26/07/2024: I only hope that they cleaned everything and eliminated the cockroaches and the dirt that was there, in addition to the fact that they found the frozen kebab, having said that I think and am sure that I will never set foot in there again

31/07/2024: After sitting down we waited for half an hour just to order and then we waited another 40 minutes to receive our order, which also consisted of two beers and three cocktails. I went to the counter to point out that we had been waiting a while and they told me that the order was about to arrive. Once our order arrived I was called back to the counter because the bartender objected to the fact that we had waited a long time, stating that we had actually only been waiting for “20 minutes”. I accept the wait but I don't accept being treated like a fool. Good cocktails but I will not return again due to the rudeness of the staff.

30/08/2024: I've noticed a drop in quality in recent experiences, I'm also sorry because I've been a customer for several years. The Sicilian pistachio cakes are delicious and the diner in general is good. I can't say the same about the aperitifs, the last time I had a mojito that didn't taste like a mojito and I found the accompanying food dry...also I didn't like the granita because it wasn't very tasty. I hope I change my mind, good job.

07/04/2024: The pizza is delicious but the service they give is terrible. I call first, we reserve the pizzas.. a time is told and it is not respected. Having two small children, I call to find out how far along my order is. And instead of apologizing for the delay, I am thought of as stupid and above all the phone is hung up on me. That's no way to treat a customer.

29/12/2023: Came in at 8.05pm on Saturday, to buy 3 pizzas to take away. Despite the various orders on the pizza chef's counter, I came out with the pizzas after just 25 minutes. The pizza was good and the prices reasonable.

04/07/2024: Ristorante pizzeria con vista pazzesca sull'Etna. Abbiamo preso delle patatine due pizze: una sud est e una monte minardo. L'impasto con quattro farine di grani antichi siciliani molto buono, ingredienti di qualità. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Personale gentile. Torneremo sicuramente per guastare una pizza ai piedi della splendida Etna.

16/06/2024: A cena con amici per prendere un po' di aria e scappare dal caldo della città. Location molto carina ed elegante con una vista spettacolare. A cena abbiamo ordinato pizze e una grigliata mista. L'impasto della pizza buono e facilmente digeribile, condimenti abbastanza abbondanti. La grigliata mi aspettavo qualcosa in più, diciamo un piatto un po' povero. Consiglio vivamente la birra artigianale, davvero buona!

22/07/2024: The place is attractive, the external flowered wall, the uniforms of the waiters, the solarium are beautiful. The maitre d' was very friendly but unfortunately we weren't there! After half an hour of waiting we had to ask for bread, while for food we waited more than an hour and the restaurant was half empty. The quality of the ingredients, rather poor. The €18.00 salad with buffalo mozzarella was removed from the bag and unwashed and placed on the plate. Even the radicchio was not washed, it is only so bitter when it is not washed, the carrots were not there. Canteen cutlery, not a fancy restaurant as it is proposed. Bill too high for the service offered

01/07/2024: I never leave reviews, I infinitely respect other people's work. But this is truly a serious thing in my opinion. I ordered a Coke 0 I'm diabetic so I was there to check if it was 0 or not, the girl shamelessly fills the glass in front of me with the normal one, I point it out to her by saying "it was zero" and she says "yes yes it is zero". If I had drunk it I would have risked a lot due to this operator's lack of respect and desire to work! Congratulations for the unprofessionalism and carelessness towards customers with serious pathologies such as diabetes

01/09/2024: Sunday lunch, fixed menu imposed. The space is noticeably small for the number of people the restaurant welcomed today. Total chaos (we couldn't even speak). Without air conditioning (we were dead of heat), there were only three fans in the room. Fixed menu did not meet our expectations because the starters are poor in quantity and variety. Followed by a dish in which there were two samples of pasta. The dessert also left something to be desired, both in presentation and flavor. The quality was average. The waiters who took care of the service were kind and ready to meet our needs.

30/08/2024: C’era una volta Masseria Carminello, dove la qualità dei prodotti faceva da padrone. Pensavo avessero cambiato solo la location, ma a quanto pare sono cambiate un po’ di cose in cucina. Porzioni misere, poca scelta, qualità molto bassa. Mi spiace perché si mangiava molto bene prima. Menomale che son venuta da sola con la mia famiglia, e non ho invitato altre persone, perché dopo averli lodati a lungo, avrei fatto solo brutta figura. Per la qualità offerta, i prezzi sono alti. Due stelle solo per la gentilezza della storica cameriera.
