11/07/2025: We ate here today, and even though the burgers we ordered were good, when we got the bill, we saw they'd overcharged us: first €2 per person just for service, then €5.80 for a beer and €3.50 for a small Coke—excessive prices—and €12.60 for each burger, which I thought was a bit more reasonable. The place is nice, but the prices are a bit exorbitant. The bathroom has a broken lock (I'll leave this as a comment for improvement, since anyone can open it and see you...)

10/08/2025: We were at Josto on Friday night and had a main course with a bottle of wine. The service and food were so incredible that we had to ask if we could book a table again the next day - which we did. We then had the 7-course tasting menu with the accompanying wine menu and it was the best dining experience we have ever had. It was absolutely incredible. If you are in Cagliari, it is a must to visit Josto, and for God's sake don't forget to have the recommended wines, they enhance the flavors 10 times.

09/08/2025: This is a nice restaurant with good service and atmosphere. Our Josto starters were excellent, though the main courses lacked the creativity that was evident in the starters. Also, the tuna dish consisted of two small, overcooked pieces.

31/07/2025: The pizza was excellent, well-leavened and cooked to perfection. I didn't have any allergies or bloating. I also appreciate the option of having a smaller pizza and finally eating the whole thing.

The environment is super welcoming, with attention to detail and very pleasant. Delicious food, with dishes prepared with passion and excellent wine pairings. A place where you feel truly pampered. Highly recommended!

27/07/2025: I love the neighborhood! The terrace is pleasant and shaded, and the servers are very friendly. I recommend this place, whether it's in the evening for an ichnusa or in the morning for a quiet coffee!

Eravamo in tre e siamo rimasti tutti colpiti dalla bellezza del locale, dall’eleganza semplice e curata, e dall’atmosfera accogliente. l menù è una fusione creativa di sapori autentici e tecniche moderne: deliziosa la lingua di manzo con crauti,sorprendente la combinazione di formaggio di capra e spinaci, e straordinario il tonno scottato con salsa teriyaki. Ogni piatto è un piccolo capolavoro, presentato con grande attenzione al dettaglio. I gamberetti con sughetto al pomodoro e frutta ci hanno conquistati per la freschezza e l’equilibrio del sapore. E che dire dei vini? Selezionati con cura, hanno accompagnato perfettamente ogni portata. Il servizio è stato impeccabile: gentilezza, professionalità e sorrisi veri.
