06/11/2025: A lovely local bakery with delicious and fresh baked goods with reasonable prices. Very friendly and welcoming staff, albeit shy to speak English. There are outdoor tables available for customers, so you can sit down, relax and enjoy the yummy treats.

29/12/2025: I had a pistachio semifreddo that was truly mouth-watering just looking at it, too bad that as soon as I cut the pistachio there was only the smell of sponge cake and chocolate which, among other things, required a chainsaw to cut it even though it had been out of the fridge for at least half an hour, not recommended, I would give zero stars.

True craftsmanship! Congratulations again, everything is always top-notch and delicious. Also noteworthy is the kindness and helpfulness towards customers and delivery assistance, always available to provide information right up to delivery, on time even during the holidays!

16/12/2025: Excellent supply, the gentleman at the bar was very kind and courteous, excellent breakfast and hot food, I now have breakfast here every morning, they also have e-cigarettes with refills

28/11/2025: One of the most convenient self-service gas stations in the city, branded Q8. Ample parking, a bar, and a short walk from everything. It doesn't offer car accessories or services, otherwise it would have been rated at least 4 stars.

27/02/2026: Fantastic experience! I tried their pistachio pizza and it was simply incredible: top-quality ingredients and perfectly balanced flavors. A special mention to the staff, who were incredibly kind and knowledgeable, making you feel right at home. Highly recommended!

Both the focaccia and the cheese pizza were tasty, but the cooking was a bit uneven, with some parts being too dark and the base a bit dry. With more attention to cooking and oil management, the quality could improve.

05/03/2026: On February 13th, we visited Zash with high expectations, considering it's a Michelin-starred restaurant. From a culinary perspective, the experience was truly excellent. Chef Giuseppe Raciti's carefully crafted dishes boast balanced flavors and meticulous attention to the quality of the ingredients. The food offerings certainly live up to the restaurant's reputation. Unfortunately, the service wasn't up to par. On more than one occasion, we felt there was little attention paid to the table, and, particularly striking, I even found myself having to serve my own wine. In a restaurant of this caliber, this is a significant detail and one that surprised us a bit. Overall, it's still an excellent experience for the food, but the service needs to be more meticulous to truly live up to a Michelin star.

27/02/2026: Poor service. Among other things, I ordered coffee. It wasn't brought, but it was added to the bill. The waiter was uninterested in the other people at the table who arrived later and wanted to order something too.

22/02/2026: Overall, it was a pretty pleasant place. Nice view, okay food. We left quite happy until we checked the bill – it turned out that for some reason they'd decided to charge us €18, and it wasn't a coperto – they added that too. We'll definitely be back to Etna, but we'll avoid this place.
