The place is a successful experiment in fusion. The informal spirit of an American pub meets the excellence of local Italian dining. The secret ingredient here is playfulness. The brand plays with the names of its offerings, translating the English "orecchiato" (little ear) into a Sicilian spelling: a brilliant idea to transform an international format into an original identity. We began the evening by indulging in delicious "timekillers" to share. Fried onion rings and a delicious combination of potatoes, onions, and sun-dried tomatoes. All washed down with a Tarì beer, a craft beer from Modica that is not only an expression of the region, but is, above all, an excellent product.
