28/06/2026: This is the best restaurant I've ever been to! Incredibly delicious and incredibly beautiful! A true culinary art! And the location is insanely beautiful. The restaurant is located on the grounds of a castle hotel with a park immersed in roses and olive trees! This place isn't just about the food; it's the atmosphere and charm of Sicily all in one place. If you don't have time to travel the island, just come here! It's a definite must-see and must-taste!

Here at the Stone Garden you can find the beautiful atmosphere: style, authenticity and sizilianischem charm. The geschmackvolle Ambiente schafft den perfekten Rahmen für einen genussvollen Abend.
The herzliche Empfang with a Gruß aus der Küche und a Glass Spumante war a gelungener Auftakt. Kulinarisch überzeugte uns besonders die Fusilli alla Norma: außergewöhnliche Interpretation eines sizilianischen Klassikers, die so noch nie erlebt haben. Here you will find the Battuta di Scottona, the Shrimp-Tatar and the Gnocchi with Scampi-Bisque meiner Frau, followed by a new Nerello Mascalese.
Also the Desserts begeisterten: a fresh Zubereitetes Tiramisu with luftiger Coffee Foam sowie a fine Rosemary Panna Cotta with Mandarinen-Sorbet. The perfect Abschluss bildete in Glas Well Ryé by Donnafugata.
Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Qualität der regionaln Zutaten und die gelungene Verbindung von Tradition und Creativität. Der Service war aufmerksam, professionell und dabei angenehm unaufdringlich.

As soon as you enter Giardino di Pietra, you sense a special atmosphere: elegant, authentic, and full of Sicilian charm. A setting with meticulous attention to detail, perfect for an evening of flavor and relaxation.
The welcome with a delicious amuse-bouche and a glass of sparkling wine was a refined and much-appreciated start. Among the dishes we tasted, the Fusilli alla Norma deserves a special mention: an extraordinary reinterpretation of a great Sicilian classic, executed with balance, quality, and great gastronomic sensitivity. The Scottona Beef Tartare, the Red Shrimp Tartare, and the gnocchi with scampi bisque, chosen by my wife, were also excellent, accompanied by an excellent Nerello Mascalese.
The desserts concluded the dinner in the best possible way: a freshly prepared Tiramisu with a soft coffee foam and a delicate Rosemary Panna Cotta with mandarin sorbet. All accompanied by a magnificent Donnafugata Ben Ryé.
We were particularly impressed by the quality of the local ingredients and the perfect balance between tradition and creativity. The service was friendly, attentive, and professional, always present but never intrusive.
A huge compliment to the entire kitchen and dining room team. Il Giardino di Pietra gave us an unforgettable evening. We recommend it without hesitation and will definitely return.
