09/12/2024: Tutto buono e ok, pizze calde. Solo tempi d’attesa un po’ lunghi ma ne vale la pena. Consigliate focaccia e pane condito.

10/03/2025: Non prendevo da un po’ la pizza al Vicolo, anni fa andavo spesso con gli amici e sono rimasta un po’ male dall esperienza dell altro giorno. Ho mangiato una pizza non particolarmente buona, enorme (sulla quantità nulla da dire, anzi anche troppo grande), impasto niente di sorprendente, ingredienti non brutti(sarei falsa) ma non di qualità eccelsa.. il prezzo corretto date le dimensioni ed i prezzi in giro.. in sintesi la mia esperienza non è stata negativa, ma tale da farmi dire non tornerò, non nell immediato almeno , non ne vale la pena.. c’è di meglio in giro..

08/03/2025: Table booked at 10.15pm, made available after waiting in the open air and reminders at 11.10pm, deafening and annoying techno music, a place for kids aged max 25/30 and certainly not to be frequented on Saturdays. The food is good and of quality.

01/05/2025: ugly arancino. you could easily find it in any bar not in sicily better. It's not worth it.

19/12/2024: We paid for two trays of pizza on site and then agreed to the takeaway service at 9pm. At 11pm the pizzas had still not arrived despite the fact that they continued to tell us that they were coming, making fun of us. After 2 hours the pizzas arrived obviously cold and despite everything they didn't even apologize. Even though I have been a customer for 10 years I will never go again. The quality of the pizzas is also low.

17/04/2025: My partner knew about this place some time ago and had a good impression, unfortunately we were disappointed: service not up to par, the staff not very presentable without offending anyone, the waitress looked like she had just got out of bed, poor food, unfortunately we can't recommend it

16/02/2025: Sunday for lunch, after spending the morning on the snow of Etna. Even though the place was full, we were seated immediately (1.30 pm). They took our order at 2.33pm! Having understood the slowness, thinking causes little staff. But seeing other reviews apparently it's always like this so we ordered a plate of french fries to while away the wait and only first courses. Chips arrived in 5 minutes and the first courses after 25. Tortellini with black pork sauce without any identity, Agnolotti with pistachio (cream, ham with chopped pistachios) stuck together and drained a minute ahead of time and tasty strozzapreti (a good dish). Not advisable for those arriving hungry but still friendly staff and well-kept place with two beautiful fireplaces.

26/03/2025: Il posto è accogliente e il personale cortese, gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto ad assicurarsi che tutto vada bene e che sia di gradimento (cosa che non trovo per nulla scontata) . Tutto eccellente, dalla frittura di antipasto al dolce, passando per la pizza. Menzione speciale per la siciliana: non solo gli ingredienti erano perfettamente dosati, tanto da restituire un prodotto perfetto e per nulla stomachevole, nonostante la grande quantità di pistacchio, ma l'ho trovata anche leggerissima e perfettamente asciutta (tanto da far dubitare che fosse fritta, il piatto non era per niente unto). Nessuna attesa per il tavolo, nonostante fosse sabato. Consiglio sempre di prenotare e di evitare gli orari di punta, altrimenti è fisiologico attendere per sedersi, come spesso accade in molti locali. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

12/03/2025: Ho ordinato da asporto e che dire era meglio lasciare perdere…dato che ho preso degli antipasti che sono arrivati dentro la scatola della pizza sopra della carta stagnola tutto mischiato insieme all olio delle olive , alla caponata e ai salumi che non si capiva più come era il gusto , salumi stantii con un saporaccio misto tra lo stagionato e mille conservanti del prosciutto, la caponata non era meglio del resto delle cose , secondo me erano i residui delle cose che avanzano al locale . Io che non butto niente purtroppo li ho dovuti buttare perché non erano buoni . I calzoni fritti peggio di peggio perché erano un ammasso di olio , ad ogni morso non capivi neanche il sapore dell interno tanto erano zuppi di olio … e poi il ripieno di quelli al pistacchio, che erano compresi in quella sorta di antipasto, avevano all interno qualcosa di colore verde che di tutto sapeva tranne che di pistacchio. Esperienza da non ripetere. Magari mangiando al locale si mangia pure bene chissa , anche se ho i miei dubbi,ma sicuramente da asporto non sarà mai più!

07/04/2025: I took a focaccia with buffalo mozzarella (I assume it was a very simple mozzarella), iceberg, tomato and basil pesto (not received) which I paid 5 euros but it was barely worth 3. Unfriendly staff and long waiting times even though there was no one there. I expected better.

07/04/2025: Ordered a focaccia to take away, which had basil pesto on the menu, but when I ate it it didn't have pesto. In addition to this, I also ordered a second focaccia, with bresaola, rocket and parmesan, where the ingredients were really in small quantity. Considering the prices, which are not really that low, but rather high, I was expecting a slightly larger or at least well-seasoned focaccia🥲. Rather distracted and elusive staff, in particular one waitress was quite nervous and not very friendly, perhaps I caught her on her bad day (reading the reviews of the last 6 months it seems that these bad days are very recurring). Basically, considering the high prices, the limited quantity of products and the service not being the best, a place not recommended.

26/04/2025: Hi everyone, I was there on Saturday night, we were a group of girls and boys. The girls had asked if they could split the pizza, there were 4 girls and only take 2 pizzas, the boys instead took a whole one, the owner replied that it couldn't be if they each had to take a pizza otherwise he would make us pay a supplement invented by him. We stayed but he doesn't deserve our presence anymore because these are not answers to give to the customer. Terrible service.

25/04/2025: Today, April 25, we sit in the dining room for the inviting sponsored mixed grill. Very manageable dining room but despite this, they manage not to bring us drinks, until after we have finished the portions of chips. Grill time: burnt meat, charred onion! We are expressly told that wine and coke are included in the price! Who cares! At the cashier they tell us that the girl must have misunderstood. Terrible service, mediocre food.

22/12/2024: We ordered 3 pizzas and 5 sandwiches for home delivery. From 9.30pm they arrived at 11pm, after several calls and being fooled. Not only the absurd delay but everything was frozen, inedible, of poor quality... never again!!!

29/07/2024: It's absurd to have to charge €5 for a 33 cl can of Coca Cola, not even if we were in Porto Cervo, which is why the place is almost always half empty, you make people run away, you also have to revisit the toilet area, which is very dirty from the point of view hygienic...to be avoided like the plague...never again...
