13/10/2024: Enchanting place on the slopes of Etna in the Randazzo area. The estate is located in an early 1900s villa surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. We went to the Feudo Vagliasindi for an aperitif on the splendid terrace overlooking Etna and the sunset. Mrs. Flavia welcomed us with great cordiality and kindness, giving us valuable information on the wines produced by the estate and helping us in choosing the wine that we tasted as an aperitif accompanied by tasty local appetizers, including an exquisite EVO oil. The excellent welcome led us to stop for dinner too, with high quality typical local dishes. The first gem was the visit to the ancient and evocative winery made by one of the owners of the Feudo. Highly recommended!

28/09/2024: A little gem. Maintained historic building. Very pleasant setting, we are surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, with a view of Etna. Professional and warm welcome. A smile is required and sound advice is provided. Nice sized room, simple and efficient, cleaned carefully every day. Restaurant worth visiting. A generous and mastered local menu. The owner's wines to enjoy, as well as his olive oil. In short, great establishment for exploring around Etna.

29/03/2025: Terrible service, things arrived after 1 hour especially after calling an adult. Shame and you have to start considering the kids too. Shame on you to the max.

24/03/2025: Locale semivuoto c'eravamo solo noi un tavolo da 10 e unaltra tavolata al piano sotto nonostante cioè dall'una arrivati hanno cominciato a portare le prime pietanze alle 14.45 circa, non oso pensare a quando il locale è pieno che tempi di attesa ci siano, non torneremo sicuramente.

31/01/2025: Sono stata diverse volte in questo ristorante. Il sushi è ottimo e l'atmosfera piacevole. L'ultima volta ho dimenticato un anello sul tavolo. Era fine serata, e me ne sono accorta solo dopo essere andata via. Un plauso al titolare (che mi ha risposto al telefono all'una di notte) e alla responsabile per la disponibilità nel cercarlo il giorno dopo, anche controllando le riprese video, purtroppo invano. Probabilmente chi lo ha preso sapeva che la telecamera non puntava sul mio tavolo...

20/12/2024: Sushi delizioso. Materie prima di buona qualità che danno al cibo un gusto deciso. Ambiente rilassante e personale gentile. Da provare !

23/02/2025: During the tour of Sicily, we came across this restaurant recommended by the manager of our accommodation in Grammichele, Pleasant restaurant, hushed atmosphere (at least until the arrival of a group of young people celebrating a birthday, but that's completely understandable), kind and knowledgeable staff, professional owner, but at the same time affable and welcoming, the chef, often present in the room, willingly interacted with customers trying to understand their needs. Experience, as you can imagine, positive. We highly recommend.

05/04/2025: Unfortunately my experience in this bar was not the best. In particular, I found the attitude of the owner's son unprofessional and decidedly distant from the idea of ​​hospitality that a customer would expect. A hasty way of acting, not very courteous and with little attention towards those in front of you, which inevitably made the atmosphere unpleasant. It's a shame, because with a little more care and attention it would have taken very little to offer a very different experience.

16/01/2025: If I had to describe the place with an adjective, I would undoubtedly say "welcoming": that's the feeling my partner and I get every time we go there! The environment is quiet, the service is impeccable: both very young waiters are exquisitely educated and friendly, the gentleman at the bar makes excellent cocktails and the lady at the register (I don't know if she is the owner) always welcomes us with a smile! The mignon rotisserie pieces that accompany the aperitif are super! Recommended for those who want to relax while drinking well and spending the right amount!

01/04/2025: The standard was at least 5 stars, the eggplant was simply wonderful, but I was tempted by the carbonara and the extras... it's a real shame because it's actually scrambled eggs with pasta. The prices are ok but I highly advise against the carbonara. There's no quiet music and you really have to wait a long time.

06/11/2024: Everything is artisanal. It's the best kebab I've ever eaten. They have many sauces, I relied on them, I took a traditional kebab with the addition of porcini mushrooms. An incredible flavour.

19/10/2024: For twenty years the kebab grill has been delighting everyone with its fantastic kebabs....and not just kebabs!! If customers still return after twenty years, bringing their children too, you can see that there is something inimitable that doesn't "suff" the palate! Continue the tradition, I recommend it!

16/04/2025: So I don’t want to give the wrong impression here as the people are nice and the place looks good, BUT if you want pizza, don’t choose what they call traditional Sicilian fried pizza. It actually is typical for this small region of Sicily, but it’s closer to a fried mars bar than the Pizza we are used to around the world. It’s a massive amount of fried cheese…you gotta want that. The starters were very nice and the draft beer is great as well. In off season it felt a bit lonely.

30/03/2025: Il ristorante è centralissimo, accanto al Municipio di Zafferana Etnea. Ci siamo trovati bene, abbiamo assaggiato delle bruschette con la caponata su un letto di rucola freschissima, la caponata buona davvero. Poi abbiamo anche assaggiato la pizza siciliana, una sorta di calzone fritto con ripieni vari a scelta nel menu. Buona scelta di birre, io ho preso un chinotto biologico molto buono. Costi nella media, servizio ottimo, il cameriere ci ha accolto con gentilezza e seguito da vicino senza dimenticarsi mai di noi. Trovandoci nuovamente a Zafferana ci torneremo sicuramente.

27/03/2025: We had dinner on a Thursday in March. There were only locals; we were the only foreigners. We had mussels, octopus, and calamari for dinner, which were excellent. Then we had pasta alla bongole and Nero di sepia, which were both excellent. Two bottles of wine were included. There were four of us. The price was 35 euros per person.

10/03/2025: Old restaurant, mediocre food without infamy and without praise, I wouldn't go back, even on the bill I'm not convinced I paid without arguing but my bill was rounded up, the only positive note were the guys in the room in fact I even left a tip... in any case it's better not to go into details

31/03/2025: Honestly, I have to correct a previous review of mine: the manager refunded the shipment that arrived late and in bad condition, with a new shipment. As you can see in the photo, the cake is perfect. What you can't see in the photo is the taste, excellent. But the real "refund" is not the goods, but his education that repays the rudeness of his colleague, evidently inexperienced. Congratulations, Francesco, for your education, your kindness and your professionalism! The cassata was beautiful and good!
