The employees there found a solution for us straight away and the food we ordered was ready for takeaway very quickly. They were fast, helpful and polite. 24/05/2025: We had dinner at A putia dell’ostello and we were welcomed very warmly. The food was excellent, the service was fast and professional. A special compliment to Siria who had great attention and smiles for me and my family and for the guests present!

The wait to get the food, paid for in advance, is excessively long, despite there being even more counter girls, if we want to call them that. Perpetually dirty or broken bathrooms, doves that enter the place also placing themselves on the tables, which is disgusting, and the so-called "counter girls" who look and almost laugh, I would propose a mass dismissal.

22/05/2025: It is absolutely not a takeaway pizza that I ate! It deserves to be enjoyed on a nice plate and with the good company of the owners. You can perceive the quality of the raw materials, the professionalism of Miriana at the cash register and the experience of Enzo who knows how to communicate with his oven. You feel good, in total cleanliness, but above all you eat the real good pizza! Highly recommended❤️

10/05/2025: Dans un quartier pas très "hype", cette petite adresse mérite le détour. L accueil y est super super souriant. Et je vous conseille les grillades : Boulettes de veau à la braise ! On a passé une excellente soirée pizza !

07/05/2025: Wir waren in einer urlaubswoche gleich zwei mal hier essen. Es war einfach perfekt. Alles super lecker super frisch und ganz nette Bedienung. Und bei einer frischen Margherita und einem Bier für 12€ ist es sogar perfekt für den kleinen Geldbeutel.

The cocktails are simply top: well balanced, creative and prepared with quality ingredients. The service is another strong point: attentive, professional and always with a smile. 23/04/2025: Pastry shop that prepares traditional desserts, mainly baked and almond. They also prepare real pasta desserts, which are now almost a rarity. I tasted some excellent panzerotti with chocolate cream, a good graffen and an amazing little parcel of graffen filled on the spot with chocolate cream. It's a real sweet shop, the place is simple, the desserts (to take away) are from the best Catania tradition. Competent owners. Good quality/price ratio.

12/05/2025: Typical place created from a millstone, typical cuisine even if in the menu there is a slightly confused identity between the proposal of the day and the basic menu. Simple food without excellence of any kind and with some small preparation errors. Precise and courteous service as well as well-trained dining room staff. I was not satisfied with the quality/price ratio... three guests who took only one shared starter and three decidedly basic second courses, without a bottle of wine or dessert we spent 140 euros. A little too much to justify a zibibbo offered at the end of the meal or an entree of bread wafers. Personally I won't return, in my opinion there are much more interesting alternatives in the area

09/05/2025: this is something strange! the owner of the hotel recommended this place to us. very beautiful interior, made with love for details and decor. but we were very upset by the service. there were 2 waiters and a manager. they constantly came and did something on our table, moved, carried, took away (especially the man waiter). stood right in front of us and looked at us straightly. it was very uncomfortable, we were shy during all time. they also discussed us, thinking that we were foreigners and did not understand. the food was delicious, although the portions were small. but this uncomfortable atmosphere made us eat quickly, skip dessert and run away. when we asked for the bill and paid it with a credit card, they also brought us a wooden box with a receipt and a place for tips. i was sitting and looking for money in my bag to find a suitable one, at that moment the waiter-man, came up, opened it, slammed it and took it away!! what was that???? I was so confused. very bad manners, especial with the guest of you country, who is don’t understand something. We have been travelling around Sicilia already 1 week and first time meet so uncomfortable attitude in caffe.

15/05/2025: We found this place through Google, I have to say we were pleasantly surprised because it corresponded 100% with the reviews. The best fillet with mushrooms we have ever eaten (it melted in the mouth). Welcoming place, specific Sicilian dishes. We booked for this evening too. Top

04/05/2025: This Sunday I called to book a table at 2pm, he told me it was possible, so I took the car and after half an hour I arrived in front of this place which was totally CLOSED! I thank those who made the reservation for their seriousness, and I recommend the bar on the corner, an excellent diner!

27/04/2025: Yesterday I had the pleasure of celebrating my thirtieth birthday in this pizzeria and with great joy I am here to write to you that it was a beautiful evening! In addition to a friendly staff attentive to our every need, we ate delicious typical appetizers and excellent pizzas! To my great surprise, a very nice table was prepared for cutting the cake with everything needed for the toast and some dark brown heads to frame everything! Highly recommended place for professionalism, tradition and hospitality. Thank you for this wonderful evening! NB: place very attentive to food waste as we were asked if we wanted to take home the remaining dishes in order not to waste anything prepared. Big point in favor of the place. Well done!

15/10/2024: Essen war ganz ok, gute Pastagerichte, Melanzane toll, Schweinefilet etwas durch. Aber dass das Personal freiwerdende Tisch mit stark riechenden Desinfektionsmitteln reinigt hat den Ess- und Trinkgenuss dann doch stark beeinträchtigt. Davon waren sie auch auf unseren Hinweis nicht abzubringen, scheint also eine Anweisung von oben zu sein.
