Excellent choice of wines and platters. Tried several excellent natural wines and platters with cured meats and cheeses, the result of careful research by the owners, niche products. Everything was excellent and the staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and friendly.

Super wine bar, delicious food/snack, we got a plate with cheese and sausage/ham. Good service, and very good information about the wines, without it being too much. Will definitely come again.

Nice wine bar with passionate manager and connoisseur of local wines. We stayed to eat, repeating the same thing with a plate of excellent goat cheeses!

Did you ever think about how an ideal Italian wine bar should look like? I guess, Evoe comes pretty close. Great service, excellent wines, great recommendations, and also pretty good food (Tomato salad!). Love this place!

This is the best wine bar in Ortigia by far. The owner elevates your experience with his knowledge of Sicilian wines, his personable vibe and his incredible customer service. Our family of 6 stayed here for 3 nights and went there every night.

Proprietario molto preparato sia per i vini che per il cibo,prendere un vino importante e un tagliere sono un'esperienza.
Abbiamo preso un Perricone 100% con affinamento in botte e in bottiglia delle cantine Milazzo di nome FONDIRÒ , accompagnato con salumi tra cui formaggi stagionati e pepati con frutta e marmellata amara,salumi con fette di mortadella di asino e pecora.

My wife and I visited Evoe based on all the good reviews on Trip Advisor. It did not disappoint. We had a most enjoyable light dinner. Great food, great wine, great service. As noted by others, the owner explains the wine and dishes, and suggests the best wine to pair with the dishes you select. Everything about Evoe is quality. A must try if you're in Ortigia. You, too, will not be disappointed.
