26/10/2025: Too bad, as a Sardinian, we left disappointed. The choice was limited to what they wanted, in an area where Gallura soup should be the norm. I'll start by saying it was on the menu, but it wasn't. I asked for non-house wine, but they didn't have any. Their signature dish, the lingua in verde, wasn't available. I asked for two Sardinian sweets, but once again, they were turned down! Considering they only open on weekends, the response to justify these shortcomings was: "Hey, today is Sunday!" I'll leave the conclusions to you. I repeat, "Too bad," especially since the requests were written on the menu, nothing extra or unusual.

04/11/2025: During our 14-day tour of Sardinia, we stayed in six different accommodations. The L'Agnata di De André Boutique Hotel was the most expensive, but also the worst. It started with the lack of a proper welcome, as we are used to in Italy. Instead, the very first thing Renato did at check-in was to shove the tourist tax bill in our faces and collect it in cash. Nevertheless, the staff there are very friendly and helpful, but they speak hardly any English, let alone German, and are often therefore awkward. The dinner offered is tasty and nicely presented, but it's nothing special. Furthermore, dinner isn't served until 8:00 p.m., and breakfast (only served outdoors, even in cooler temperatures) isn't available until 8:30 a.m. – both of which I consider too late. The breakfast buffet is meager, and you sometimes get half-used jars of jam from previous guests. The rooms—all without mosquito nets—are outdated, worn, and not very clean. A damp white towel fell on the floor, and when I picked it up, it was dirty. The balcony clearly hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The rooms are furnished without any care, and many things are broken. For example, a flat-screen TV was placed directly in front of a mirror on the dresser instead of mounting the mirror on the wall. This meant the mirror was unusable, and the dresser's surface was also unusable because the TV took up all that space. If you actually wanted to watch TV, you'd have to do it standing up, as you can't see anything from the bed, and the room doesn't have a seating area, just a broken chair. The worst part, however, was the safe! It was hidden in a cupboard, but it was just loosely placed there, not screwed in. Housekeeping is only done every three days. This means you're stuck with overflowing trash cans, wet towels, and unmade beds for three days. The pool was simply disgusting, dirty, and unusable! The garden, however, is gorgeous! That's where most of the beautiful photos online come from. You're happy to put up with having to carry your luggage from the designated parking area for ages across slippery stones, grass, and puddles. But as soon as it rains, this walk becomes a real challenge, as the stones are incredibly slippery. Personally, I also found the accommodation too remote and isolated. All in all, the price/performance ratio of this place is unacceptable and therefore completely overpriced.

03/11/2025: I could talk for hours about this splendid place. It's a unique experience to walk through the place where the De André family lived, the pride of Sardinia, Italy, and the entire world. But I want to talk about the present, from the welcome from the staff at the front desk, with a kindness and professionalism that isn't always guaranteed, especially at the end of the season when tiredness and stress take their toll. The restaurant is top-notch, with excellent quality products served with kindness and grace by a wonderful young lady. The breakfast lady is also beautiful and smiling, with excellent coffee. The rooms are a little old-fashioned, but it fits the bill. The view is enchanting, bringing peace of mind. Ideal for a relaxing getaway. But the memory I'll cherish is Salvina, the woman who runs this paradise. She's a proud woman, and her eyes light up when she talks about this place, and she conveys all her love for her work. A great woman. Thank you all for making me feel at home with friends. I'll definitely be back.

20/10/2025: Wonderful background music, mixed appetizers with otziadas (delicious!), grouper ravioli, seadas, and bomba papel. Highly recommended. Wonderful and very kind waitresses. Stop in the land of Giants ❤️

17/11/2025: Olbia was the last stop on our two-week tour of Sardinia. We had eaten many good pizzas up to that point, but we found the best one here. The staff was friendly, and they also offer excellent gluten-free pizza. We can also recommend the house wine. We even visited the restaurant on two evenings because we enjoyed it so much!

03/11/2025: A small trattoria in Cuglieri, somewhat hidden and not particularly inviting from the outside. However, the food is excellent, and the local wine from their own cellar is outstanding (€8/L). They only offered one set menu for €35 per person, including a liter of house wine and water. The quality is top-notch and highly recommended. You sit in a dining room alongside the locals. The service was friendly and attentive; we easily whiled away two and a half hours there.

30/10/2025: A really lovely restaurant. Tucked away in a small alley. Totally unassuming, but really cozy, and the food was delicious. Highly recommended.

24/10/2025: I can only confirm that the food here is divine and reasonably priced. I ate an excellent tagliata, of which I'm posting a photo. See you next time.

26/10/2025: We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary here, and it was a truly special experience. The warm and welcoming atmosphere of the farmhouse was the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable day. We ate wonderfully: traditional Sardinian dishes, tastefully revisited and carefully presented, all greatly appreciated by us and our guests. The final surprise was the most touching: dessert served on plates personalized with the names of the guests, a thoughtful gesture that made the evening even more unique. A sincere thank you to all the staff for their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. We will definitely be back!

13/10/2025: A truly wonderful discovery. Everything was excellent, from the appetizers—a delicious roast cheese dish—to the perfectly cooked meats, the goulash, and especially the exceptional mutton stew. The prices are truly competitive for such high quality. The staff are friendly and helpful. The only downside is that it can get a bit noisy when the place is full.

12/10/2025: Quality steakhouse with great prices. Even just looking at the window makes you want to eat there. I only recommend avoiding large tables because we had to wait a bit.

23/10/2025: This is a great, privately run restaurant in a very up and coming marina area. Well worth a visit. We were staying at the Janne e Sole resort about a 30 minute stroll away and visited the marina area to see if it had changed since our friends' visited it last year. What a transformation. The marina was almost full with pleasure boats, the commercial, harbour part is clearly busy and the quayside is now dotted with restaurants and cafes. Visit soon before the influencers get the place submerged in tourists. Anyway we were in Sardinia as a group to celebrate our friend's 60th birthday and when we saw this place we knew it would be an ideal, surprise party venue. Wifey spoke with the lady owner and we booked a table for the 12 of us for the Friday evening with an arrangement for Wifey and a few others to go in the afternoon and decorate our area. When they went in the afternoon the restaurant was closed. The lady explained they were on their afternoon break but kindly came down and let them in to put up the banners etc. Decor done they returned to the resort. At the start of the evening the lady owner called us and explained that when they opened the glass frontage of the restaurant the wind was blowing the decor about so they repositioned it to a table next to the rear wall. In the evening we all walked to the restaurant and they had done a great job with the decor and believe me, Wifey is a stickler! They had even added some balloons as well. The Birthday Girl was given her surprise and we sat down to eat. We ordered the obligatory champagne and our meals. The bubbles arrived and was, I am told, lovely. There was some confusion over our drinks order and delivery but it all worked out ok. When the starters arrived there was further confusion and bits missing, for example Wifey and I ordered the Calamari starter and Rissotto main but we only got one portion of each to share rather than one portion of both per person. The Sirloin Steaks were ordered with various cooking choices such as rare, well done etc. However when the steaks arrived en masse the waiters didn't know which was which so it was down to the diners to cut them open and hand them out. The food was fantastic despite these hiccups. Deserts were ordered and again there was a misunderstanding on what our friends thought was the rum baba in the desert display and what they received but, again, the deserts were lovely. The final wrinkle came when one of us ordered a dark rum and was given a dark liquid drink with a sprig of mint in it. When the older, white, male waiter was asked what it was he said it was Rum but it tasted like whisky, then he tried to say it was a Mojito, which, as you will know, is made with vodka and is a clear drink. When he was challenged about this he threw swore and stormed off into the kitchen from whence came an almighty clattering of dishes. One of the other two waiters who had been serving us immediately came out, apologised for their colleague's behaviour, took the drink away and returned with the right drink. It certainly gave us something to chat about on the walk back. We had a birthday cake presentation that the staff were brilliant with and played Happy Birthday in Italian over the sound system. Our friend was overjoyed. In conclusion the restaurant deserves 5 stars for the way the owner and her team accommodated us. The food was excellent as were the drinks. The two waiters were impeccable and were sorely let down by their rude colleague. The other tables were mainly parties of a pair or three covers and had no issues that I know of and the place has quite a quick turnaround of tables. Perhaps the 12 of us was just a little too much on that night but we did have a great time and will go back again. Thank you. La Risacca Angela and the rest of us loved her birthday party.

02/10/2025: A few days ago we went there for a dinner for two. I ordered grilled prawns. I got them with digestive track still under the shell. Unbelievable.

11/10/2025: Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, but very slow service. It took hours to eat four dishes, including dessert, with small portions and a small dessert. The price was excessive: €200 for two. From experience at the many restaurants we've been to, I'd say €150-170 was perfectly reasonable.

30/09/2025: I had booked a group with Duanima and there was a refund pending from there end. It has been 6 months and despite continuous follow ups, they have not refunded the payment.

27/10/2025: If you come to Bosa, you can't miss the pizza by the slice here... the special thing is that you can also enjoy it sitting outside at the tables of the bar next door, ordering a drink, of course... but the mix is ​​nice because there's an immediate sense of cooperation between the locals. If you then meet someone local, you can have some interesting conversations. If you order the eggplant parmigiana flavor, you'll fly high. Highly recommended for the quality and the incredibly affordable price. Thanks to all the staff.

22/10/2025: Great pizza. Different from what you're used to. They don't serve whole pizzas here, just slices. It's less suitable for sit-down dining and more for takeout, but you can enjoy your pizzas and get a drink at the bar next door. The pizzas are folded, juicy and crispy at the same time. The price/performance ratio is excellent. If there was something like this where I live, I'd be there all the time.
