14/02/2025: We had wanted to dine at A'Cuncuma for a long time and our expectations were more than repaid. All the flavors of Sicilian cuisine in a contemporary guise, without too many frills but with brilliant creative ideas, such as the drops of liquorice sauce next to the pistachio wafer and scampi tartare. Well-stocked wine list, but letting Valentina advise you... it's advisable! Sober and elegant environment, in the heart of Palermo, a stone's throw from the historic Capo market. A must!

09/01/2025: Gourmet restaurant that you absolutely must book if you are staying in Palermo. The dishes are extremely careful and delicious, a trip to Sicily which has only just begun. Many friends have told me about Borgo Giarracca but I had never been there...tonight we decided, I highly recommend it, first for the kindness and cordiality that is there, and then for the excellent pizzas that we had, also because ours were of three different doughs. The pizzas were good, soft, tasty and the dough very light. Go there, you won't regret it.😍😋

Questa qualità non riguarda solo il cibo, perfettamente eseguito dal punto di vista tecnico e ottimo nel gusto, ma tutta l'esperienza. Il servizio è sempre attento e gentile e lo chef viene sempre al tavolo per assicurarsi che tutto procede bene, una cosa che vedo fare solo qui. 23/03/2025: During our stay in Agrigento 2023, SAL8 was our absolute favorite restaurant! Although there were no tables available at the beginning, we were warmly welcomed with a glass of Prosecco - a really successful start. The entire experience was first class: from the starter to the main course to the dessert, everything was excellent. Particularly noteworthy is the swordfish with pistachio crust – a culinary highlight! The service was consistently attentive and friendly, and all at very fair prices. If you are in Agrigento, you should not miss this restaurant – a clear recommendation!

23/03/2025: @Google, please add one more star for this type of restaurant. It was a spectacular meal, delicious food, and a calm and pleasant atmosphere. As for the service, it's hard to improve. We came with a friend who's allergic to nuts, and they were super attentive and even brought desserts just for him without charging us extra. The price, without hesitation, was less than €50 per person. Perfect value for money.

24/03/2025: We celebrated our daughter's 18th birthday, a very beautiful and welcoming structure, very kind and friendly staff, to entertain the party we had a boy, Dominic, who entertained the guests, finishing with the beautiful music of Giovanni the DJ, excellent food, taken care of with great attention, even on the presentation of the buffet, I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to celebrate any event, thanks to Roberto the Owner of the Villa for the welcome given to us

02/03/2025: Delicatessen offering gourmet sandwiches, squash and recently focaccia (yet to be tried), the quality of the sandwiches is excellent with quality ingredients. The service is attentive to the customer and the atmosphere is rustic and welcoming. Negative note, which disappointed me a little, was their sushilian (sushi with cured meats). The main problems are the portions being too small, the rice being cooked incorrectly, the quantity of cured meats being minimal and the flavor being overpowered by the various sauces. Too bad, the idea behind it is good, the implementation needs to be reviewed.
