EDIT: After about a year, we repeated the experience, and this time everything was great. The parts were always top-notch, with on-time and precise delivery. Excellent work! No complaints about the parts, they were excellent, but we had requested 45 to be delivered to our home address, and 30 of them arrived cold, an hour late, 100 meters away. We pointed out the misunderstanding over the phone, but they blamed the "system" and showed no interest in finding a solution. Patience.
