01/06/2026: Let's start with the kindness, top 10 with honors. They were so kind to change an order when the pasta was ready because my friend had forgotten he couldn't have Amatriciana. The atmosphere is lovely, not typical of Roman taverns, and the food is good... Especially the sour cherry tart... I hope we'll be back in greater numbers to try the pinsa!

01/06/2026: Quiet traditional family ran restaurant off main tourist area where locals dine. We were there three times within a week, and were the only tourists. Menu is kind of limited, but food is very tasty. Surprised with quite affordable prices.

17/10/2025: A small restaurant in Cagliari's Marina district, chosen by chance for our last Sardinian dinner. A perfect choice! First and foremost, my compliments go to the staff: friendly, never intrusive, and attentive to the needs of both human and animal guests. We ordered two appetizers and two first courses of excellent quality: meticulously presented, without too many frills... and the taste, gentlemen, is a symphony for the taste buds! My calculations are consistent; if I were at "Quattro Ristoranti," I'd give it a 10 in every category without hesitation! Truly well done to the kitchen and the dining room staff for a place that is definitely worth experiencing and visiting during your visit to Cagliari!

The set menu is extensive and truly delicious, with simple yet carefully prepared dishes and generous portions. The food is excellent and you'll leave feeling more than satisfied. 20/03/2026: What can I say? It's truly a wonderful discovery. It's been at least 10 years since I've set foot in this pizzeria for work. It used to be a takeout only business, but now it has about 10 tables seating about twenty. What a makeover! The logo has also changed; it's now very elegant, with elegant and refined finishes and details. I'll start by saying that I frequent the most prestigious pizzerias in Cagliari, winners of awards and recognition from various guides like Michelin and Gambero Rosso. This pizza is on par with the renowned pizzas listed in the guides, and I'm amazed that the Michelin and Gambero Rosso inspectors haven't included it in their guides yet. The pizza is contemporary. Soft, highly hydrated, airy, lightly salted, with a medium-thick crust. The base ingredients are good quality, and mixed semolina flour is used for dusting. I think it could be a type 1. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Nice, clean, and tidy restroom. Congratulations on the beautiful plates, fantastic cutlery, and beautiful glasses, just the way I like them. The fork and knife are functional and cut (as you can see from the photos), unlike other renowned establishments, where despite using designer cutlery, the forks are too thin to hold because they don't cut well, and the knives don't cut well. Well done. I'll definitely be back to try the gourmet pizzas, which, as you can see from the photos, feature truly refined and niche ingredients. Highly recommended.

What really won us over, however, was the professionalism with which everything was handled. Perfect organization, top-quality cuisine and ingredients, and attention to detail, even for those with intolerances and allergies (a friend of ours with several allergies and intolerances, including gluten, told us: "It's the first wedding I've ever been able to eat at." 09/06/2026: We spotted this place on a side street off the busy Largo Carlo Felice. A little gem that makes an otherwise unremarkable quick lunch special. The owners are Sardinian, knowledgeable, kind, and masters of their craft. They know the ingredients they serve with passion and manage to convey the essence of Sardinia through top-quality ingredients. The sea urchin linguine and the mixed fried fish are highly recommended. Congratulations. Keep up the good work!
