We spotted this place on a side street off the busy Largo Carlo Felice. A little gem that makes an otherwise unremarkable quick lunch special. The owners are Sardinian, knowledgeable, kind, and masters of their craft. They know the ingredients they serve with passion and manage to convey the essence of Sardinia through top-quality ingredients. The sea urchin linguine and the mixed fried fish are highly recommended. Congratulations. Keep up the good work!

Excellent service, sublime dishes of very unique and generous quality. They're known for their fresh tuna from Carloforte. The staff is friendly and fast. You can't miss this delicious restaurant in Cagliari.

The food at Osteria Tabarchina is excellent. We sampled a selection of fantastic appetizers and had fregola and tuna for the main course. Special thanks to our friend Carlo and his wife for the excellent dinner recommendation.

I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant for the second time, and I must admit it was just as enjoyable as the first. Everything was delicious and fresh, with an impressive variety of tuna dishes, including the pasta with clams and spaghetti with sea urchins. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and if you're lucky enough to find a spot outside, you can also enjoy a lovely view of Cagliari.

A tourist spot. Prices are high, and the food quality is barely adequate. The service leaves much to be desired, as one waitress made disrespectful comments. The sea urchin linguine was indistinguishable from the one made with canned sea urchin; the cod polpetto was potato croquettes with only a hint of cod; and the Carlofortina pie was neither good nor bad. The seada, however, was fine, despite being lightly filled.

30/10/2025: The location needs no introduction; it's spectacular, and the sunset in the evening makes it truly magical. What really won us over, however, was the professionalism with which everything was handled. Perfect organization, top-quality cuisine and ingredients, and attention to detail, even for those with intolerances and allergies (a friend of ours with several allergies and intolerances, including gluten, told us: "It's the first wedding I've ever been able to eat at." What more can I say than to thank the entire IsPaulis staff again for making our wedding reception memorable. Federico and Giulia 06.14.2025 P.S.
