16/03/2026: At Basilio's, you'll find everything you could want for a family lunch: a welcoming atmosphere, extremely friendly staff, fast and punctual service, and delicious dishes at a very fair price. A truly positive experience that I will repeat and recommend.

13/10/2025: This area closes at 5 PM due to staff shortages. We booked it because it was advertised. The website states that swimming is no longer permitted. However, it doesn't mention that the entire area is off-limits. We expressed our dissatisfaction and said we wanted to leave under these circumstances, as we had nowhere to relax except in our small room with no luggage storage. And the chairs were uncomfortable. Everyone else was sitting on the artificial turf in front of their rooms. There are a few sofas and lots of decorative chairs there. After 5 PM, it feels like a school trip. We asked to speak to the manager because we wanted to end our stay. However, the receptionist refused and asked the owner, who was in the kitchen preparing breakfast for the next day. He also refused to help us. The receptionist then called the manager, Frederice, who didn't answer. This clearly shows a lack of friendliness and customer service, and that the focus is solely on making money. Even the tone of the notice posted in the rooms reflects a lack of hospitality. It's all about money here. The booking through Booking.com supposedly didn't work, and we were notified by email (you don't check emails on vacation). Nevertheless, the booking worked on the day of arrival without Booking.com. That's one way to get around it. The next day, after much arguing, we only received a refund for two nights out of five. Very unprofessional. On vacation, you don't want to be sitting on plastic at 5 p.m. in 35-degree heat staring at a closed pool.

05/10/2025: We were absolutely thrilled. We stayed there for three days. It's not easy to stand upright. The pool and bar were amazing. One small downside: the baguettes 🥖 weren't available until around 9:30.

14/01/2026: I'd heard great things about this pizzeria, so I decided to try it. I have to be honest, I was disappointed. I was expecting some truly wonderful, delicious pizzas, but that wasn't the case. The pizza was very thin, a little dry, and basically tasted only of tomato. I don't know, I've had much better pizzas for a lower price. I also tried the supplì, which were good, but not the best I've ever eaten. I was very disappointed because I had very high expectations.

25/11/2025: We had lunch a few days ago with friends. We were in the private, quaint interior dining room, where a beautiful fireplace creates a welcoming atmosphere. The lady who served us was always kind and attentive, and we appreciated the attention she showed us. A dozen appetizers, each more delicious than the last. The first course (handmade ravioli and gnocchi, and Gallura soup) was flavorful and well-cooked. The second course was the suckling pig with rosemary accents: just the right amount of crispiness. We noticed the authenticity of the flavors and the average sound quality. Congratulations. The products are theirs! You can taste it. Highly recommended.

14/03/2026: There's no need to describe these fantastic tasting experiences. It's not a pizzeria or a trattoria, but a proper restaurant. Nothing like other "restaurants" I've eaten in the city. The food is excellent, and the prices are reasonable for the quality of the food and service. The waiters' wine recommendations are always appreciated. Five stars aren't enough.

07/03/2026: I was at this place on Friday evening. My heartfelt compliments to the kitchen. The food was spectacular. As for the questionable service, rushing customers is definitely not a good thing. I understand the need to get off work, but there are ways and ways. Otherwise, excellent. Thanks for the experience.

21/03/2026: After searching in vain and in desperation for a place near Torre dei Corsari, we happily stumbled upon this place. We were pleasantly surprised by the warmth of the restaurant, despite the enormous windows all around. For many people, eating comfortably is as important as the flavor of the dishes! And speaking of the latter, we found them excellent and, above all, reasonably priced. In the warmer months, this place must be even more appealing with its large garden and adjacent pine forest, so I hope we'll be back! Recommended! 🫶🏼

25/01/2026: Delicious pizzas and sandwiches, always top notch in terms of service and punctuality.

04/01/2026: A delightful surprise just minutes from Alghero and the road to Porto Torres and Stintino. During the short wait for our pizzas, we enjoyed real chips, not frozen ones like at some of the more well-known restaurants. As soon as the pizzas were served, our first impressions were confirmed: the authenticity of the ingredients. The pizzas we ordered—the Vincenzo, with fried eggplant and sausage, and the one with buffalo mozzarella—were delicious, with a crispy crust, perfectly cooked, and easy to digest. The service and courtesy were excellent.

30/10/2025: The location needs no introduction; it's spectacular, and the sunset in the evening makes it truly magical. What really won us over, however, was the professionalism with which everything was handled. Perfect organization, top-quality cuisine and ingredients, and attention to detail, even for those with intolerances and allergies (a friend of ours with several allergies and intolerances, including gluten, told us: "It's the first wedding I've ever been able to eat at." 03/04/2026: The best thing about this restaurant is its vibe. The owners/waiters, surrounding, decorations.. This place has got its own soul. And pizza with burrata was top notch!
