A lovely place in the center of Agrigento. The menu is elaborate, the staff extremely helpful and friendly. The execution of the dishes is masterful; there wasn't a single dish we ordered that wasn't a 10/10. We couldn't find any criticisms about any of the dishes; everything was perfect. If I'm ever in Agrigento again, I'll definitely be back.

A simply extraordinary gastronomic experience. If it were possible to give more than five stars, I would without hesitation. Cusà Osteria di Mare is one of those restaurants that captivates you from the first moment and makes you want to return even before you've finished dinner. We chose an appetizer tasting, and it was a true journey through the flavors of the sea. Each course was meticulously prepared, with the freshest ingredients and original pairings. The tuna carpaccio was unforgettable, accompanied by a delicate coffee mayonnaise, harissa oil, basil oil, and dried capers, a surprising dish that combines creativity and balance. The Shokupan, their homemade brioche bread with lemon mousse and Sciacca anchovies, was also exceptional: an explosion of flavors. We then enjoyed oysters, impeccably served and incredibly fresh, as well as the delicious cod "Cazzilli" with fermented lemon mayonnaise. The fresh potato salad with sweet and sour onion, olives, and cherry tomatoes was also a delightful surprise. Every bite spoke of the chef's passion for seafood. The dish that truly won us over was the Cusà spaghetti with cooked and raw red shrimp and its bisque: one of the best pasta dishes I've ever eaten. It was all accompanied by an excellent sparkling white wine, perfectly recommended. The service deserves a special mention. Saif al-Din, known as Zakaria, was simply exceptional: highly knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and passionate. He explained every dish to us in great detail, offering expert advice and making us feel pampered from start to finish. Service of the highest quality. A heartfelt thanks also to Francesca, always smiling, kind, and attentive, and of course to chef Salvatore, whom we had the pleasure of meeting personally. Behind every dish, you can sense technique, creativity, and a great deal of passion for his work. Cusà is not just a restaurant: it's an experience. Refined yet authentic cuisine, impeccable service, and an atmosphere that makes you feel truly special. For us, it was undoubtedly one of the best dining experiences in Sicily. Compliments to the entire staff: we'll definitely be back and will recommend it to anyone passing through Agrigento.
