09/05/2025: For the first time in this hotel in Mattinata. On other holiday occasions we have stayed in other facilities in the area. On this occasion at La Rotonda we appreciated the excellent location directly on the sea, the kindness and smiles of the staff. Varied and abundant breakfast. Excellent cleanliness of the rooms and external areas, such as the beautiful swimming pool.

02/07/2025: A great experience. Welcoming staff, no nonsense down to earth restaurant serving excellent food at very reasonable prices. As you enter, you’re greeted and directed through a beaded curtain and once through you enter an amazing ‘fishmongers’ We chose a huge swordfish steak and a salmon steak. It came with salad and little oven potatoes. The knife went through the cooked steaks like butter, cooked to perfection ❤️. All washed down with 2 bottles of excellent local vino blanca. 140 euros!! We’d have paid double. Best meal of our holiday x

11/05/2025: Goooooooduuuuuuriaaaaaaa. Years later, I always gladly return to this place. Meat always fresh and tender, the bombettes melt in your mouth. The meatballs are freshly prepared and immediately cooked and served, as are the potatoes, which are very fresh. Excellent impeccable service. Always friendly staff...and then there is Pasqualino's friendliness which is unparalleled.

30/05/2025: Sabato, 24 maggio, ci siamo recati in questa struttura per inaugurare la stagione estiva prendendo il tradizionale gelato . Nulla da ridire sulla qualità del gelato. Ma ciò che mi ha lasciata allibita è stata la completa scortesia con cui siamo stati trattati quando abbiamo effettuato il pagamento . Una ragazza che lavora ha malamente redarguito mio padre, una persona di 80 anni, che aveva dato una banconota da 10 euro, su cui mancava un piccolo pezzo lateralmente. Non un pezzo della matrice delle banconota ma ribadisco un piccolo pezzo laterale . Ok, mi va bene che si chieda di dare un’ altra banconota ma con modi decisamente più garbati . Se i clienti si trattano cosi ,si rischia di perderli, nonostante un ottimo gelato, Veramente delusa da certi atteggiamenti.

08/03/2025: Purtroppo la nostra esperienza è stata negativa perché le due entrecote che abbiamo ordinato non erano tenere . Il locale è intimo, accogliente e pulito. Il personale gentile ma la carne non è grigliata a regola d’arte.

12/06/2025: Terrible experience, I will never set foot there again!!!! 7 pizzas ordered for home delivery, sour mozzarella, we called and the owner very calmly said it can happen!!! Pizzas thrown away🤢 inedible

11/06/2025: We ordered 6 pizzas to take away from this place and I have to say that they made us look very bad, the mozzarella used for the pizza was clearly not fresh and very acidic, as customers that we were, we called the pizzeria to report the problem and I have to say that apart from an apology the owner did not care much, absolute disappointment, furthermore the pizzas were more expensive than the online orders, I strongly advise against it

Lontana da tutte le pizzerie,ormai scontate con la tipica " pizza napoleta"di moda. ottimi ingredienti, leggera, gustosa, ottima lievitazione,inesistente la sensazione di pesantezza una volta mangiata, cotta al forno a legna, perfetta..BUONA BUONISSIMA STRABUONA! Bel posto e bella gente.

29/05/2025: Nice place, near the Imperial Palace in the center of the beautiful square of Latiano (br) Friendly and well-mannered staff. Not just a bar, also a small restaurant, for lunch, with genuine products at honest prices. The very refined and welcoming decor!

10/05/2025: We are a group of cyclists, even with dietary needs, so two of the group asked for a "coke" with two glasses, obviously we also ordered others. This request was followed by a denial from the waitress: "it's not possible...." We were about to get up, then to avoid starting a controversy we stayed and ordered two cokes, so one more than we needed. Next time we will go to the BAR opposite...

04/05/2025: Very disappointing. We went to Sishiro on a Saturday evening with 17 people. We ordered various cooked and raw dishes. Of these, mostly fried fish-based dishes and only two raw fish-based rolls immediately arrived at our table. After this first very "satiating" initial phase, the rest of the order was brought to us very slowly, everything with the exception of the special dishes we ordered. Instead of these, among the dishes served at a very slow pace, we were brought a roll containing ONLY fried breading (never requested and really not appreciated). Furthermore, during the evening, the bottles of wine we ordered were poured very generously by the glass. When asked to open yet another bottle, the owner saw fit to empty its contents into half the glasses at the table and open a second one without even asking for the consent of those who would then have to pay for it. Fortunately, when it was pointed out to him, he had the good sense to leave it at the table without charging her.. It's a shame that the receipt then ended up with a charge for an extra All you can eat menu.. all resolved by talking to the owner, for goodness sake.. but the feeling we all had is that in one way or another there was an attempt to make fun of us, playing on the confusion that a large table can generate.. first with the special dishes that never arrived at the table, then with the curtain of the wine, ending up with an unclear and incorrect bill... we don't behave like this, ever again

20/04/2025: Sicuramente ristorante su Brindisi numero uno..!!!!! Cucina super raffinata … sushi prelibato … davvero eccezionale.. la proprietaria raffinata e gentile.. accoglienza rara da trovare in altri posti.. 👍🏻👍🏻🥰🥰🥰❤️❤️❤️

21/06/2025: I grabbed two beers and asked a gentleman at the bar to kindly open them for me. He threw me the bottle opener and told me to open them myself. It was very rude and unprofessional. Don't come to this shithole. Shame on you!

24/04/2025: Family restaurant, professional staff and menu that offers and satisfies any request. We ordered an appetizer, a first course and a mixed fry in the middle. Excellent quality/price ratio, excellent dishes, beautiful and super abundant. REALLY EXCELLENT!! Excellent location less than 20 meters from the sea. Air-conditioned room suitable for small receptions. Highly recommended!! We will return at the first available opportunity.

01/07/2025: A unique experience Location immersed in the heart of Puglia, near Ostuni. Camping where you are in contact with nature, the mobile homes are all very clean and well-kept with air conditioning. Excellent beach and pool service. All the staff is always attentive to the customer's needs...
