29/11/2024: Spectacular pizzas and calzones to my taste, if you like them soft and with a high crust you're in the right takeaway pizzeria, just the prices are slightly high.

27/10/2024: Siamo stati in questo ristorante a pranzo in una splendida domenica di fine Ottebre. Appena arrivati ci ha accolto un ragazzo molto affabile di nome Nando. Gentilmente ci ha chiesto se pranzare dentro o fuori ma data la bella giornata soleggiata ci siamo accomodati nel Vicoletto, dove si respirava l'aria di una splendida cittadina come Carovigno. Il menù è tipico casereccio con piatti anche Gourmet. Nando ci ha consigliato in maniera molto professionale con un tocco di folclore che non guasta mai e rende l'ambiente gioviale ma soprattutto familiare. Abbiamo ordinato orecchiette alla pugliese con sugo e polpette e tanta cacioricotta oltre a pappardelle ai funghi porcini ed arrosto misto, da bere acqua naturale. Che dire, una prelibatezza, come gustare la cucina della nonna, superlativo. Il conto nella norma, servizio eccellente. Volevo sottolineare la sensibilità per chi è allergico o intollerante, Vito lo chef è stato accorto in tutto e per tutto. A proposito di chef....l'essere serviti, all'occorrenza da chi ti prepara con amore i tuoi piatti, non è da tutti i giorni. Grazie Vito!!! Ristorante consigliatissimo. Un plauso particolare a Nando che ti allieta la permanenza. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

03/05/2025: The food was terrible and when we wanted to pay separately with a bill of 170€ we were told we couldn't while there were also kids with only cards and no cash. The waiters were not helpful at all and most importantly we found a hair in the food and the bathroom was dirty! I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.

03/05/2025: The food was terrible we found hair in 4 different plates. Furthermore it only had one toilete that was really nasty, terrible and I wanted to puke by the smell. Also we bought each one, one pasta and the total was almost 200 euros. the portions were small and the waitress rude. It was loud and the service was slow like a sloth. Moreover they didn't let us pay hope only because they were bored. 20/08/2024: Sono venuta a conoscenza di questa struttura tramite internet e ho prenotato un ombrellone e due lettini per essere sicura di avere un luogo certo dove andare per la mia vacanza, sembrava essere fornito di tutti i confort di cui necessitavo o almeno era quello che si leggeva su internet ma aimé arrivati lì ho trovato una struttura vecchia a cui non viene fatta manutenzione, dei servizi igienici sporchi vecchi e non adatti alle esigenze delle persone ( in seguito a mie lamentele mi è stato detto di andare nei bagni comunali per strada se non mi stava bene). Docce a pagamento fatiscenti, addetto agli ombrelloni scortese e antipatico. Io ho scelto un lido attrezzato proprio per usufruire dei confort che può offrire altrimenti avrei scelto la spiaggia libera,che lì ce ne sono tantissime e stupende!

03/01/2025: Capitati per caso a pranzo a Capodanno, nonostante l’ore 14.00, siamo stati accolti con gentilezza. Bel locale pulito, buoni gli antipasti, Orecchiette nella media.

09/03/2025: La pizza più buona di Mesagne!... la mia preferita da anni! Lontana da tutte le pizzerie,ormai scontate con la tipica " pizza napoleta"di moda. ottimi ingredienti, leggera, gustosa, ottima lievitazione,inesistente la sensazione di pesantezza una volta mangiata, cotta al forno a legna, perfetta..BUONA BUONISSIMA STRABUONA! Bel posto e bella gente.

06/04/2025: I recently had the pleasure of having dinner with friends at the Don Carmelo restaurant at Tenuta di Al Bano Carrisi and I must say that it was a memorable gastronomic experience. First of all, a big applause to the chef Annamaria, whose culinary talent made each dish a masterpiece of flavours. The atmosphere of the restaurant is welcoming and the staff were extremely courteous and helpful, adding a positive touch to the whole experience. I also noticed a particular attention to the freshness of the ingredients, which were definitely evident in the dishes we tasted. I would highly recommend Don Carmelo to anyone wanting a high quality dining experience. I can't wait to return to try other delights on the menu! Thanks to Annamaria and the team for an extraordinary evening.

16/02/2025: Servizio lento, personale scocciato (con eccezione di un cameriere simpatico e socievole e un commis di sala molto giovane e dolce), cucina sotto la media. Non consigliato.

08/12/2024: Nice location, swimming pool not very large although I would have expected cleaner water at 10.00 am. All in all in the lawn area (here only adults pay, there are no sunbeds but they provide chairs and a table) it is cooler than by the pool but constantly disturbed by the presence of lots of flies... maybe a disinfestation treatment? Normal prices.

05/09/2024: Sublime experience. Tranquility, beautiful swimming pool and good food for a complete lunch break. It is an experience that, both personally and with our family, we do again every year! Highly recommended.
