21/06/2025: I had dinner at Al Vialetto and I have to say that it was a great experience from a culinary point of view. The dishes were truly delicious, and prepared with quality ingredients. The service was also impeccable: the waiters were all very kind, professional and attentive. However, I cannot help but report an episode that had a negative impact on me. During the evening, I noticed that every time the new black waiter approached a table near mine, one of the men sitting there was visibly clutching his bag, with a gesture clearly dictated by prejudice. The waiter was doing his job impeccably, with courtesy and professionalism, so it was sad to witness such a scene. Of course, this is not the restaurant's responsibility, which actually deserves praise for the quality of the food and the staff. But I think it is right to report it, because certain attitudes should be recognized and condemned.

01/11/2025: Tip: DON'T take multiple reservations, especially for the 1:30 PM sessions. It'll only create confusion and follow a list in order of arrival, not by reservation.

18/08/2025: They make several types of bread. The deli is good, but a bit pricey considering it's a bakery. The croissants are the same price as a café. The place is small, and you often have to wait in line outside. Parking is difficult, and the staff are rude.

31/08/2025: I had a mixed experience with this service. I have to say that the food is really good and the quality is satisfactory. However, there are some aspects that could be improved. First, the delivery wait times were quite long, which detracted from the experience somewhat. Also, when I tried to contact customer service to inquire, I found the staff on the phone quite annoyed. I hope these aspects are addressed to improve the service. Overall, the food is good, but there's still work to be done to make the overall experience more satisfying.

12/12/2025: The sandwiches are excellent, but it's not normal that they stop taking orders at 10 p.m. I repeat, the food is excellent, but the service needs to be reevaluated.

15/06/2025: Mi esposa, yo y otra pareja fuimos aquí el sábado por la noche. El restaurante estaba lleno de lugareños, todos riendo y comiendo. La comida es fantástica! Tomé el ragu de conejo tagliatelle, las chuletas de cerdo, la salchicha. Gran vino. Increíbles postres. La parte más maravillosa de la comida fue cuando nuestro Uber canceló en nosotros y el propietario se ofreció a llevarnos 15 minutos a nuestro hotel. Nunca olvidaremos este acto de bondad y ahora anhelo esas chuletas de cerdo.

24/05/2025: Il ristorante ha un’atmosfera calda, accogliente e curata. La musica di sottofondo perfetta per gustare in tranquillità dei cibi cucinati con cura. Non ci sono fronzoli, ma tutto quello che fa per me un buon ristorante: cibo genuino, piatti tradizionali cucinati in maniera originale ma preservando il gusto di ciascun ingrediente, personale gentile e professionale. Consigliatissimo per altri mille motivi che non sto qui a raccontare, ma ci tornerò.

24/10/2025: We had a lovely quiet lunch here during our day exploring Catania. The gentleman serving us was very nice and we both enjoyed our meals (especially the caprese). Would certainly come back if we return to Sicily!

07/10/2025: Me and my 4 sisters attended this restaurant for a birthday lunch, can I start off by saying the restaurant itself is beautiful! The decor is very unique alongside the placement of all the random vintage pieces along the wall magnificent! We ordered a few dishes and the total amount (€160) was extremely affordable we live in London so the price difference for the seafood was great! If you come definitely get the grilled sea-bream it was cooked to perfection, the mussels were very tasty so was the octopus salad! The only downside was the grilled prawns I feel they could have grilled them for longer maybe split them down the middle so they are cleaned better and included more seasonings as they were very bland. Apart from the prawns everything else was amazing the service was excellent and we was even offered lemoncello on the house. I would definitely come back when we are next in Sicily.
