17/05/2025: So for a couple of years now I've been going to a rotisserie on Saturdays, because that's what my mother is used to, and I ended up at Laura's, my mother is happy, she says: home cooking, everything genuine, fresh, the fried fish is excellent, everything is good, very good, the place is a mirror, then the welcome is special.... thanks Laura

28/04/2025: We dine here frequently since it's in our neighborhood. Food is usually quite good, but the service does NOT match. In today's episode, I ordered the Niçoise Salad (no onions) and it came with onions but without a key ingredient - the eggs. When I asked the server about it he said he didn't know why. He didn't offer to make it right (either bring the eggs, or maybe discount the dish). For dessert, I ordered the brown butter apple cake with "sea salt caramel ice cream". It came to the table with a pink sorbet of some sort. I didn't eat the sorbet and when I asked the server he said "We actually don't have any ice cream today". Well why didn't he say that when I ordered??? He didn't seem bothered by it at all. Again he did not offer to make it right and he charged us full price for the dessert. Similar things have happened in the past and at times we've had to wait incredibly long to order (upwards of 30 minutes before anyone stopped by). One offs are no big deal, however it's happened frequently enough that I felt compelled to write it up today. DO BETTER! We love the food, atmosphere, and supporting a local black-owned restaurant. At least you brought the biscuits back! :)

26/04/2025: The restaurant itself has a nice vibe, however, the service is horrible and needs immediate training. Our server Cohen didn’t know about items in the menu and nor did go find out about the item I ask about. When I ask him what he recommends, he said the lobster roll but he didn’t know what kind of bread the lobster comes on. When we received our subpar food, Cohen didn’t do a two bite , four bite, six bite, or eight bite check back to check to see if we enjoyed our food which WE DIDN'T!!! . As a professional in the industry for more than 20 yrs serving tables and bartending Coen needs coaching on service and he needs a menu test. Also, the branzino was sitting in the juices of the rice dish it accompanied. One side of the fish was seasoned. The other side had o seasoning bc it was washed away by the juices. They should have been served in two separate dishes. When we spoke to him about the concern, he apologized and said there was nothing that could be done. He should have escalated the concern to a manager because that was not a reassuring response. The apple cake was good.

17/06/2025: Very pleasant little restaurant, small air-conditioned room, excellent cuisine, very reasonable prices, you can feel that the chef practices her profession with passion. Very good address, recommended

15/06/2025: Small trattoria, big flavors! Excellent appetizers, culurgiones with scampi to die for, perfect fried food. Seadas done well well. Good house wine as it should be in a trattoria. Professional waiting staff

16/07/2025: My God, don't go, I recommend it, it's disgusting, real fish, not fish, starting from the appetizer to the first course, it's senseless, not to mention the fried food, it's a real rubber, it's the first time I've spent 132 euros for 4 people, I say, how disgusting!

11/07/2025: Overwhelming! Wonderful, typical Sardinian food that will knock your socks off. Everything is homemade, and the service is very friendly in this family-run business. Top-notch!

08/07/2025: Very friendly service, a large selection of pizzas—both classic and more unusual. The pizzas tasted very good; the dough was a bit dark (perhaps dark flour with whole wheat or something similar) and really delicious.

24/06/2025: Mussels and fish right by the sea. The fish comes from a charcoal grill, the oysters are raw with a hint of lemon. If you're looking for something different, you've come to the wrong place. Reservations are necessary and can be found online, and yes, the menu is online and Italian. Seafood? Rustic? Then this is it.

05/05/2025: The best Pinsa you can find. Nice place, spaces not huge but perfect for breathing the air of home that the staff always transmits. I very often order takeaway, perfect timing and the rider always super. Must try!

02/07/2025: Suggestive location from which to observe a splendid panorama. Welcoming structure, renovated, large and equipped with spaces also outdoors. Qualified staff, available and always attentive to the needs of the customer. Excellent pizzas and excellent food.

07/02/2025: The structure is surrounded by nature with a breathtaking view. The rooms are furnished in Sardinian style with everything you need and very clean. The restaurant is also excellent, with a wide choice of dishes. The owner is very kind, we felt at home!

21/07/2025: Molto Bene!!!! 😊🥳 Superb pizza - probably the best pizza I/we have ever eaten, anywhere in the world. Order pizza with fritto misto and burrata - incredibly good. Staff are super friendly and well-organized. Typical family business. Prices are way too cheap for these days. 😉 Definitely try it if you're in Castelsardo. 👍👍👍👍👍👍

20/07/2025: Overlooking the small village square, the apartment is spacious and comfortable. It's strategically located for enjoying the stunning sea of the Maddalena archipelago, but also has two private coves.
