Very high quality, beautiful location with breathtaking views. The terraces around the main dining area are also truly beautiful. The pizza is delicious, even if small. The meat and fish dishes are excellent, even in large quantities, and the ingredients are truly delicious. Forget the desserts, which are "not at all in keeping with the rest of the menu." Excellent service, the young staff are very attentive to all customers, and the managers are also very professional in welcoming and managing the experience. The pizzeria's prices are a bit high, but the quality perhaps justifies the price. We'll definitely be back.

A scenic spot just outside Acireale. It's a shame there's no more obvious signage to point it out, but luckily we have GPS today! The service was excellent, the staff attentive and helpful; they even brought us mosquito repellent. The pizza, made with their special dough, was delicious and easy to digest.

The service and atmosphere were impeccable, but the pizzas were a major letdown. Despite the variety and Sicilian crust on their pizzas, we didn't notice the quality and flavor we expected.

I had different expectations, it could have been better... when the pizzas arrived at the table, let's say a little colder than ice... but my good manners outweighed the criticism and I didn't complain at all... the place was packed... I asked for a second beer and it arrived after asking for it four times... by then I had given up... A piece of advice from a customer... put a few more guys on the courses... maybe we can eat the pizza hotter... and drink some colder beer...

The restaurant is located in the Timpa nature reserve and offers a terrace with spectacular views of the Ionian coast. The atmosphere is very refined, romantic, and charming. The menu offers a variety of options, especially pizzas. The pizza is very crispy; I would have preferred a softer, lighter crust. Overall, I'm satisfied and recommend the restaurant, especially for the breathtaking view overlooking the sea.

19/07/2026: One of the best restaurants I've ever visited. The service is very professional and attentive. The view of Mount Etna is simply breathtaking, and the location is truly stunning. The quality of the food is excellent, with high-quality ingredients and dishes prepared with great care. The only downside is the value for money: the prices are a bit high, and the portions could be slightly larger. What I didn't quite understand, however, was the presence of aroma diffusers practically every few meters. The entire restaurant is filled with a very intense fragrance that completely covers the aroma of the dishes. In a restaurant of this caliber, I think you should be able to smell the wonderful aroma of the food, not that of an artificial perfume. Otherwise, everything was truly excellent. I would gladly return.

17/07/2026: This is a lovely place with a mountain atmosphere, right down to the name "Baita," which certainly makes sense given its location in Nicolosi, just steps from the Etna National Park. The atmosphere is welcoming both inside and on the small outdoor veranda, which is truly pleasant in the summer. I'd give the food a 4/5, meaning it's good, but home-style; it doesn't offer an extraordinary culinary experience. I'd also give the staff a 4/5, meaning they're kind and attentive, but could use a little more effort. There's no dedicated parking, so you have to wander through the town's various alleys. The bathroom was very clean. I'd say the prices are definitely not cheap. €15 for a plate of tagliatelle with mushrooms isn't a steal, but it's not cheap either. The same goes for a buffalo mozzarella with prosciutto for €10. A Campari Spritz is excellent for €7. I'll return if I'm in the area, but I wouldn't drive all the way to Nicolosi specifically to visit this restaurant. I believe my 4-star rating is absolutely fair, and perhaps a little generous. In conclusion, you won't go wrong either by going or not. It won't be an extraordinary experience, nor will it be a terrible one.
