What a great place for meat! Until now this is the best place we have had diner. Great and helpful people and very tasty dishes. As a starter we had gnocchi to share, very very good. Accompanied with some nice red house wine, we have some lamb shop's and a steak Florentine (t-bone). Both very well prepared! To top it off, we had the canolli with ricotta. The best we've had so far!

It is so lovely to sit here on the terrace in the shade of a large tree during the hottest part of the day. We had an extensive lunch here after visiting the castle. The service was incredibly friendly, and the food and wine were delicious.

One word: exceptional! Excellent service, quality food. Super friendly staff welcomed us without a reservation and, despite closing time, didn't rush us at all. The first courses were delicious, plentiful, and rooted in Sicilian tradition, and the meat was cooked perfectly. Truly nothing negative. It's a shame we can't return, as we live on the other side of the island. Highly recommended for those visiting Donnafugata Castle and beyond.

Excellent food, a wonderful setting for lunch while waiting to visit Donnafugata Castle, and above all, friendly and knowledgeable staff. We were greeted wonderfully; highly recommended!

We stopped at this lovely little place for a quick dinner. The pasta and grilled meat were excellent. Attentive staff, fast service, and prices in line with the offerings. Nice location with soft, atmospheric music in the background. We'll definitely be back to try other dishes.

Cannolia, il cannolo caldo n.1 in Sicilia

04/08/2026: We happened to pass by this marvel. A cannolo like this deserves more than 5 stars. The wafer is freshly fried and warm, and the rest of the filling is exquisite. The staff at the place are kind and helpful. Congratulations.
23/07/2026: Delicious for 2+2, it's worth starting with 2 pieces per family. Especially if you're not hungry and after ice cream.

24/07/2026: It was delicious again! We ate here several times last year. Last night we had the "Tagliata di Pollo" twice and the "Tagliata Hyblea" once. The "Patate Bastarde" (potato wedges with a Ragusano cream) are highly recommended. The prices are good, and the cover charge isn't exorbitant, which we've experienced elsewhere this year. Keep up the good work! My wife will be back for the pistachio cheesecake. 😉 Update: Everything was great again this year, and we also had pizza there – very tasty!
