03/01/2026: We stayed the night of December 29th. The view was breathtaking, the staff were welcoming and friendly. The rooms certainly aren't the most modern, but they're comfortable. The double bed was top-notch, the heating didn't go above 23°C (73°F) and was already comfortable, the shower and bathroom were spacious, although the bidet made some noises like it was sinking. The rooms with balconies have practically everything. Breakfast the next day was a standard buffet, but we were definitely satisfied, as was the splendid view just outside the room. Parking outside the hotel is very convenient, even if it's not covered by a roof.
03/01/2026: A New Year's Eve to remember. Beautiful hotel located at the foot of Mount Etna. Evocative. Excellent service, great food, everything fantastic!

29/12/2025: If a children's birthday party (for a one-year-old) is taking place on a Sunday at 9:00 PM, I expect to be informed by phone. I wanted a relaxing evening, not the sound of screaming children.
The risotto was delicious!

15/12/2025: Delicious vegan food, perfect for those seeking tasty and balanced meals. The salads are hearty, and even a pork shoulder can be a meal in itself, or complemented with PPP (a delicious reinterpretation of pane e panelle!).
The outdoor seating area is charming, equipped with covers and protected from the winter breeze by plastic sheets.
Fast, clean, and efficient service, customers can enjoy a peaceful and serene experience, an ideal break from exploring the city, between the Verga House Museum and the Ancient Theater of Catania!

04/09/2025: It's a place I've been frequenting occasionally for a while now, and I just returned a few days ago. What can I say? Giovanni's pizza is always exceptional: exquisite, crispy, and flavorful, made with top-quality ingredients that you can taste from the first bite.
I had a Margherita with buffalo mozzarella and pesto (I don't remember the name), and my husband had a Vescovo (the star shape is unique).
To finish, the sweet bites with Nutella and pistachio cream: a delight for the palate 😋
Recommend.

26/12/2025: We had a cappuccino and two espressos. We also had a cannoli with chocolate cream and a small puff pastry croissant filled with chocolate cream. Everything tasted wonderful! We only had to pay for the drinks (just €4!), the pastries were on the house. Just like that. We thought it was very kind and would definitely like to come back, as there were many more delicious treats to choose from. Thank you again!
