03/01/2026: We had dinner on January 2nd. Tuna tartare, baby octopus alla diavola, and braised polenta. Everything was excellent. The welcome was what you'd expect in places like this. Delicious desserts, and a friendly, attentive atmosphere. I'll be back.

Besides enjoying excellent cuisine and artisanal pastries, you can also enjoy the welcoming and unique atmosphere. The staff and owners are friendly and welcoming. The produce is truly high-quality, fresh, and carefully prepared. The staff is exceptional: super professional, kind, and welcoming. They made us feel at home from the first moment. A little tip for customers: If you order the passion fruit mocktail, be aware that it's quite bitter, like Aperol. If you don't like bitter flavors, I recommend asking for it to be made without that Aperol-like touch. Everything was fantastic, we highly recommend it and will definitely be back! -Mia

06/05/2026: The food—salad and fried dumplings with vegetables—was delicious, but I had to wait almost 40 minutes for them. They mixed up the water—I asked for sparkling water, but they brought plain water. As for the atmosphere, it's a simple cafe, nothing special. If the other dishes are just as delicious, you could come back again and again.

12/04/2026: Excellent restaurant, impeccable atmosphere and service, excellent and very fresh food! I've been a customer for years and have always had a great experience, welcomed like family. Today I returned to celebrate my daughter's confirmation and the food was fantastic! A wide selection of appetizers, first courses, second courses, and excellent desserts, with great prices to suit every need! I can't wait to go back!!

03/07/2026: Excellent restaurant, the suckling pig was truly exceptional: tender but with a lovely crispy crust, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The other dishes we tried were also excellent. The staff was equally fantastic: kind, helpful, and always smiling. An experience we'll definitely repeat. If we're ever in the area again, it'll definitely be a regular stop!

29/04/2026: A really cute and welcoming place, but small, so reservations are highly recommended. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Excellent selection of beers, which change frequently, and the sandwiches are also incredibly tasty! It's become one of my favorite places.

05/04/2026: We had lunch on Easter Sunday, and they had a set menu. We were served a full menu, including drinks, service charge, and coffee. A true delight, everything excellent in quality and quantity. The service was impeccable, and if we're ever in the area, we'll definitely be back.

06/11/2025: Visited one evening in early October with many foreign guests in a cheerful but not noisy atmosphere. The service was attentive and friendly, with excellent, beautifully presented dishes of sublime flavor. The suckling pig and desserts were fantastic. The prices were slightly above average, but in line with the high level of cuisine. The place is very unique, but once you're seated, you immediately feel at ease. Recommended...

17/05/2026: Introduction: I always order takeout. The portions are generous and always freshly cooked. Many of the items that are usually frozen at other restaurants are hand-made here, such as the spring rolls. The food is good and hot, with options for other cuisines, such as Thai. Highly recommended.

12/06/2026: We enjoyed an excellent dinner, thanks to a blend of both human and raw ingredients. The staff is well-trained and friendly, but the Chef, who is also the owner of this beautiful Cagliari gem, stands out above all others. Originally decorated and featuring a soundtrack of vinyl records, the restaurant offers traditional cuisine, revisited with original touches. We recommend a visit, but reservations are essential.

04/06/2026: I reluctantly have to give it 3 stars. I say this because it doesn't reflect the professionalism and friendliness of the waiters. The freshness of the food is beyond discussion; the problem lies in the kitchen. I'm of the opinion that if you pay, you should eat well. Well, I didn't eat well; I ended the dinner with a kebab. For starters, I ordered Josto's antipasto tosto, but I'd leave out the "tosto" (tough) part. It's not tough at all. The problem lies in the main course, where I ordered boiled and then roasted meat. A glob of oil and meat that was hard to swallow, even with water. I chose not to order a glass of wine, dessert, or their coffee by choice. I wanted to leave immediately. I must say that Josto's cuisine deeply disappointed me, unlike Frammento and Etto, perhaps one of the worst culinary experiences. I give full marks to the bread; it was excellent. I photographed the only dish that was above average because the caper cream was good. I paid around 80 euros per person, but the price didn't even remotely reflect the dishes offered. I left very disappointed.

01/06/2026: Let's start with the kindness, top 10 with honors. They were so kind to change an order when the pasta was ready because my friend had forgotten he couldn't have Amatriciana. The atmosphere is lovely, not typical of Roman taverns, and the food is good... Especially the sour cherry tart... I hope we'll be back in greater numbers to try the pinsa!
