied. Thank you so much!

18/01/2026: Every time I need takeout, I choose them because the pizza is really good and I've always had a good taste. Unfortunately, however, punctuality hasn't been their strong point for some time now. The last time we ordered pizzas was at 9:00 PM. After an hour, we called and were told we'd have to wait another 15 minutes. Another hour passed (two hours after the scheduled time), and when we called again, they told us the pizzas still needed to be baked. By then, it was already 11:00 PM, and I had to cancel the order. It's a real shame, because the quality of the pizza is worth it, but it would be important to improve order management and delivery times.

07/12/2025: The food is good, but they make you wait quite a bit. Yesterday, from 8:35 pm when we arrived, we ate until 10:15 pm.

14/08/2025: If I could, I'd give it 0 stars. I arrived at 8:30 PM, and at 10:00 PM I was finally able to order. At 11:00 PM, they still hadn't even brought us drinks. My family and I grabbed our things and left. The waiter was terrible; he only took orders for his friends, and we were left like beaten dogs, starving. I don't recommend it. Kind regards, but not really.

02/01/2026: We've been going to Blu Tunnel for a while now, and it's always a guaranteed success. The food is always excellent: from classic sandwiches and gigantic burgers to pizzas, from starters to main courses, and even salads, everything is prepared with care and flavor. The staff is friendly, always helpful, and welcoming, each one better than the next. The environment is tidy and very clean, which we greatly appreciate. It's a place we always love to return to and we recommend without hesitation.

29/11/2025: I don't understand why this place has a low average (3.7). Today, I ate this delicious pizza with three of my friends. The pizza dough and ingredients are of good quality. The waiters were also really kind, the place was well-kept, and above all, the clean kitchen is a real plus! I'm someone who always checks the kitchen and the counter before sitting down, and I can say it's spotlessly clean! It's not the first time I've eaten at Blu Tunnel, but I've always had a great experience, never had any problems! I'll be happy to visit again. I can also choose between a sandwich, pizza, or meat. It's truly excellent!

18/09/2025: Beware of the lady! She's being clever and inflating prices (I suggest you pay attention to the scales and your change, too). She'll also always try to sell you much more than you asked for.

18/07/2025: We stayed in San Nicolo for 2 month and we we came to this bakery almost every day for fresh bread, pizza or arancino. Everything is very fresh and the stuff is friendly.

05/12/2025: I've always thought they were SELLING people. This evening I had confirmation. I purchased a too good to go and three minutes before delivery they cancelled the order. It's not done, I let my teenage son go get the package because I hadn't been able to cook for him, they are absolutely unreliable. No, buy from them with these fake promotions. They only want to see cash. Shame!!!

30/06/2025: Anyone who knew this place during the historic Centamore management knows exactly what I'm talking about: it was a point of reference for good food, hospitality and an authentic atmosphere. Today, unfortunately, absolutely nothing of all this remains. The new management has completely overturned the identity of the place and not for the better. Once upon a time, you came here with the certainty of finding quality, kindness, professionalism. Today you leave only with the feeling of having wasted time and money. The service is approximate, often improvised, with staff who seem more annoyed than happy to welcome you. The courtesy of the past has been replaced by arrogance and a total lack of organization. In recent times, the situation has worsened further: the place has transformed without warning into a sandwich shop, completely erasing any connection with real catering. But the even more serious thing is that they didn't even deign to inform those who had booked for events, banquets or ceremonies. Customers left disoriented, without respect, without a phone call, without anything. As for the food… better not get your hopes up. What is served today has nothing to do with the cuisine that once made this place special. Dishes without soul, without identity, without attention. It is an insult to the memory of what this place represented. Not even the most mediocre of establishments would have the courage to propose certain things. The problem is not only the decline in quality, but the attitude of those who now manage it: presumptuous, inattentive, incapable of listening. A place that was a symbol of hospitality has transformed into something empty, impersonal, and sadly forgettable. A word of advice? If you have good memories tied to this place, leave them where they are: don't ruin them by returning. The real Casalrosato no longer exists. And what is there now, frankly, does not even deserve the name.

26/08/2025: I had the pleasure of eating at Mangio Siculo and the experience was exceptional! Despite being primarily a fast food restaurant, the quality of the food is astonishing: fresh ingredients and authentic Sicilian flavors are evident from the first bite. The staff is extremely courteous, attentive, and helpful, ensuring prompt service but always with a smile. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quick meal without sacrificing taste and quality!

09/09/2025: The best bakery we tried in Catania (and probably whole Sicily) was this one. The pastries were so good, coffee was delicious, cheap prices, table service, nice staff. The only thing that is a minus is that they didn’t really speak english, which is expected but it would have been good.

31/10/2025: Nice place at the foot of Etna with a cozy interior. The pastries and coffee were delicious, everything was fresh and nicely served. The prices are quite reasonable, not terrible at all.

28/10/2025: Never again. I found a sharp piece of plastic in the baked pasta. And it had absolutely nothing to do with the plastic cutlery because it was intact. It could have ended very badly. Luckily, I noticed it when I swallowed. I thought it was a piece of meat bone, but instead... Meh.
