09/08/2024: We had the most beautiful wedding we could imagine. Credit goes to all the Etna Palace staff, professional and friendly people, always with a smile. A special hug goes to Maria Rosa, who took care of every little detail, and to chef Carmelo, who prepared the entire requested menu to perfection. We received so many compliments on both the food and the location. We hope to have the opportunity to return to them soon. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart from Vincenzo and Mariarosa ❤️

06/08/2024: Everything was fine but the second course was disgusting, only the potatoes were edible

06/08/2024: I prezzi andrebbero assolutamente rivisti e non certo al rialzo: abbiamo preso una granita senza brioche e una brioche con gelato e pagato ben € 6,00. Non ho voluto replicare per educazione ma la risposta logica sarebbe stata di verificare il totale in quanto di sicuro c'è un errore anche perché non abbiamo di certo il viso o l'accento da turisti e con tutto il rispetto per Caltagirone certi prezzi assurdi neppure a Taormina li fanno. Concludo dicendo che a quel prezzo la qualità doveva essere al top, invece era semplicemente nella media.

30/05/2024: Excellent food, entrance not easily accessible to disabled people, helpful, well-mannered and friendly staff; small men's bathroom, the one for women and disabled people, quite large with access ramp, hand dryer malfunctioning, no soap or disinfectant

27/08/2024: Quiet restaurant. Quite high waiting times. The quality of the food and the portions did not convince me. Not even the environment. I have to go back to evaluate better. Maybe it wasn't the right night.

12/07/2024: Etnapolis is a large shopping center! You can find everything there: you can buy shoes, clothing, food, electronics, household appliances, jewelery and trinkets! There are also pizzerias, restaurants, a herbalist's shop and bars with local specialties! There is a multiplex cinema! To visit!

03/07/2024: This is the second time I've eaten pizza bought here. The first time taken as a takeaway and the second time ordered at home. Both times they never betrayed me. The ingredients are of excellent quality and the dough is really good. Delivery was also really fast. Highly recommended

06/08/2024: Excellent food, modern and clean environment. If it wasn't for the service. They always forget to bring sugar to the table so you have to get up again. They got my coffee order wrong 3 times and while the others had finished breakfast I still had to start.
