18/10/2025: I was truly disappointed. I ordered 1.50 grams of Pata Negra and 1.50 grams of Desulo prosciutto. The vendor didn't tell me the prices before slicing, and only when it came time to get the bill did he say, "You owe me 73 euros." Paying 70 euros for 150 grams of Pata Negra seemed completely out of line. No explanation, no transparency about the costs. A negative experience—I won't be returning and I strongly advise against it due to the lack of clarity and fairness. I believe the failure to disclose the price in advance is unfair and lacking in transparency, and that the price charged for the Pata Negra is outside of any market benchmark. The manager responded by saying that the price was displayed in the window and that I should have read it, and that he has over 65 types of prosciutto. I'd like to point out that I simply ordered 1.50 grams of Pata Negra and 1.50 grams of Desulo ham, and the staff took the products directly without telling me the price or asking me which range I wanted. If they had explained to me that there were multiple types and prices, I could have chosen a cheaper alternative. Only at the checkout was I told the total—73 euros for 150 grams of Pata Negra and 150 grams of Desulo—a price I consider absolutely disproportionate. I don't question the quality, but I believe that transparency and respect for the customer come first, especially when handling high-value products.

08/10/2025: Let's start with the food: excellent quality, phenomenal niche hams and cheeses, impossible to find in any bar serving appetizers and platters. Excellent service: courteous, helpful, and attentive staff! A very nice and well-designed location: upon arrival, our table was already set with cured meats. 5 stars!

31/01/2026: The owner is very kind and welcoming, attentive and helpful. However, the atmosphere is rather noisy, making the experience less pleasant. I wasn't convinced by the appetizer: the ingredients, while good, are somewhat undermined by the fried foods and sauces that cover the flavor. The sea bream, on the other hand, is truly excellent, simply cooked and brought to life.

18/01/2026: Nice place. Excellent seafood fregola, excellent wine list, and prices are reasonable. The appetizers are decent. The fish is very fresh.

26/10/2025: Cagliari's city center undoubtedly offers better locations and, above all, cleaner bathrooms. I won't repeat the experience.

16/10/2025: Lovely atmosphere and welcoming atmosphere. We had mussel soup as an appetizer and grilled sea bass and vegetables as a main course. The food was excellent. However, the total bill was a bit disappointing. The quality/price ratio was too low for the location and the outskirts of town.

14/10/2025: I stopped in for a quick lunch after reading the reviews. The welcome was warm and the place was nice. I ordered a seafood salad, completely tasteless and of questionable quality, and some roasted cuttlefish, which were neither good nor bad.

20/12/2025: My partner and I had dinner one evening during our holidays this year in July, and I must honestly say that I even licked my lips....the malloreddus with goat and pecorino cheese sauce were wonderful, I still dream about them....and the braised tuna Sulcitana style was equally cooked to perfection...those combinations and explosion of flavours that you don't get to try so often....truly congratulations...10 with honours

20/10/2025: We came in a group of 6. For starter we ordered mussels which some of them were spoiled (they didn't open so not so fresh). For main course: fregula with prawns was not salty, a bit bitter and dull (too little acid in the dish), dish with tuna, which was dry and overcocked, and malloreddus with goat meat which was fine, but pasta was a bit too al dente. PS. To owner reply, I don't mean to slander the restaurant, but I do live near the sea, and 1/3 mussels od mussels where Home, and fregula was just bad. I couldn't finish the dish due to bitterness and dullnes, and I am not a picky eater. To finish malloreddus dish was fine, I would order that again.

09/10/2025: Excellent service, they brought us a taste of Mexico in Sardinia. If I ever come to Sardinia again, I'll definitely return to this wonderful place. 👌🏼❤️

17/09/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ El Burrito in Cagliari is okay. The burrito tasted okay, nothing special, but it was well made. A nice change of pace when you want something different from pizza or pasta.

07/01/2026: Excellent pizzeria in every way. Top-quality ingredients, well-seasoned and delicious pizzas, and a light, non-heavy dough. Not to mention the tender and delicious steak. 💯 Welcoming atmosphere and super friendly staff who make you feel at home. One of the best in the area, I'll definitely be back!! Highly recommended

06/09/2025: This is worth visiting when on holiday in Pula. We had twice dinner in one week and the taste and quality were superb. Instead of other reviews: the price is much better than at our nearby hotel. Recommended and do try the homemade cheesecake for dessert!

06/09/2025: It was close to the hotel where we were staying, and we decided to try it. It has a lovely little terrace and a unique garden that gives it a magical feel. We ordered a sharing dish (fish carpaccio), very fresh and light, and then a pasta dish. I chose the Penne in Cream of Gamberi, and it was a hearty and flavorful dish. It was my choice to try something different.

10/01/2026: Absolute best pizza I have ever had and I eat pizza a lot 😛 I had the Brebey and my Partner had the Nuove Sa Meri. He liked it so much that he ordered another Pizza Margharita, which was the best I ever tasted. The Service is also incredibly sweet and what I personally celebrate most is the fact that the Locanda is owned and run by women only! Absolutely amazing! It is located in a very small street and has a very unrecognizable outside. We sat outside at the only table right in the doorway which was very cosy. Inside it is quite noisy so remember to bring your earplugs if you Are sensitive to noise, my fellow neurospicys <3

06/01/2026: We ordered to eat at home, but unfortunately, I have to say we were left hungry. The pizzas were lousy, and most of them were burnt. Plus, we ordered tempura vegetables with a can of Coke, and they didn't even arrive. The rude delivery driver's response was, "For €79, give me €70 and we'll be fine." That said, I don't think I'll ever order from here again.

21/12/2025: The new management was a pleasant surprise. We had pizzas, and what can I say?! Amazing dough, tasty and light. We will definitely be back to try the first courses, especially the pasta alla genovese 😍😍. PS: Congratulations to the skill of the girl who served us, for her kindness and ability to interact with the customers.

13/11/2025: I've been frequenting Il Gelato Aresu since it opened over twenty years ago on Corso Vittorio Emanuele and after it moved to Via Monti. It's still the best gelato in Cagliari. Both classic and original flavors are made with fresh, seasonal ingredients.
