20/10/2025: We came in a group of 6. For starter we ordered mussels which some of them were spoiled (they didn't open so not so fresh). For main course: fregula with prawns was not salty, a bit bitter and dull (too little acid in the dish), dish with tuna, which was dry and overcocked, and malloreddus with goat meat which was fine, but pasta was a bit too al dente. PS. To owner reply, I don't mean to slander the restaurant, but I do live near the sea, and 1/3 mussels od mussels where Home, and fregula was just bad. I couldn't finish the dish due to bitterness and dullnes, and I am not a picky eater. To finish malloreddus dish was fine, I would order that again.

19/10/2025: There is no worse feeling than paying what is not a small amonut of money for a very bad dinner. Air actually, because between appetizers and the main dish I ate a whole amount of two bites, just enough to know I do not want more. We came as a familiy of 6 and ordered mussels SOUP, stewed cod with onion, pasta with goat meat, tuna and fregula. The SOUP was not in fact a soup - it was waterd down passata with way too much salt and a crazy amount of mussels, which is not a bad thing in general, but when I order a SOUP I am expecting a soup, the dish should be called differently. Also we were served mussels that were not open, which shouldn't happen becuase that means they went bad. The cod was just bland, no salt, a lot of water flowing on the plate which at that point I sensed is used as a spice and on top of that a lot of onion dipped in vinegar. For the mains: pasta with goat meat was the best dish and I mean if I would cook it like this at home I would push through and eat it, but I would never wish to eat something like this at a restaurant. I don't know much about goat meat so I don't know if every bite should be diffrent because some of them were okay and some of them were a part of a rubber in their previous life. As for the pasta itself, it was overcooked yet hard and the starch made the sauce very sticky. The cheese on top of it was suppose to be pecorino, which definietley was not a pecorino. Tuna was just a very very bad dish. The meat was so hard, after what felt like 10 minutes of chewing I spat it out becuase besides the taste I could no longer chew it. And what goes on top of the tuna was a mystery. It was just a mashed brown pulp. Fregula sealed the deal: it was THE WORST dish there. It was bitter but also - which seems impposible - bland. Yeat again the main spice there was water. In the whole dish there were a few shrimps, every one of them was served whole and overcooked, so their mustache broke and were lost inbetween the pasta. The shell is hard so taking it out from your mouth wouldn't be fun. Wine was good, the best part actually, and the waiter, that didn't ask about much was also nice. The interior is simple, pleasant enough. If the food was good I would go back.

13/07/2025: A few months later (we were there in March), I'm leaving a review because I found the photos in the gallery. It was a Saturday and there were only four tables occupied. The place is pleasant, not too chaotic, and the menu is certainly not predictable. The service is attentive, perhaps even a little too attentive. We were served by a very knowledgeable young man, but I find it unnecessary to rush to refill the glass as soon as you see an empty water glass, because if the other diners are talking, it can be annoying. The wine was excellent, and you could sense the attention to detail in the menu. The fregola was good, but we were expecting a classic fregola, not a broth-style one; that wasn't specified on the menu. My boyfriend wanted a gin at the end of the meal, but in a rather nonexistent way, despite having asked for a few gins he liked, he was pushed into choosing a tomato gin, without ice because the waiter told us he prefers it that way. Unfortunately, he couldn't finish it because his glass was taken away with the drink still in it. Good but for me, having heard about it for a while, a bit overrated.

02/07/2025: We followed the advice of a friend of ours and we were so satisfied that we will definitely return! The staff is extraordinary in terms of competence and kindness. The dishes are made with care and great attention to freshness and quality. Niche wine list and extremely knowledgeable sommelier. Really good! Valentina and Antonio.

09/10/2025: In a city center that, in my opinion, is now overrun with pubs, restaurants, and bars with no identity or real perspective, it's truly comforting to know that there are still places that stand out like BrewBay, a truly thoughtful project that, with its beers, food, and music, is capable of offering an experience, not just an anonymous moment of eating and drinking. Their identity, personality, and atmosphere envelop and engage you from the first moment, and the staff complete the picture with kindness, smiles, and expertise. To be clear, if you ask for something on the menu—be it a suggestion, a variation, or the ingredients for a dish—you certainly won't get the now-regular, confused, or even worse, annoyed looks. As for drinks, in addition to the many craft beers on tap that are the main focus of the place (Santa Sant'Helles always!), there are also many other cocktails, long drinks, bitters, and more. The kitchen menu distances itself from the industrial "a little bit of everything, just to sell" mentality, offering a selection of carefully crafted and delicious dishes, also suitable for vegetarians and vegans, and often accompanied by seasonal specials. Unfortunately, I have to say that, after tasting the crostone, when I'm there for dinner, it's almost impossible for me not to choose it, so I still have many dishes to try, but then again, life is about choices and the consequences of those choices :) The music, including live music, completes the atmosphere without ever becoming a nuisance to socializing. Another final bonus, and a big plus for couch potatoes, is that they also show football matches.

06/10/2025: Super welcoming atmosphere, excellent food and excellent cocktails... all this surrounded by a competent, very kind and very friendly staff.

08/11/2025: One star because I can't give it any less. Terrible. They brought us two items and then left us waiting for 45 minutes. We ordered after order, but nothing. We ate two items. €25 wasted.

13/08/2025: Delicious classic Sardinian pizza, thin and well-topped. You order, get your own drinks, and then set the table. Affordable and delicious pizza, and you can even choose the size: small, medium, or large. A simple but charming location, with free parking in front of the door. Definitely recommended.

12/11/2025: The food was excellent. Nice decor. A bit upscale. Good for special occasions. Maybe it was a slower night. Staff came by too often to see how we were doing. Seem like every few minutes. I would recommend if you are are looking for a nicer place.

25/10/2025: A whole different class of pizza! We were absolutely thrilled! The pizza at Floris was definitely a completely different quality than what we're used to. We tried the Pizza dalla Casa and the Pizza Sarda, and both were unique and tasted fantastic. A must for every pizza lover! Five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

18/10/2025: Everything was delicious, but there are no vegan options! There were two of us, seated upstairs at a spacious table. We had a marinara pizza, a plate of falafel with grilled vegetables, and a portion of fries. We washed it down with an excellent IPA of their own production. The food was exquisite; the pizza was the best I've ever had in Cagliari, the falafel were delicious, as were the vegetables and patties. The food is truly delicious, and the portions are generous. Everything arrived in a reasonable time, although it's impossible not to notice a certain level of tiredness and stress on the part of the waiters. I assume the place is understaffed, which isn't good; the staff needs to be relieved! It's a shame there's no vegetarian sauce to accompany the falafel, and there's no vegan dessert. I would have loved dessert too. A great place, though!

11/10/2025: A well-kept, quiet place. The staff are friendly. The meat is good, as is the beer. But it's expensive, and the price of many dishes depends on the weight of the meat, and the 10% service charge also increases the final bill.

28/09/2025: Every holiday we look for our breakfast spot... And here we are! Everything was delicious and the staff were incredibly kind!!!

26/09/2025: Wow, what a cream and chocolate bun. The cream must have been piped in while the bun was warm as there was more cream and chocolate than bun. The vanilla cream bun was equally good. They have outside and indoor seating.

15/10/2025: Excellent pizza (very digestible) thanks to the choice of selected flours. Efficient service. The lovely manners and smile of the young lady who served us (I believe she's the owner's daughter) were a particular highlight.
