01/08/2025: Faultless experience at Pizzeria Ristorante da Franco. We got the fritto misto di peace as a light bite with some cocktails and it was the freshest seafood I have had yet in Sicily. Drinks had a good kick, quiet little location with good vibes. Very happy with our stop over.

Le busiate con le cozze, io le ho prese sempre, il sapore del sugo del sud, le cozze freschissime, il polpo croccante, con salsa speziata (sapori d'oriente), le pizze, con farina di semola, tutto squisito, particolare sempre digeribile, complimenti

24/08/2025: I went to this restaurant for the first time, adjacent to the Etnapolis shopping center. The location was nice. The service was quick but inattentive. I ordered a chicken fillet sandwich and received a breaded chicken fillet (if I'd wanted a cutlet, I would have specified breaded chicken when ordering) completely soaked in oil. The oil made the sandwich so inedible that I had to remove the meat from the sandwich and continue my dinner with just the cutlet. I also found the waiters' haste to take away your plate unattractive. The prices were above average. Overall, a decent experience, but I don't think I'll return.

22/08/2025: Fast service Friendly and friendly staff Excellent dishes On vacation in Catania, I ate seafood couscous just like my grandmother's I highly recommend it You won't regret it! The mussels are also excellent Spaghetti with clams, but the seafood couscous... A MASTERPIECE! COMPLIMENTS TO THE CHEF AND ALL THE STAFF.

15/08/2025: A quick mid-August lunch. The main courses and pizzas are better than the first courses, though the service is a bit unstable. Prices are in keeping with the type of establishment. A pleasant location, almost on the waterfront.

26/09/2024: We went to this restaurant with a tour group for pizza making. It is a tiny restaurant with a very friendly and service-oriented team. In all honesty, the pizza making class was pretty uninspired. More like watching one of the pizza cooks make a pizza. There was one opportunity to add your own ingredients to a pizza, but that is not exactly a pizza class. So, the class experience was pretty much a 2 out of 5. So, consider this instead a review of the pizza and restaurant itself. On that measure it was a solid to high 4 out of 5 stars. The quality of the pizza was excellent – crust, sauces, toppings. Service was good, although they seemed to lose interest as time went on, which drops to the 4 stars.

13/07/2025: Super fresh fish you can choose from at the counter, very tasty and beautifully presented dishes! We tipped very well. Highly recommended for fish lovers!

13/06/2025: Fresh fish and cooked very well. We had several appetizers and first courses: everything was delicious and I recommend the sardine meatballs because they were perfect! The fried food was also excellent! The staff was helpful and super kind. I will return to try the rest!!
