THE TRUE SARDINIAN FARMHOUSE! We've tried several agriturismos in the Gallura area. Giovanni is the true Sardinian host. The experience is personalized by his presence at the table, where he personally explains the dishes and the history of traditional Sardinian cuisine. The agriturismo is relatively small and has only a few tables, creating a private and welcoming atmosphere. From the abundant and excellent appetizer to the porceddu (suckling pig) (better than the others we've tasted) to the prickly pear liqueur... Giovanni and his family will make you experience a true Sardinian dinner, just like you're at their home! Highly recommended!

I found this agriturismo while searching online for traditional Sardinian food, including gluten-free options. Sa Rocca Manna turned out to be a wonderful discovery. We were welcomed by Giovanni, who explained the history of the agriturismo and each dish, as well as serving us with kindness and warmth. The "normal" dishes are amazing, but special attention goes to the gluten-free ones. They have an entire menu identical to the regular one. Here I was able to taste truly traditional dishes: cured meats, cheeses, and other appetizers, handmade bread and pasta, main courses (supreme porceddu), and last but not least... seadas! What can I say? Thank you to Giovanni and Daniela for welcoming us with such infinite kindness.
