23/11/2025: A warm welcome from Francesca and Oscar, eager to understand and accommodate even the smallest whims, combined with the mastery of chef Salvatore Gesualdo, made my visit to Giaca a truly satisfying experience. The deliciously creamy, flavorful tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, an all-you-can-drink glass of Erice wine, a wine-flavored stew that melts like a kiss, and a generous portion of freshly baked shortcrust pastry tart with custard and fruit—all this gave me a revitalizing break in a strategic location in Viagrande, right across from the beautiful Villa Comunale, at a truly affordable price. 02/12/2025: We politely ordered our humble pizza, and it was 9:00 PM when we kindly received ours. I can wait an hour, and I understand, but goodness me, I've been waiting almost a day. Then there were five guys who broke the toilet.

01/12/2025: Quality fish. Reasonable prices and impeccable service. Definitely worth a try. I went out of season and it was crowded, so I recommend booking.

18/08/2025: One of the best takeout pizzerias (they also have tables for dining in). Excellent, easy-to-digest dough... plus, they use top-quality, always fresh ingredients. Tiziana and Fabio, the owners, are super friendly, helpful, and capable! A 10!

14/06/2025: The pizza is really good, nothing to say. Even the pizzoli. The dough is good, and the menu is varied. Lately, however, they have raised the prices a bit too much, removed free home delivery, and lightened the promotions (and in the case of the pizzolo also the size). The production of the 1€ hot table has been replaced by that of the sandwiches for ONLY 5€!!! So the quality is good, but a revisitation of the prices would not be bad. A bit too much for a take-away pizzeria. Update 2025: We recently reordered a pizzolo, not only are the prices increasing but it is increasingly smaller! The pizzolo is already considerably smaller than the pizza, this time it didn't even reach the edge, making it in fact a take-away focaccia. The stars are falling.

09/02/2025: A takeout pizzeria with no notable features. Mind you, it's not bad, but not noteworthy either. The food quality is average (probably because the ingredients aren't top-notch, like most other pizzerias), the prices are average, and the service is average—in fact, a little below par, given that they delivered later than expected. So why choose this one?

07/10/2025: What a beautiful spot on the road to Etna. Wonderfully peaceful, surrounded by nature, with a forest nearby for walking. It felt almost magical, especially with the view. 🏔️ Great staff and a changing menu every evening with delicious food.

18/10/2025: Lack of seriousness and fairness, they lost my order leaving me and my guests without the hot food booked the day before and with the deposit given.

14/12/2025: The location is run-down and poorly maintained. Cleanliness is nonexistent, and the bathrooms are worthy of being called "public restrooms." An hour wait despite the place being almost completely empty. Embarrassing management; people sitting outside at tables kept coming into the kitchen to take their own dishes... The only positive note was the friendly and attentive service. There were four of us, and we all ordered different meatballs; one order arrived wrong. My meatballs in tomato sauce were sour and cold. €84 wasted. Never again.
