Il piatto forte del locale è sicuramente la panada, preparata con maestria e che conquista al primo morso. Le panade sono uniche, ricche di sapori e realizzate con ingredienti freschi e di qualità. Ma non solo: i taglieri misti offrono una varietà che accontenta tutti i gusti, dalle carni succulente al pesce fresco, passando per le verdure saporite. Ogni piatto è un'esplosione di gusto, perfettamente equilibrato e mai troppo pesante. I prezzi sono assolutamente competitivi, in linea con la qualità del cibo e con la zona, rendendo l'esperienza ancora più piacevole. Il servizio è accogliente e cordiale, e l’atmosfera del ristorante è molto rilassante, perfetta per una cena in compagnia o una serata speciale. Se siete a caccia di un'ottima esperienza gastronomica sarda, con piatti tipici e una qualità senza compromessi, "Sa Panada" è senza dubbio il posto giusto. Super consigliato!

The place is usually full, then we recommend to book in advance. We opted for both degustation sets, themed around earth and sea, and were thoroughly impressed by the exquisite balance of flavors crafted by Chef Manuele Senis (and his small team). Each dish showcased his creative approach, highlighting the best of local ingredients in a delightful interplay of textures and tastes. The earth menu offered rich, hearty flavors, while the sea selection was fresh and vibrant, making for a remarkable culinary journey. Don't hesitate to accompain it with wine proposed by Melania. We left feeling completely satisfied, eager to return for another round of this delightful gastronomic adventure. Again, I highly recommend Mema for anyone looking to indulge in a masterfully curated dining experience! Cheers!

26/09/2024: Wir erlebten einen sehr freundlichen Empfang vom Chefkoch selber. Auch die Bedingung war herzlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen war so gut, man sieht es auf den Fotos.

09/03/2025: I stayed at the Hotel Italia for one night and I can't say enough good things about it. The location is perfect: very central, a stone's throw from Via Roma and Piazza Yenne and from the station. Very convenient for reaching any point of the city on foot or by public transport. The rooms are modern, tastefully furnished and above all clean. I was lucky enough to stay in the suite, which was very spacious and even had two bathrooms! An incredible convenience. But the real added value of this hotel is the staff. Everyone, from the reception to the breakfast service, was kind, helpful and always ready to help me with any request. They made me feel really welcome! A gesture that I really appreciated was that they allowed us to leave the room at 5pm, at no additional cost! And finally, the price is absolutely competitive, especially considering the location and the quality of the service offered. I highly recommend Hotel Italia to anyone looking for a comfortable, practical and pleasant stay in Cagliari. I will definitely be back!

Crazy food of extraordinary quality, fabulous environment, the industrial chic style with works of art on the walls recall the style of certain magnificent New York venues. The service is superb. Attentive and attentive service!!! Excellent food with very particular dishes, you can see that the raw materials are chosen with great care!!! Excellent wine list with a very wide choice! Absolutely recommended!!
