A Maidda In Biancavilla

A hidden gem near Etna. An exceptional and authentic restaurant with warm and welcoming staff. The food was phenomenal. Fresh mussels, fragrant bread, seafood linguine, and scampi. The swordfish was perfectly prepared, as was the fried calamari and salad. The dessert was divine and I absolutely must have the recipe. We also purchased delicious prosciutto and top-quality baked goods for our trip. The staff is very attentive. You feel truly welcome. "A Maidda" is one of the best restaurants in the area. Warmth, intense flavors, simply wonderful. A place where you don't just eat, you feel truly welcome. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality and exceptional food. We are from Germany.
