I had dinner last night with some family members and I'm sorry to point out that, while the pizzas were well made and well seasoned, the two fish dishes, chosen from the second courses offered on the menu, were not at all good: the capon fillet was dry (perhaps overcooked) and the fried fish was really bad. We didn't make any complaints at the time, as we had been invited and we didn't think it was appropriate to embarrass those who had chosen the venue.

I'm sorry to say it but, honestly, the fried food was greasy and the pizza was too UNDERLY cooked. I didn't leave satisfied, I'm sorry

One of the best pizzerias in Palermo. The place is very picturesque and welcoming and the staff are really friendly. We have been frequenting the pizzeria "La Braciera" for several years and in our opinion it has never missed a beat. The pizza is always excellent, as is the dough and the quality of the ingredients. Prices are appropriate for the service offered and the peculiarity of the products. The dessert was also excellent, I highly recommend the almond parfait😁

Il posto è molto accogliente e caldo, specialmente quando fuori piove ed entri ti senti avvolto dal legno e dalle foto alle pareti con tutti i richiami cinematografici, le lucine ed il resto, ottimo il servizio e la gentilezza del personale, preparato e sempre presente, devo dire che la pizza è stata al di sotto delle nostre aspettative, mentre il prezzo che si paga non rispecchia ne la quantità ne tanto meno la bontà del prodotto offerto. Di sicuro i prodotti usati sono buoni e particolari, non è piaciuto l'impasto della pizza, estremamente sottile e ruvido, cioè sembrava di ingoiare carta vetrata, poi la mia pizza leggermente aspra per l'uso dei pomodorini gialli, non una scelta ottimale per me, inoltre quantità di materie prime risicate, abbiamo fatto aggiungere alla pizza con bufala anche la fiordilatte e nonostante ciò di mozzarella giusto la presenza minima, la pizza via col vento abbastanza aspra e con lo stesso problema di essere ruvida da ingoiare, avrei difficoltà a tornarci e giustificare 50€ per 2 pizze nella media e qualche pezzetto di formaggio fritto col miele(acqua e coca) Bello ma non bellissimo

(Scrivo in reazione all’aeroporto Falcone e Borsellino di Palermo non essendoci voce specifica) Atterrati a Palermo, volevamo arancina o pizza. Abbiamo visto questa nuova apertura nell ala appena ristrutturata e quindi con molta facilità abbiamo ordinato tramite il totem situato all’ingresso. In 5 minuti le pizze erano già servite e in altrettanto tempo già divorate! Notando la particolarità e la leggerezza dell’impasto, abbiamo chiesto e abbiamo appreso che è un mix di farine integrali e riso. Ottima pietanza
