07/08/2024: We returned for lunch after a few years, the starter was exceptionally fresh and the chef made us a swordfish caponata that was unique in flavour. What about the first courses, delicious pasta with black sauce and sublime potato soup with mussels. We finished with a strawberry sorbet. I applaud the attentive and helpful service, congratulations. The Curve is a confirmation over time.

13/08/2024: The best kebab I've ever eaten. I've been buying it for years and I assure you that, after eating the maxi-sized one late at night, the next morning I feel light as a feather. The restaurant is family-run and, with many sacrifices, the owners, husband and wife, have managed to maintain and consolidate a very high level over the years. Compliments!

26/07/2024: Very good kebab, tasty and plentiful. Reasonable prices and great customer management. Great lesson in cleanliness, the kebab is prepared before your eyes and everyone who touches the food has gloves on. The person at the register does not handle the food. Highly recommended.

22/08/2024: I went to this place with my partner to give us some time to ourselves, it was a pleasant surprise. The food is excellent, you immediately perceive how the choice of fresh raw materials plays an important role in the kitchen. We started with a tuna tartare (accompanied by a much appreciated lemon flavored oil) and an excellent fried calamari. The pasta with sea urchins had just the flavor of the sea, the paccheri with lobster were masterful. Congratulations also to the staff, very helpful and quick in satisfying requests. The only sore point, if you really want to look for it, is having to find a place for your car nearby (almost impossible on weekends), but this doesn't depend on the place. We will gladly return!

20/08/2024: A lot of heat inside that greatly affects the lack of conservation that the place has. With textiles, paintings and wood that can be affected by biological attacks, it is truly crazy to have the windows wide open, even more so being close to trees and during a heat wave.

07/08/2024: Without infamy and without praise. The dishes are basic, nothing really good enough to want to return. Avoid the spaghetti with sea urchins, because the dish is tasteless and the sea urchins are practically absent... And the seafood salad is a disappointment. The extremely rude owner, the young waiter made up for it with helpfulness and courtesy.

18/07/2024: Eccellente, per chi vuole mangiare benissimo, godere del silenzio e dei profumi dell’Etna. Il menù degustazione terra è quasi una scelta obbligata, poiché “spiega” il territorio al palato. La cifra dello chef è il limone, col quale firma con equilibrio le portate.

14/08/2024: Good cooking, there is nothing to complain about. On the other hand, we had not read the comments before entering and we also fell for it. As soon as we sit down, the lady explains to us that the oven is not hot enough and tells us what we should eat: anti pasti and focaccia for the adults and pizza for the children... that seems good to us, especially since there is no not much else open at lunchtime… Result 75€ for two focaccia including a simple one and the antipasti composed of a plate of cold meats and melon, a plate of mushrooms and a plate of a kind of ratatouille all really very good. There is no price of antipasti on the menu or anywhere...so I think it's a bit up to the customer and on the ticket it's all the same denomination... In short, just for the sake of form, I don't recommend it.

08/08/2024: Positive: very friendly family, clean, quality finish of the rooms and real charm of the place Negative: family service with its advantages and disadvantages, very high restaurant prices despite uneven quality and amateur level of cuisine (uncontrolled cooking and flavors) + an exorbitant bill of 16 euros for three bowls of industrial chips. Conclusion: unsatisfactory value for money, tourist prices.

24/08/2024: Excellent service but I must say that I have more than a few reservations about what I ate, especially because we started off well and then gradually got worse: starters were all good, but if you bring a platter of mixed cold cuts to the table for six people you can't put (see photo) 4 pieces of one cheese, 5 of another or even a slice of spicy salami (how do we divide it into six?). On the first courses, the lasagna and paccheri were good (the latter also al dente), but in some places the lasagna seemed to be seasoned with puree and not with ragù, as if the latter had not been enough to season the portions to be brought to the dining room . Honestly, the second courses - perhaps the pickled vegetables or the meat itself such as chops, which were a chop each or the leg of pork - were skippable because they tasted nothing good. The almond semifreddo at the end was the coup de grace; if that is an artisanal product, tell the pastry chef that the chemical aroma of bitter almond (something recently abused by several bars in the area) is indigestible. I don't know about you, but I don't eat bitter almonds and in an almond semifreddo you can't taste such an overbearing and unnatural taste. The staff were really committed and did very well; Too bad there is only one machine outside with pods for coffee at the end of the meal and the kiosk has become a meeting point with many people queuing.

15/08/2024: We used this farmhouse for mid-August lunch. I have to say we had a great meal, the food was cooked well and the stuff looked good. I would like to underline the kindness and availability of Marcello's service who was super attentive to every need of adults and children. The owner was also very kind and allowed the two children of the family to use the panoramic swimming pool. The only thing I can recommend is the use of a coffee machine that can make double-dose coffees to speed up service at the end of the meal.
