10/12/2025: A welcoming location in the beautiful historic center of Santo Stefano al Mare. The dishes, from appetizer to dessert, were all well-received, as was the excellent sparkling wine that accompanied them. The service was courteous and attentive.

18/11/2025: I ordered a filet mignon according to the menu, but received a shoe sole covered in grease. See photo. Not good, not bad. Absolutely average.

14/08/2025: PaninOsteria Enrico e Carmela in Brindisi is a superior street food experience: creative and generous sandwiches, extraordinary ingredients—the sausage and octopus sandwiches are two of the real stars—all at fair prices. The place is well-kept, the atmosphere welcoming, and the owners incredibly kind. Just be careful with the service; on busy nights or for deliveries, wait times can be longer, and the packaging deserves an upgrade. But if you're looking for a gourmet sandwich that will make you fall in love at first bite, this is the place.

14/07/2025: The sandwich meat was raw.... The proposed cut was with rocket and parmesan, but I only received the meat cut into pieces.

11/01/2026: Wide selection of both red and white pizzas. The pizza is good, with a light and digestible dough, although some corners have developed a charred edge that perhaps not everyone appreciates.

30/08/2025: I'm Cosima Mileto, the pizza is excellent as always, the service is excellent, the place is very elegant, and all in all everything was delicious and I wanted to give 6 stars only that they don't exist

14/03/2026: Very disappointing. We ordered the mixed fried baby octopus and calamari. There was no calamari, only baby octopus. I ordered the gnocchi with shrimp and burrata. I received three shrimp and half a burrata. What can I say? We were served the appetizer before our drinks. For the price, don't go! Only the location is worth it.

05/11/2025: Great place for the morning cup. The people here were so nice. It was hit and miss in Fasano with people being friendly but I loved the two women that were working here. They helped me with pronunciation of items in the counter as I'm trying to learn Italian.

01/02/2026: Eating while the owner was rushed and anxious wasn't exactly a pleasant experience. We were practically kicked out after half an hour because the table was being served to subsequent customers. We weren't told on the phone that we were supposed to have dinner with a timer! Never again! Rushing to cash in will lose you customers, because obviously we won't set foot in your restaurant again, and if we spread the word...

24/10/2025: A truly unique place, made truly charming by Marzia, Gianluca, and the very kind Laura. The food is varied, ranging from classic piadina to elaborate burgers. The evening aperitif is always accompanied by truly hearty appetizers.

08/03/2026: We came to this trattoria, if we can call it that, by chance, due to some personal issues. We were looking for a table for eight at the last minute, and after calling, we sat down. I'll start by saying that I'm sorry to write something unpleasant, but I have to, since you can't find places like this these days. The menu was really limited, with little choice, and no drinks. We ordered two platters of cured meats and cheeses, which were more for four people than eight, but the ridiculous thing was the price: €25 for a platter with slices of capocollo, three to five pieces of sausage, another cured meat, and six to seven pieces of cheese. A first course each, which was still small in quantity but adequate in flavor, and the meat was also adequate. A €3 cover charge for slow and terrible service. The food arrived after I'd asked for it three times, and it was always late. The guys seemed to be there by chance. They occasionally smoked outside while working, which isn't good. I hope it was just cigarettes. A liter of wine on tap costs €15, which seems like a steal to me; a half-liter costs €10. I'm truly speechless. Change your profession. This is coming from someone who's been in the industry for 25 years.

21/01/2026: I visited Chicche di Zia Rosa in Cisternino and had a truly memorable experience. The dishes were simply fantastic, meticulously crafted and full of authentic flavors. The service was exceptional, attentive without being intrusive. The owners are truly true restaurateurs, people who put passion and professionalism into everything they do. A place absolutely worth discovering.

05/03/2026: We came for lunch today expecting at least a normal lunch but were really disappointed. Started with their mixed antipasti which were quite good actually but our main course of pasta with prawns and mine with lobster were terrible! Wife's pasta with prawns tasted acidic and mine was rather bland with half of the lobster completely empty! I even searched to see if it was mixed in the pasta but naturally not the case. We even treated the waiter politely showing and telling him our disappointment but only got the reply that he is only the waiter. Ended our lunch paying 60.00 euros. The waiter told us he gave us a discount of 5.00 euros for the table charge without even telling us sorry for only the 18.00 euros and 2.50 euros of a bottle of water. Even a slight excuse for their uneatable main course would have permitted me to not write this recension but here I am.....

10/01/2026: Attention to raw materials and knowledge in the kitchen... there is no better place for fish in the area!

13/09/2025: Quality, combination, clarity, presentation. Tutto perfetto. Mother and daughter (both incredibly beautiful) are in the kitchen. They cook the way we imagine real Italian cuisine to be. This clarity of dish, quality and ingredients, and precise preparation. They can tell when the pasta is al dente; they don't have to pluck a noodle out every minute to check the doneness. We ate deliciously; I'd give it a star. Plucked skate, served lukewarm with steamed fennel, olive oil, and salt. Mussels with risotto, rice, and tender boiled potatoes. Delicious broth. Then pasta with prawns and small, sun-ripened tomatoes. For the main course, sea bass, perfectly prepared, just a touch of olive oil. This is a hidden gem here in Puglia. We drank a bottle of wine with it: Cervaro from Antinori. Also a hidden gem. My absolute favorite wine. We'll be back, for sure. With a big hug ☺️🙏

09/12/2025: Unfortunately, the great Carlino no longer rolls out the pizzas himself, so the quality is no longer the same, but his puccia with chops will always remain top notch.

17/11/2025: The establishment is located in an old oil mill with an authentic interior. It's quite interesting, the food is decent, but the pomegranate sorbet was somewhat underwhelming, and the ice cream with six pomegranate seeds is an acquired taste. But we had a nice time, so it's definitely worth a visit.
