31/08/2024: In a small square after the busiest area there is this Putia which is truly worth a visit: a very varied menu, from first courses to pizza and sushi without ever forgetting the quality. Preference for local products, particular combinations and great courtesy of the staff made our last dinner in Catania fantastic. The cocktails are also excellent. We recommend it despite the open space in which it is located and a little dilapidated but it is part of the charm of Catania

31/08/2024: Typical and historic restaurant in Catania in Piazza Currò, a stone's throw from the ancient fish market in Catania, the historic center and the Duomo. You can eat good pizza, horse meat or sushi. There is a decent variety of wines and bubbles. Fast and competent service. The external seating capacity is very large.

10/07/2024: We were staying in the area and went for dinner. We were treated to a tour of the grounds and then seated at our table. The server explained everything, made wine and food recommendations. When each plate was presented the server identified each one and included the key ingredients. Everything about the food was great.

22/06/2024: A beautiful hidden gem of a hotel. We had a wonderful short stay with our 2 young children. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. There is a small play park for children which was a plus for our two and the pool hosts spectacular views of Mt Etna. Dinner is a must, no need to eat out as the hotel use only local produce and we had the best meal of our trip here. Great location - 50 minute drive to Mt Etna and half an hour from Taormina. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay and we’ll certainly be recommending to friends and family.

11/08/2024: I ate the roasted octopus and the spaghetti with clams. They are really good and tasty dishes. The waitresses are very nice and friendly. It's not difficult to find parking. I will definitely be happy to return.

07/08/2024: I discovered this place thanks to my in-laws on vacation coming to buy some ceramics. Stunning starters and I was struck by the typical one of the area (vegetarian). The flagship dish is tagliolini with red prawns and truffle. Almost all high-level organic wines to discover niche local wineries. Impeccable service.

05/12/2023: Ero già stato con amici in gruppo ma è un bel posto dove si mangia un'ottima pizza e ho deciso di ritornare. Dalla prenotazione al dolce il locale impressiona per la sua organizzazione. Il personale è in numero sufficiente per servire i clienti. Sono giovani ed educati. Le pietanze sono arrivate velocemente nonostante fosse sabato sera. La pizza è una delle migliori della provincia di Catania. Sicuramente ritornerò.

16/08/2024: We were there twice and both times were perfect.

15/08/2024: I have been to eat at Bell'Antonio several times, both in winter and summer. The setting is wonderful. You feel pampered as soon as you cross the threshold. The staff is professional, trained, fast, excellent. I highly recommend the mix of hot house starters, and the Garofalo spaghetti with tuna and lemon bottarga. DIVINE!!!! Not to mention their homemade bread. I always come back very willingly. Thanks for the experience. See you very soon!!!

18/08/2024: Super friendly service, it also worked wonderfully in English. I wanted to drink a wine, but I'm not experienced at it. The friendly waitress offered me 3 wines to try and I then decided on one. The food was really well made and beautifully presented, but what is not possible in this price range is that the food is served on cold plates. Otherwise 5 stars.

16/08/2024: A place of unique hospitality, cleanliness and quality... excellent quality food, the same refined in every detail even in the service and presentation. Another super positive note, the absolute cleanliness, during the entire stay there was not a fly or a mosquito present. Simply exceptional. Excellent reality that goes beyond the usual cutlet offered by everyone.

25/08/2024: Big disappointment. I had dinner on the evening of August 9, 2024 with my wife and my girls and, in short, I don't remember having ever eaten so badly in Sicily. For the little ones we ordered spaghetti with tasteless and spicy clams, even though we had specifically asked to have them without chilli. One doubts whether the sauce for the pasta was already prepared (well in advance). I'll pass over my seafood linguine, full of frozen stuff. Absolutely to avoid. Edit: in reference to the response requested by the owner, I specify that I have entered the date of the visit. For the rest, it is not my intention to get into useless controversies. As a customer, I would have been happy to pay a higher bill, provided I could enjoy dishes prepared with better quality raw materials. Maybe we were unlucky, what can I say? The fact remains that for us it was a far from pleasant experience.

16/08/2024: Arrived at 9PM, with reservation. At 9:30 the owner , after several time where he told us “ahhh be patient, 5 minutes” told me that we were not there since 9 and to wait, in a really rude way. Of course We left. In that 30 minutes we saw: - a person complaining about the food and sending a plate back -a kid working and serving at the tables - the same kid taking the plate of a person that was eating french fries saying “we need the table” - people without reservation sitting before us Stay away

07/08/2024: The prices displayed on the application do not always correspond with the prices displayed and therefore it is not always easy to understand the price paid at the end. It's not very clear

11/07/2024: A top waiter who knows how to be a bartender, waiter, DJ, guitarist and singer. The alcohol is good and so are the petits fours (petit four given free by the waiter!). I highly recommend.
