It's a place where the service is just okay, and I ordered a shrimp pizza and the shrimp were spoiled, they smelled rotten. I don't recommend this business at all.

I've been to this place several times, and their traditional Sardinian pizza—thinly rolled, giant, and crispy—is always delicious and light. Last night's experience, however, was unfortunately disappointing in terms of service. Even knowing it was a Saturday night, an hour and a half wait was definitely too long: we sat down at 9:30 PM, and, aside from a portion of fries we ordered as an appetizer, the two pizzas didn't arrive until 11:00 PM. The most disappointing thing was the complete lack of communication, as none of the staff alerted us to the timing or the significant delays in the kitchen. The quality of the product is unquestionable, but time management on busy nights definitely needs improvement.

The pizza was tasty, we had the diavole and the ragu bolognese, the wait was a bit long and the staff doesn't speak English very well, but overall it was okay

Arriving in Cagliari late in the evening, we needed to eat at 9:45 PM. A very dear friend of mine who lives in Cagliari had recommended some places just a few minutes away from our accommodation, including L'Oca Bianca in Cagliari, at Via Napoli 38 in the historic center. This restaurant specializes in thin-crust pizzas, "scrocchiarella" style, and Sardinian specialties, with a welcoming atmosphere (many paintings by various local artists pleasantly adorn the various rooms).
The food was very interesting, especially the appetizers. The pizzas, as mentioned previously, were very tasty and exceptionally easy to digest.
The delicious dessert and the sambuca con le mosche (coffee beans are rarely found these days as many restaurants use pods) rounded out the dinner.
In any case, beyond the food, which in our opinion far exceeded everyone's expectations, the staff was very friendly.
The price was average.
Another note worth mentioning, although it's not indicated on the door, is that they accept American Express, which, in my opinion, enhances the review.
I recommend eating at this restaurant at least once; you'll be very satisfied!
