A truly top-notch venue; I celebrated my 25th wedding anniversary there. And I found the organization excellent, the staff truly professional, always present, and impeccable—10 out of 10. The food was top-notch; in short, the entire event was considered top-notch. I personally thank them for the wonderful evening.

I celebrated my graduation (a very intimate affair with just 12 people), and they reserved a table for me in the Botanike restaurant area. I chose the ikebana menu with appetizers, first and second courses, and a cake to celebrate. I couldn't have been happier. The service was excellent, and they paid attention to every detail (the table linens, the red candles). They even reserved a table for me for photos with the cake, even though I hadn't booked the entire room. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. I consider them professionals!

19/05/2026: Compliments to the chef! Great atmosphere and the food is delicious!
09/05/2026: During our week-long stay in Acireale, we ate here twice. The restaurant opens early in the evening, which is a big advantage if you don't want to eat too late. The service is very attentive and friendly. But all of that would be nothing without the fantastic food. We had grilled seafood with a tomato and onion salad and pasta with pistachio pesto and Sicilian antipasti (caponatina). For dessert, we had an iced lemon with sorbet. The food arrived quickly, and the portions were very generous. There was no cover charge (as is usually the case here). Each time, we were also given a delicious sample. The delicious warm bread was also replenished every time. We highly recommend that everyone experience the first-class service and fantastic food for themselves.

Ristorante Valentino

05/06/2026: This review comes from 38 years ago when my father was stationed at Sigonella. They didn't have any available base housing when we transfered from Maine, so we stayed in Motta in a high-rise apartment building our first year. I remember sheep being herded down our street, I remember the AMAZING street markets every weekend. I am lucky enough to remember it all. Most of all, I have NEVER FORGOTTEN the pizza sauce from Valentino. There are only a small handful of places that have made pizza that gave me a hint of the taste of that sauce. Every time it hits, takes me right back. We went almost WEEKLY, which was insane for a military family...we didn't eat out at all. I have now made my first pizza at home, myself, and I will spend the rest of my years perfecting the sauce from my childhood. I wish you all the best!
