03/09/2025: Expectations were very high; it had been recommended by several people. We asked for several things, being a group, including the kindness of setting up our table: nothing. Our orders all arrived at different times, so I wonder why I stopped to eat with friends if I ended up eating alone? They didn't provide us with a menu, nor did they properly list the ingredients: be careful if you have any allergies. The place itself is very nice, offering several options, but the management needs a complete overhaul.

14/03/2026: We're here tonight for the Inside Out event. A children's event, a rather fun but poorly organized affair. Anyone who gets a sandwich doesn't get a seat. In fact, there are people sitting on the stairs, making do with stools.

08/01/2026: Happy to have rediscovered this place! Mescan is a historic pub in Acireale. I spent many evenings there with friends as a teenager, but then it went into decline and I haven't had the chance to frequent it again. I was skeptical about returning, but I was surprised to find a place that has been reborn, even better than before! The place is still as amazing as it was then, but the food, beers, and overall quality have significantly improved. Their burgers are delicious, with homemade bread and quality ingredients. The service is friendly, helpful, and fast. To this day, it's one of the few pubs in the Catania area that can still call itself such. Prices are in line with the rest of the market, with the difference compared to other places that are adequate for the quality provided. Average cost €20 per person.

27/09/2025: I came in for the first time... Looking at the pizzas being prepared, they seemed good quality... and that's why I stayed... DEFINITELY GOOD PIZZA DYNAMIC AND VERY KIND PIZZA GUESTS (I want to emphasize this) But honestly, seeing the speed, but above all the enthusiasm and smile with which the lady at the cash register welcomes you... makes me want to go to the pizzeria further down the road, where you certainly don't feel like you're in a cemetery.

14/02/2026: Today 14/02/26 my friends and I went to see Inter Juve at the pub, when we celebrated the 2-2 goal they turned off the TV because they said we were making a mess, but excuse me, what should a person do when they score or when they concede a goal? Excuse me, thanks to the TV being turned off we couldn't watch the whole match, unfortunately you can't vote zero stars

25/11/2025: After a long time, I wanted to try the breakfast... €1.70 for a panzerotto that looked like a miniature...the crisis is here, but that doesn't mean consumers should be scammed...well...not at all satisfied...as they say, they make themselves known at the beginning, then the quality and consistency decline once they reach their goals...I don't recommend it. The real winner is seen in the long run.

10/05/2026: I stayed here for work and found a truly welcoming place, run by a charismatic owner who makes you feel right at home. The food is excellent, and the simple yet well-appointed rooms offer Wi-Fi and a TV. Considering the overall quality, the value for money is truly exceptional.

13/03/2026: It's a shame this place deserves more stars but I don't do it for one reason every time I'm there the lady never makes you pay the 9 euro menu but always adds 4/5 for this reason I don't recommend it (assuming that the food is good but I repeat the lady only knows how to cheat) when I asked for explanations she said not to look at the menu but to talk to her so in my opinion it's worth nothing

23/02/2026: Very rude and they increase the prices at the checkout, they made me pay for 2 extra bottles of water without having purchased them, insisting that I had to pay for them anyway. I do not recommend it at all.

16/02/2026: It has now become my favorite sushi place. Very precise in gluten-free and dairy-free dishes. Highly recommended.

11/07/2026: I also gave the atmosphere 5 stars because even though it's a takeaway pizzeria, every time I go, everyone is so kind and friendly. The quality of the pizzas surpasses the big, well-known names in Catania's pizzerias.

28/01/2026: This is our first time getting takeout pizza from this pizzeria. We called at 7:45 PM, and by 8:00 PM, our pizzas were already on the table. The dough was also very light and the pizzas were really good. We were very satisfied. Thank you so much!
