The atmosphere is unique, transporting you on a journey through history, culture, and tradition. The cuisine is top-notch and represents the true essence of Sicily. The ingredients, strictly locally sourced and sourced directly from the castle's garden, are expertly enhanced by the chef, who flawlessly combines tradition and modernity. Each dish reflects the region, carefully following seasonality and showcasing authentic and genuine flavors. We greatly appreciated the courtesy, professionalism, and elegance of Mario and the entire dining room staff, who were always attentive and present without being intrusive. Service worthy of such a prestigious setting. The wine list is also excellent, with a wide selection ranging from Sicilian excellence to national and international labels.
