The atmosphere is comfortable, and every time I've chosen this restaurant for an occasion or to find a moment of peace, I've left satisfied. 12/03/2026: Must visit. Food and service is of exceptional quality. Best restaurant I've eaten in Cagliari during my visit. Free Appertif and to have 3 courses and a bottle of wine for £75 of this quality is brilliant value for money.

17/05/2026: We happened to be in the area by chance. We called at 7:30 PM (Saturday), and they welcomed us at 8:00 PM. Very nice place, fresh, excellent-quality food (local products). Super excellent service!!!

My friend Karl always says that if you don't eat, you can survive only by drinking, but if you don't feed your brain... well, you die slowly, without even realizing it. ​That's why I love places like this. The sign says: "Here you learn a trade, to leave difficult days behind. Here you work hard. To walk with your head held high toward a better tomorrow." ​It's not just a menu or a sign. It's proof that consuming inclusive food means nourishing yourself on another level. 12/06/2026: We enjoyed an excellent dinner, thanks to a blend of both human and raw ingredients. The staff is well-trained and friendly, but the Chef, who is also the owner of this beautiful Cagliari gem, stands out above all others. Originally decorated and featuring a soundtrack of vinyl records, the restaurant offers traditional cuisine, revisited with original touches. We recommend a visit, but reservations are essential.

04/06/2026: I reluctantly have to give it 3 stars. I say this because it doesn't reflect the professionalism and friendliness of the waiters. The freshness of the food is beyond discussion; the problem lies in the kitchen. I'm of the opinion that if you pay, you should eat well. Well, I didn't eat well; I ended the dinner with a kebab. For starters, I ordered Josto's antipasto tosto, but I'd leave out the "tosto" (tough) part. It's not tough at all. The problem lies in the main course, where I ordered boiled and then roasted meat. A glob of oil and meat that was hard to swallow, even with water. I chose not to order a glass of wine, dessert, or their coffee by choice. I wanted to leave immediately. I must say that Josto's cuisine deeply disappointed me, unlike Frammento and Etto, perhaps one of the worst culinary experiences. I give full marks to the bread; it was excellent. I photographed the only dish that was above average because the caper cream was good. I paid around 80 euros per person, but the price didn't even remotely reflect the dishes offered. I left very disappointed.

11/05/2026: We tried gelato from many gelaterias across Cagliari and Pula during our week-long stay in sardinia. Intenso had the best quality gelato and the best flavours! Easily the standout

07/06/2026: The best and friendliest host I've ever experienced. A dream location, surrounded by nature, absolutely beautiful. Great for families with pets and children. The dinner was phenomenal. Things to know: little to no internet access, bring mosquito repellent as it's in nature.

11/11/2025: I happened to visit this place because it was next to my accommodation, and the owner was so, so kind!! The croissant was really delicious and full of cream👍🏻👍🏻 I wish there was a cafe like this near my houseㅠㅠ It was a cafe that I fell in love with so much that I was sad to leave. Everyone, you should definitely visit~~!
