30/07/2025: The place is nice and quiet. I also enjoyed the live music. I think its location near the square makes it particularly convenient. This way, after dinner, you can easily reach the square.

29/06/2025: Abbiamo partecipato ai 91 anni della mia mamma, tra figli e nipoti più di 20 persone. Abbiamo fatto un giro di antipasti e il giro pizza. Tutto buono, possibilità di bis e disponibilità a qualsiasi variante. Sulla terrazza, oltre a godere di una fantastica vista del piccolo golfo di Santa Tecla, l'aria fresca è stata presente durante tutta la cena, sembravamo in alta collina. Esperienza positiva e certamente da rifare. Grazie mille alla cucina ed al personale di sala.

27/05/2025: Slendida location situata all'interno della timpa di Acireale. Si gode di una vista mozzafiato. Interno ben curato. Ottime le pizze e abbondante la grigliata mista di carne. Ottima qualità delle materie prime utilizzate e ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Grande disponibilità del personale di sala che ha provveduto a sostituire una pizza che era venuta leggermente più croccante. Servizio veloce

03/08/2025: Nice place. Friendly staff. The rates are too expensive, including drinks (water, coffee, sodas, etc.). The rooms are not up to the standard of the site. No air conditioning. The nights are stifling in summer. The rooms are narrow. They lack privacy. They directly overlook the restaurant. The pool is regularly dirty, full of insects. The public trash can remained full for several days.

13/04/2025: Fairytale location with many natural views for which the photographer of the evening went to great lengths for photographic ideas, but not only that, friendly and kind owners with whom we agreed and organized my daughter's eighteenth birthday. Professional staff during the evening, as well as the external services offered such as entertainment and more, proved to be up to par. Highly recommended!!!

13/04/2025: Location fiabesca mia figlia ha scelto questo luogo per il suo diciottesimo e anche il fotografo ha apprezzato sia l'esterno che l'interno con varie zone molto coreografiche, ma non solo anche i proprietari cordiali e disponibili, con loro abbiamo organizzato e coordinato tutti i vari passaggi. Personale gentile e anche i servizi esterni consigliati si sono dimostrati all'altezza. La festa è andata alla grande e la cena scelta con loro, buonissima impreziosita ancora di più dall'abbellimento dei tavoli a tema con il colore del vestito di mia figlia. Consigliato vivamente!!!

22/04/2025: Il giorno di Pasquetta siamo stati a Sciaramanica per un pranzetto rilassante, i proprietari erano stati informati che preferivamo mangiare a base di verdure, non vi dico quanta scelta, l'antipasto sembrava un vero e proprio quadro, dai colori mozzafiato, grazie Alfio e Lucia per la vostra disponibilità e la cura degli ingredienti squisiti

24/07/2025: Bar located in the center of Mascali a few steps from Piazza Duomo, where you will find Adriano and Michele who are ready to welcome customers with education and professionalism. I discovered this bar a few months ago and I frequent it every day, for breakfast or for my moments of afternoon relaxation. I recommend it for breakfast, a quick snack or simply an aperitif.

10/07/2025: Ho preso un dolce alla ricotta che non ho gradito a pieno. Mangiabile, ma non soddisfacente. La ricotta sembrava industriale e il sapore dell'involucro non eccelleva, comunque era nel complesso accettabile. C'è di meglio.

I am writing this review, however, to report the behavior of the staff that I found anything but professional: distracted and rather rude. Let me explain: once I got to the cashier, I ordered and paid in cash with a €50 note. The cashier, however, did not remember how much I had given her, and asked me to confirm. When I told her that I had given €50, she initially did not want to give me the change back, convinced that it was not true. Only after a bit of discussion and after telling her to look at the cameras did she convince herself and give me the money back, but in a very annoyed and rude way The issue is not so much the €50, but the attitude she had. Furthermore, a similar scene had happened before me with another customer: even in that case the cashier did not remember how much she had been given…. I would add that even a year ago, the exact same thing happened to some of my friends: they had paid with a €50 note, and even then they didn't want to give them change, claiming that it wasn't true. But I say is it a joke?😂😂😂 Everyone makes mistakes, especially in work environments with a high flow of people, but if episodes like this happen so often, perhaps there is a more serious problem to solve

12/08/2025: Good morning, this morning when I opened, I asked for a fruit juice and was given a fennel, carrot, melon, and peach juice with ginger without even asking. It cost €6. They had fruit like strawberries on display, so I don't know where you got the carrots and fennel, which aren't fruit anyway! The girl and the lady at the entrance were not very friendly. I felt like I was being ripped off. Never again.

22/07/2025: Different places have different customs, different venues have different management, sincerely from a former customer and former employee, if you want to eat well, order only and exclusively pizzas, at least until the current pizza chefs are still around, for the rest, No comment and in response below, Sure definitely, in fact if the burgers are cooked on Monday and served on Wednesday and Thursday, why are they kept in the fridge is it the suppliers' fault? Ridiculous

21/07/2025: Unfortunately, they can't give Zero Stars, but since they changed management, it shows: cold sandwiches, reheated meat kept in the fridge for several days, excessively increased prices on everything, waiting times for food of poor quality and oh, kept in the fridge for several days, excessively long even when the place was visibly deserted. The only thing I recommend is the pizzas, but only for the excellence of the friendly, helpful and very skilled pizza chefs. Everything else is definitely to be forgotten, not even Cannavacciuolo with his nightmare kitchens, truly disgusting!!!

14/07/2025: Really good Coffee with Soya Milk , the Women and Man where really nice and welcoming. Food tastes really good. The only thing is that they don’t clean often the Tables after people who eat Pastry

17/07/2025: We happened upon the area by chance, and seeing how crowded it was from outside, we decided to stop in. We couldn't have made a better choice; we ordered both the hot food and a delicious granita, and everything was excellent, and I bet the starters and main courses were delicious too. I highly recommend it.
