14/09/2024: Siamo andati a cenare in questo ristorante per festeggiare un anniversario di nozze, ma l'esperienza è stata piuttosto deludente. La location era ben curata, ma il cibo non è stato all'altezza delle aspettative. Ho ordinato una linguina con pesto di pistacchi e gambero rosso mentre al tavolo e arrivata una pasta con pesto alla genovese(una pasta dal costo di ben €28) Sinceramente, non sono un grande fan del pesto alla genovese( ho problemi allo stomaco se dovessi mangiarlo, per giorni!!!!!!) e, se l'avessi saputo, non l'avrei scelta…per non parlare della tartare di gambero rosso che accompagnava la pasta, era completamente dissonante, pasta e gamberi non si abbinavano affatto. Quando ho chiesto alla cameriera se il pesto fosse alla genovese o di pistacchi, la sua risposta è stata: "Ah, non lo so!" 🚫 Ho gentilmente chiesto di verificare in cucina, si è allontanata dicendomi “si, certo” ma poi mi ha completamente ignorato non facendomi sapere più niente. Il conto è stato estremamente salato: 5€ per un'acqua e 5€ di coperto a testa….che dire, tra la scarsa attenzione del personale e la maleducazione riguardo alla richiesta sul pesto (continuavano a sostenere che fosse di pistacchi nonostante fosse palesemente alla genovese !!!!!) posso solo dire: EVITATE QUESTO RISTORANTE!

14/09/2024: Le dio una oportunidad a este restaurante basado en las buenas críticas. Al llegar nos informaron que no había cócteles disponibles (en un lugar que tiene mixología en el nombre? ). El entrante creme brulee era acuoso e insípido, el pescado de la parte principal parecía viejo, la salsa sabía literalmente a nada, los espárragos estaban tan sobrecocidos que simplemente parecía triste. Terriblemente caro, la mitad del menú no estaba disponible. En la mesa de al lado había un coulpe que pidió pasta con pesto pistacho, consiguieron pesto genovés normal sin siquiera ser informados así que también quedaron terriblemente decepcionados. no se dejen engañar por las hermosas fotos, la realidad es tristemente totalmente diferente. No recomendaría este lugar, no pierdas tu tiempo y dinero👎

11/10/2024: Een geweldig restaurant met een uitmuntende prijs product verhouding. Goede producten en goede voordelige huis wijn. Na de maaltijd krijg je altijd een glaasje mirte likeur. Goede bediening en snel wij vonden het erg gezellig.

26/09/2024: Se passate da San Teodoro non perdete tempo a cercar posti per cenare nel paesino, venite qui! Un ristorante davvero ottimo. Serve pizze deliziose ma non solo: ha un menù di tutto rispetto con lista vini eccellenti. I camerieri sono riguardosi e corrono come delle trottole senza mai farsi desiderare! Ho assaggiato gnocchi con vongole e bottarga squisiti con condimento a gogo. Una spigola al sale saporita che si esaltava ad ogni sorso di vino. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente! Tornerò sicuramente ai 4 venti di monte petrosu se passerò da San Teodoro!

16/03/2025: Per entrare bisogna fare un po' di fila ma ne vale la pena. Servizio molto veloce cibo ben confezionato e con porzioni generose. Personale cortese e sempre a disposizione.

16/03/2025: L'unica cosa positiva appena entrati alla location, è stata l'ospitalità del cameriere. Lunga attesa per l'uscita dei piatti nonostante fossimo solo tre tavoli in tutta la sala. La carbonara di mare aveva solo le seppie mentre dalla descrizione del cameriere ci sarebbero dovute anche essere le vongole, le cozze e i gamberetti La carbonara a Roma si fa col guanciale, il tuorlo, il pecorino, sale e pepe ma qua sembrerebbe una carbonara rivisitata con aggiunta di panna e al posto del pecorino, il parmigiano (attenzione), gli allergeni nel menù non erano dichiarati. Le costate degli altri due amici erano buone, peccato ci fossero comprese le patate al forno nel prezzo della costata e invece hanno portato delle patatine fritte, facendocele pagare come contorno. Io non essendo ispirato dalla bottarga di mare, ho chiesto una cotoletta perché eravamo di fretta per rimetterci in viaggio e lavorando in cucina so quanto siano le tempistiche per prepararla. Innervosito dal servizio, attesa eccetera mi sono alzato e me ne sono andato a digiuno (almeno quei piatti non li ha messi sul conto). Consiglio professionale da un collega apprendista, siate sempre chiari con i clienti, perché sbagliare è umano ma prendere in giro, cercando giustificazioni no sense equivale a farsi terra bruciata.

16/03/2025: Super recommended if you want to feel bad. Allergens not specified on the menu, super lactose intolerance and they make a "carbonara" with cream. seafood carbonara with ONLY cuttlefish (insisting above all that the other ingredients were present in the middle of the spaghetti). Rib steak with baked potatoes? FORGET THE POTATOES, they bring them fried and make you pay for them separately. Ah yes, the meat was raw (not rare, RAW). absurd waiting times (the room was completely empty). Nothing else to say, if you want to feel bad, highly recommended!! p.s. a Spanish couple next to my table received a plate of spaghetti with seafood where clams received only the shells.

16/03/2025: Absolutely disappointing, as soon as we arrived outside we were called in a nice way by the waiter, so far it also seemed promising. We sit down, order two ribs of beef with baked potatoes (included), a classic carbonara and a seafood carbonara. The ribs arrive with 2 portions of french fries, even though the menu said baked, he apologizes for the mistake, doesn't give a damn and leaves. Initially we wait for the 2 remaining dishes to arrive but, after 20 minutes, still nothing. As soon as we arrived, we realized that there was octopus in the seafood carbonara, even though it had been specified to us that it wasn't there, and both were made with the addition of cream. We ask to change the dish and they bring us a carbonara with cuttlefish (the promised seafood mix is ​​totally absent). At that point we take our complaints to the waiter and after trying to justify ourselves by passing it off as some oversight on our part (impossible) my friend orders a schnitzel. Another half hour passes and not even a sign of the cutlet, quite annoyed we get up from the table and decide to leave, when we get to the cashier they give us some really poor excuses and, as if that wasn't enough, the baked potatoes (then fried) which should have been included in the price of the rib were made to pay separately. €90 wasted. I advise anyone against having this terrible experience, there are many beautiful places in Olbia, don't make the same mistake as us.

The products are of the highest quality, fresh and well prepared, from the first bite you understand how much care goes into choosing the ingredients. The staff is truly impeccable: friendly, attentive and always ready to satisfy every request. The venue is beautiful, perfect for winter and summer: both inside and outside, it creates a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere, ideal for a pleasant dinner. In the center of Budoni, a landmark not to be missed. Highly recommended!

03/09/2024: Not a real pizzeria, very unmotivated staff. No greeting, no bon appetit wished, no question asked if it was tasty. You'll only fall for it as a tourist if you haven't read the reviews beforehand.

08/01/2025: Questo agriturismo si espande sempre più a discapito della qualità dei cibi Vino nero pessimo, bianco non pervenuto Antipasti nella media ma numerosi Primi : ravioli e gnocchetti scotti, zuppa pessima.. senza formaggio e slavata! Maialino secco! Non ci siamo!

03/12/2024: L'agriturismo è molto bello ed immerso nel verde, l'interno è molto accogliente e caratteristico con tavoli e sedie in legno ben distanziati tra loro. Si mangia fino allo svenimento, davvero non ho mai mangiato tanto in vita mia, e ciò è dovuto alla (credo unica) formula di un menù fisso di € 45 comprensivo di una infinità di portate che vi saranno servite (senza neanche poter scegliere) tra le quali vari tipi di ottimi antipasti, tre diversi primi piatti e diversi secondi piatti con dessert finale. Il cibo è molto buono ma soprattutto abbondante, e rispecchia ampiamente le eccellenze del territorio, ma il problema è che alla fine (ma anche a metà delle portate ricevute) già ci si sente sazi, per cui non si riesce ad assaporare e a gustare bene il resto. A mio avviso sarebbe stato più logico poter permettere a ciascun cliente di scegliere quello che si vuole mangiare, evitando di "bombardarlo" con portate che si susseguono a breve distanza di tempo tra loro, ma evidentemente tale formula è più comoda come organizzazione della preparazione dei piatti in cucina, ossia avere tutto già pronto in modo da poter servire in tempi rapidi senza lo stress per chi cucina di dover rispettare i vari ordini e "uscite" di piatti vari. Per me è stata comunque una esperienza positiva e piacevole, non so se la rifarei, ma certamente se dovessi tornare in compagnia, ordinerei come se fossi da solo. Complimenti
