18/10/2025: We particularly love sushi, and I've noticed this; we've eaten at many restaurants, but this is the best, hands down. The dishes are amazing, both in appearance and especially in flavor. The raw fish is incredibly fresh, but all the varieties, in general, are phenomenal. The service is top-notch, and the place is beautiful.

14/10/2025: A delightful lunch for four, three adults and one child, turned into a memorable dining experience at this remarkable sushi restaurant. Guided by the attentive and knowledgeable Narciso, we savored a beautifully curated selection: delicate Hosomaki Salmon and Avocado, silky Sashimi Salmon, and the indulgent Truffle Salmon. The Toyo rolls were a highlight, from the crisp freshness of the Asparagi Tuna to the aromatic Toyo Truffle Salmon, the refined Salmon Flo, the perfectly balanced Ebi Flo, and the vibrant Rainbow Roll. Each bite showcased the kitchen’s precision and creativity. At Narciso’s suggestion, we finished with the Flambè, a spectacular and delicious finale from the Toyo rolls that perfectly concluded our meal. Having dined here regularly over the past six years, we continue to be impressed by the unwavering quality of both the cuisine and the service. A must-visit whenever we return to Cagliari.

06/09/2025: This is worth visiting when on holiday in Pula. We had twice dinner in one week and the taste and quality were superb. Instead of other reviews: the price is much better than at our nearby hotel. Recommended and do try the homemade cheesecake for dessert!

06/09/2025: It was close to the hotel where we were staying, and we decided to try it. It has a lovely little terrace and a unique garden that gives it a magical feel. We ordered a sharing dish (fish carpaccio), very fresh and light, and then a pasta dish. I chose the Penne in Cream of Gamberi, and it was a hearty and flavorful dish. It was my choice to try something different.

22/10/2025: A week in the beautiful October Italian sun. This hotel is every bit as good as advertised. The welcome and genuine warmth of our hosts was simply perfect. This hotel has an authentic family feel, everyone truly cares and does everything they can to make sure their guests have a flawless stay. The breakfast, in a beautiful room ’pool side’ is great. Take a look at the hotel’s website, the ‘tropical’ feel is exactly as you imagine it to be from their photos. The location is also perfect… You can park your car just a few metres along the road, the same road that just an 800M stroll will take you to a beautiful beach, or in the opposite direction into the village where there are so many restaurants to choose from, lots of bars, a couple of supermarkets, a pharmacy… not to mention the gelato outlets..! This place has it all. If you have a car, and I’d recommend it, there are some breathtaking roads along the coast.. the views simply outstanding. If you are looking for a base in southern Sardinia, look no further than Hotel Su Sergenti. It’s perfect. Thank you to the team here for a wonderful stay in your beautiful hotel.

12/10/2025: A great hotel with a relaxed atmosphere. Staff are consistently courteous and excellent at their jobs. The parking lot is a few steps away and can be opened with the room card. We would definitely book there again. The only thing is that the €25 beach chair with a towel is a bit pricey.

08/11/2025: A lovely little lunch break. The waitress was very kind and pleasant, the food was delicious. The carbonara and ravioli were amazing 🤤, and the view and peaceful atmosphere were wonderful.

09/11/2025: We often go to Cagliari specifically for breakfast. Excellent for the selection and choice of mignon, pastries, pizzas, many options even for VEGAN, the pastries are filled on the spot 😍 the coffee is excellent, made just right!! Cute and welcoming place, and in my opinion it gives a run for its money to many pastry shops that stand on their name alone. See you soon, too bad you're not in Cagliari ❤️

18/10/2025: Ordered a week in advance, ready for pickup. Well-organized trays, but there were a few issues with delivery. They weren't sure if there was enough. Then, when it came to paying, they didn't know how much it would cost. I didn't have a quote available, so they let me make a bank transfer. It also took a couple of days for the transfer because the instructions were wrong. Anyway, everything went well, with minor inconveniences, perhaps due to too much work. Vegan menu. Good and tasty food, except for the avocado tartlets, which were a bit sour. The tasty vegan Nutella cheesecake cake, the puff pastry pizzas were identical to the regular ones. Highly recommended. Excellent price.

17/10/2025: A small restaurant in Cagliari's Marina district, chosen by chance for our last Sardinian dinner. A perfect choice! First and foremost, my compliments go to the staff: friendly, never intrusive, and attentive to the needs of both human and animal guests. We ordered two appetizers and two first courses of excellent quality: meticulously presented, without too many frills... and the taste, gentlemen, is a symphony for the taste buds! My calculations are consistent; if I were at "Quattro Ristoranti," I'd give it a 10 in every category without hesitation! Truly well done to the kitchen and the dining room staff for a place that is definitely worth experiencing and visiting during your visit to Cagliari!
