Volù Pizzeria is located in the Borgo area of ​​Catania, on one of the many narrow streets. Parking isn't easy given the area, but as soon as you enter the pizzeria, you'll find a welcoming atmosphere with staff ready to provide excellent service. Having tried the Nebrodi pizza, I can say it was truly delicious. The dough was well-leavened with a very high crust, a sign of excellent leavening. Furthermore, the pizza itself was beautifully presented and the flavor was excellent. The ingredients didn't mix together, altering the unique flavor of each one, but rather were easily distinguishable. I absolutely recommend this pizzeria for the quality of both the food and the service.

The pizzas are exceptional, both in terms of the dough and the quality of the ingredients; they're not only tasty but also beautiful to look at. The pizza chef is exceptional; I'll definitely be back to try something else.
