Twice in two days… simply crazy

The pasta with mussels is excellent

Bad nights happen, and yesterday, at least for our table, was a bad night. It took us 30 seconds to get seated, but the menus arrived 15 minutes after we requested them. Once we ordered, we waited an hour for our two first courses. Both were good with excellent sauces. Another small flaw was when a group of 11 people arrived and the entire staff had to scramble to seat them. This was great for the restaurant, but less so for the customers, as we saw tables, chairs, and place settings running around, creating a bit of a mess. Finally, there's not much to say about the location, as the tables are on the square and it's very charming.

Each dish is prepared with the highest-quality ingredients, enhanced with care, passion, and great respect for tradition. Special praise goes to Tony, the extraordinary maître d' and sommelier. His elegance, expertise, and attention to detail made our evening truly special. His wine pairing suggestions were impeccable, enhancing each course with taste and refinement. It's rare to meet someone who makes every guest feel so welcomed and pampered. Impeccable service, a warm and authentic atmosphere, excellent cuisine, and a highly expertly curated wine list. An experience I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to experience true Puglian hospitality. Congratulations to the entire staff and a heartfelt thank you to Tony: we'll definitely be back!
