10/03/2026: DISAPPOINTED Too much confusion, the pizza wasn't the best, and it took over an hour to receive the pizzas... Making up for the delay with some practically burnt meatballs...

07/03/2026: Farina 32 Ostuni tennis club...we went tonight, and if I'd read the reviews first, I wouldn't have gone. The only redeeming feature is the pizzas: good, tasty...then the endless wait, and the waiters were incompetent. The guy taking the orders was probably placed there randomly. There were five of us, and we ordered two Neapolitan fried cuoppi, and some montanare, but the guy said, "No, we don't do those," without any further explanation. So I said, "Well, why don't you take them off the menu?" I asked for chicken nuggets for the little girl, and politely asked without chili sauce, but maybe if he could add some fries, and he said, "OK." We then ordered five pizzas. After a good 45 minutes and several reminders, the fried foods arrived...the only edible thing was the arancini, the rest was all frozen, not even warm, rubbery, and there was nothing Neapolitan about it. Maybe you've never been to Naples to eat. Naggets Without chips... my daughter starts eating them and at a certain point spits out saying "what is this stuff?" There was chili inside... so I always call the order boy and point out that I had asked for naggets without chili for the daughter and he, without a minimum of humility and courtesy, says to me "but these are not things we prepare, I wrote without chili but I didn't know it was in there... can't you find out? What if someone was intolerant now? You would have killed them but then in the kitchen how do you not notice?... and he kept saying that he didn't know what was on the menu, without saying "excuse me, I'll take it away" I ask the kitchen for something else etc... ridiculous. Then the pizzas...an eternity to get them, from 8pm when we arrived, we got them at 9:40pm.....we had to ask several times since there was also a 3-year-old girl at the table who needed to eat....and considering that when we arrived there were only three other tables.....afterwards it filled up and I can't imagine how long the others waited to eat. In any case, there are definitely better places in Ostuni, where courtesy and customer service are honored but above all, attentive to customer requests, with waiters with a minimum of common sense. If they don't change management, I don't think you'll last long. I definitely won't be going back.

06/05/2026: We took a punt on this restaurant as the only place open for food on the Sunday we arrived in Italy. I am so glad we did! Lovely staff and exceptional food at a very reasonable price.

11/05/2026: Ambiguous portions Relaxing place and excellent food quality, but a terrible experience regarding the final bill. • First course: We ordered linguine with sea urchins (single dish per person). Instead of serving us individual dishes, they brought a single "tub" to share. The result? We were charged €18 per person for a quantity of pasta that didn't justify the total price at all. • Fried food: We ordered three plates of fried food to share among six people, but on the bill, we found the cost of six whole fried foods. Basically, we paid double for half the amount. A real shame, considering the unprofessional handling of the dishes.

14/02/2026: A very disappointing experience! Even though we'd reserved a table the day before, the place was packed and there was no seating available. The worst part was that there were about thirty other people standing around waiting, all with tables booked for the same time slot. In the end, we left!

04/02/2026: Extremely friendly staff, always smiling and very friendly. First time with friends, and I'll definitely be back. The food was really good, well-prepared, and delicious.

13/09/2025: Quality, combination, clarity, presentation. Tutto perfetto. Mother and daughter (both incredibly beautiful) are in the kitchen. They cook the way we imagine real Italian cuisine to be. This clarity of dish, quality and ingredients, and precise preparation. They can tell when the pasta is al dente; they don't have to pluck a noodle out every minute to check the doneness. We ate deliciously; I'd give it a star. Plucked skate, served lukewarm with steamed fennel, olive oil, and salt. Mussels with risotto, rice, and tender boiled potatoes. Delicious broth. Then pasta with prawns and small, sun-ripened tomatoes. For the main course, sea bass, perfectly prepared, just a touch of olive oil. This is a hidden gem here in Puglia. We drank a bottle of wine with it: Cervaro from Antinori. Also a hidden gem. My absolute favorite wine. We'll be back, for sure. With a big hug ☺️🙏

03/06/2026: We went for lunch yesterday. It's a family-run restaurant. The food was truly good and homemade. The service was prompt and the meals were well-presented. The atmosphere was very family-friendly, and the prices were reasonable, despite it being a holiday destination. Compliments on everything.

23/05/2026: Honestly? The guy who usually takes reservations gives an approximate time, then gives a very short time limit to order and eat, since we barely had 40 minutes. Honestly, that's no way to work, we won't be back.

23/05/2026: Absolutely rude, I communicated our delay of 10-15 minutes and we were basically told after about 30 minutes we would have to leave the table as if we were walking ATMs... never again!!!

04/06/2026: The campsite that stole our hearts. What a lovely, cozy, child-friendly, well-equipped family campsite. I have rarely encountered such pleasant staff. Everyone greets you and is helpful. Front desk employee Danielle speaks fluent Dutch and her colleagues speaks English. Cozy bar with excellent coffee, sandwiches, and ice cream. Restaurant with a decent selection at low prices. Large, clean swimming pool and children's pool €3 per day; swimming caps are available for €2. Camping shop, washing machine, Free Wifi, possibility to freeze cool packs. Enough sanitary facilities with hot showers that are also cleaned twice a day. Free power hookups everywhere. Our cable was too short. I was allowed to borrow a cable from the campsite without extra charge. The beach along the camping is clean and there is continuous supervision by a lifeguard. There is also a beach bar with sunchairs. All the highlights in the Puglia region are reachable within about half an hour. We were allowed to choose a place in advance. We were a bit hesitant after reading other reviews. It was noticeable that this commentary concerned guests who were here outside the season. We didn't recognize any of this, but we were here in May/June. Because we liked it so much, we stayed longer. Absolutely recommended, Hans & Klara Paternotte Nederland

30/04/2026: A pleasant campsite, a little dated and a bit too compact. A little more space between campers, caravans, etc. would be nice. Parking outside is a bit inconvenient, and the walking distance is unnecessarily long. The self-service restaurant on site is good.

28/05/2026: If you're craving pizza, this place is the absolute best! Meatballs and Pork Chop Pizza 11/10. The meat is buttery, and the sauce is made with love and left to cook slowly and for a long time. 🤯🔥

14/04/2026: The best restaurant in Mesagne! Incredible pizzas, especially the braciola, you can't miss it; they make fresh pasta in many different ways. All the food is homemade, prepared with love and top-quality ingredients. We usually get takeout, but we've also eaten there, and it's a spotlessly clean and pleasant place. The ortolana and mushroom pizzas are our favorites, but they're all amazing! And you can't miss their desserts, either. It's a family business, with exquisite service, kindness, and expertise you won't find anywhere else. They're wonderful people, and everything made with love and heart tastes better. It's like going to your grandparents' house! 🩷🥰

05/02/2026: Pastry shop near the main square. It's known for its excellent coffee and excellent pastries (especially the delicious pasticciotti with various fillings), as well as for its cakes available for any occasion. The place is very clean and spacious, roughly divided between the dining area (including table service) and the artisanal workshop. The furnishings aren't brand new, but they're more than decent and well-maintained. The owner, Mr. Carlo, is very polite, affable, and brilliant. Prices are average. Highly recommended, especially for the legendary pasticciotti! 👍
