04/11/2025: Absolutely avoid this place, it's a tourist trap!!! What a rip-off at the end of our trip to Sicily! We were with friends and ordered four Spritz cocktails with a large plate of grilled fish as an appetizer! We had this dish several times during our week in Sicily (we usually budgeted 15 to 20 Euros each time). What a nasty surprise to find that this dish for four cost 80 Euros!! What a disgrace!! After this bad experience, we checked the reviews, which are all too common.

25/11/2025: The restaurant is very large and perhaps needs a bit more flair throughout. The service absolutely needs work; it's slow and a bit superficial. More coordination, more attention to clearing dirty dishes, and a more responsive approach to requests could be some things to consider. We weren't particularly impressed with the food, and even though we'd agreed on the courses ahead of time, we expected something tastier than what was described. The hot and cold side dishes were generally good, but some things were a bit lackluster. The idea of ​​placing the pasta dishes or main course in the center isn't very popular, because why would I go to a restaurant anyway? Overall, for the very fair price, it's fine, but perhaps consider having the waiter refill your plate and come back if you need more. It's fine for a family lunch. But I would improve on some things, especially since it's not close by, and you need something special to entice customers to return. Oh, and do something about the windows, because the sun is really annoying to have in your face all lunch long. A screen isn't very effective if the rest of the table is exposed to the sun anyway. The bill is in line with the entire service.

12/10/2025: I went there for my son's confirmation, returning for the second time because I had a good time for his first communion, I returned. But given the welcome I will not return. The food is excellent, I have nothing to say, only the children's appetizers they put smoked ham and the children did not even touch the appetizer and I had specified to make a simple appetizer of ham, salami and cheese for children but it was not so. The waiter Alfio who served us was very kind. Instead, speaking where I was very disappointed was that I had said that I had to set up the room for my son, since I was the one who had to set up the room and mother of the birthday boy, I asked if he could help me with the times to set everything up from the day before or in the morning. But none of this. He gave me the latest time. The head waiter arrived there and they didn't know where I had to set up, waiting until 4 pm. Then they gave me a minimum space after I had asked from the beginning for a little space to set up. But the head waiter, as I saw, did everything to not help me. I was very disappointed. Also because that evening I was the only one who had the set up while everyone else had huge tables with nothing just to put the gifts on. And if I say this, it's because I've been to many restaurants and I know how it all works. A real disappointment.

07/10/2025: What a beautiful spot on the road to Etna. Wonderfully peaceful, surrounded by nature, with a forest nearby for walking. It felt almost magical, especially with the view. 🏔️ Great staff and a changing menu every evening with delicious food.

14/06/2025: The pizza is really good, nothing to say. Even the pizzoli. The dough is good, and the menu is varied. Lately, however, they have raised the prices a bit too much, removed free home delivery, and lightened the promotions (and in the case of the pizzolo also the size). The production of the 1€ hot table has been replaced by that of the sandwiches for ONLY 5€!!! So the quality is good, but a revisitation of the prices would not be bad. A bit too much for a take-away pizzeria. Update 2025: We recently reordered a pizzolo, not only are the prices increasing but it is increasingly smaller! The pizzolo is already considerably smaller than the pizza, this time it didn't even reach the edge, making it in fact a take-away focaccia. The stars are falling.

09/02/2025: A takeout pizzeria with no notable features. Mind you, it's not bad, but not noteworthy either. The food quality is average (probably because the ingredients aren't top-notch, like most other pizzerias), the prices are average, and the service is average—in fact, a little below par, given that they delivered later than expected. 08/11/2025: I wanted to share an unpleasant incident that happened to my son on Sunday, October 5, 2025, at this deli. He went to Cordai' to buy a piece of hot food, and the counter clerk served him an arancini. Once he went to the register with the arancini in one hand, having no cash, he presented his credit card to pay. The person at the register, seeing the credit card, snatched the arancini from him, saying they couldn't accept the payment because it was too low. Now I realize that the owner is trying to avoid paying bank commissions when such a low amount is presented (ignoring, among other things, that there are contracts with very low commission rates, so... get up to speed), but I want to highlight the truly arrogant and disrespectful gesture towards a 16-year-old boy, who at that moment couldn't even respond, remaining speechless and shocked by such rude and ill-mannered behavior from an adult. Now, first of all, my son should have been able to pay by card by law rather than suffer this injustice. But above all, it's worth noting that the arancini my son had in his hands, which he was about to take a bite of, were put back on the counter without any qualms. Truly unfortunate.

08/12/2025: Today, December 8th, there was a fixed menu, where you couldn't change any dish, not even for allergies or if you were pregnant. The appetizer was tiny, on the platter, really small for eight people; there wasn't even a slice of cured meats per person, much less cheese. A small bowl of caponata, a bowl of broccoli, and a bowl of pumpkin were for eight people. When the waiters served dessert, they didn't even know what it was or what ingredients it was made with, so if anyone had allergies, they didn't know who to turn to. An experience not to be repeated.
