20/04/2026: We have been to Basilio several times, a quiet and familiar atmosphere, excellent fish-based dishes, a must-try for anyone who wants to eat something quality in Cagliari!

12/04/2026: Excellent restaurant, impeccable atmosphere and service, excellent and very fresh food! I've been a customer for years and have always had a great experience, welcomed like family. Today I returned to celebrate my daughter's confirmation and the food was fantastic! A wide selection of appetizers, first courses, second courses, and excellent desserts, with great prices to suit every need! I can't wait to go back!!

16/10/2025: Lovely atmosphere and welcoming atmosphere. We had mussel soup as an appetizer and grilled sea bass and vegetables as a main course. The food was excellent. However, the total bill was a bit disappointing. The quality/price ratio was too low for the location and the outskirts of town.

14/10/2025: I stopped in for a quick lunch after reading the reviews. The welcome was warm and the place was nice. I ordered a seafood salad, completely tasteless and of questionable quality, and some roasted cuttlefish, which were neither good nor bad.

Many of the items that are usually frozen at other restaurants are hand-made here, such as the spring rolls. The food is good and hot, with options for other cuisines, such as Thai. Highly recommended.

29/03/2026: I'm writing this review still in disbelief at the treatment I received. During my visit to this establishment, the waiter accidentally spilled coffee on me. Accidents happen, of course, but the post-damage handling was embarrassing, to say the least. He didn't even bother to offer me stain remover to limit the damage to my clothes; I had to explicitly ask for it while trying to save my pants and sweater. As if that weren't enough, the height of rudeness came when it came to the bill: despite the inconvenience caused by their negligence and the inconvenience caused, I was charged for the coffee properly. A place is judged above all by how it corrects its mistakes. They don't even know what courtesy is here. Highly discouraged; I will never return. Today, Sunday, March 29, 2026, approximately 4:00 PM

16/03/2026: Customer service is really, really low. They don't even look at people entering or waiting at the counter.

05/04/2026: We had lunch on Easter Sunday, and they had a set menu. We were served a full menu, including drinks, service charge, and coffee. A true delight, everything excellent in quality and quantity. The service was impeccable, and if we're ever in the area, we'll definitely be back.

06/11/2025: Visited one evening in early October with many foreign guests in a cheerful but not noisy atmosphere. The service was attentive and friendly, with excellent, beautifully presented dishes of sublime flavor. The suckling pig and desserts were fantastic. The prices were slightly above average, but in line with the high level of cuisine. The place is very unique, but once you're seated, you immediately feel at ease. Recommended...

06/05/2026: The food—salad and fried dumplings with vegetables—was delicious, but I had to wait almost 40 minutes for them. They mixed up the water—I asked for sparkling water, but they brought plain water. As for the atmosphere, it's a simple cafe, nothing special. If the other dishes are just as delicious, you could come back again and again.

Besides enjoying excellent cuisine and artisanal pastries, you can also enjoy the welcoming and unique atmosphere. The staff and owners are friendly and welcoming. 05/06/2026: A very positive experience at this small restaurant in the San Benedetto neighborhood. The place is modern and welcoming, as is the extremely kind and cheerful owner! The menu offers both a business lunch that changes weekly and an à la carte menu. The seafood dishes are exquisite; you can immediately taste the fresh ingredients and that each dish is cooked to bring out the individual flavors with great balance. The prices are absolutely average and fair for the generous portions! I will definitely be back!

13/06/2026: We stayed at this hotel for one night because we were leaving the next day. The rooms are simply furnished and could be cleaned better, but both the staff and breakfast were good. We also dined at the hotel restaurant and enjoyed a very good meal. The dishes were well-prepared, and the restaurant staff was very efficient and courteous.

02/10/2025: We've traveled extensively in Italy, and this is the best gelato we've ever had! Delicious and creamy, and the flavors are incredible. Only natural ingredients are used. Everything is truly delicious! The fruit gelatos, like pineapple, strawberry, pistachio, and hazelnut, are magical. Worth a visit!
