The atmosphere is simple yet refined, the staff is kind and attentive, especially the head waiter: someone who exudes serenity, passion, and love for what she does, making the experience even more enjoyable. The cuisine won me over: I tasted refined sushi, with attention to detail and a difference. A place I highly recommend!

26/08/2025: I stayed a few days with my family at the Plaza Hotel for the first time, and I want to share our experience. The room (a triple) was spacious, with all the comforts, a nice bathroom, and very clean. The food was fresh and delicious, with a variety of options for both lunch and dinner, and the breakfast buffet was fantastic—it had it all! The cleanliness was excellent, not only in the rooms but throughout the hotel, both inside and out. We'd like to focus on the staff: top-notch, from the front desk, to all the waiters (especially Maria, who looked after us), to the room service staff, to the bartenders Luca and Aurora—all truly knowledgeable, extremely kind, and always ready to satisfy any need and exchange a few words and a smile, making us feel "at home." A special thanks to Alessandro, a very young but extremely knowledgeable man, who looked after us from the moment we requested a quote with extreme professionalism and courtesy and greeted us with truly kind words. We hope to be back soon because it's definitely worth it. Thank you all!

21/02/2026: Fondachello, Mascali, CT. Via Spiaggia, 142. It was a place we hadn't heard of, and a few months ago, we wanted to try it. We had a pretty good time. The food was good and we liked it. We had a long wait, but that's almost inevitable at certain times and on certain days. In any case, we had a great evening.
