I'm from Brindisi and I've been going to this place for several years. I have been living in Milan for 13 years and I am always traveling around the world, so I only come back to Puglia 4-5 days a year. However, in those 4-5 days, A STOP AT THE OSTERIA DEL TEMPO PERSO IS MANDATORY! The food is outrageously good! Refined and refined recipes. Excellent wine cellar. I will travel the world, I will eat any dish, but honey-lacquered black pork ribs will always be in my top 3 favorite dishes! Annamaria, Antonello and all the staff are courteous and welcoming, taking an interest in the customer's well-being. Advised!

Despite some reservations, my experience at the restaurant was generally positive. The place is typical and the choice of wines and dishes was excellent. However, the price was a bit high. Additionally, we were disappointed not to be placed in the basement as planned when we booked, even though we had made this request in advance to get the full experience. Despite this, we still had a good time and enjoyed our meal.

Fabulous food in a fab location. Pre-booking required since the restaurant is kind of famous after being featured in quite a few international newspapers & Magazins. A bit more pricey than the average Osteria in Ostuni but worth every penny.

High quality tavern! The place is truly fascinating and evocative. Very kind and prepared staff. Very good food, perhaps I would have appreciated something more fish-based, in general super recommended!

We (2 couples) went to this place last Sunday. What can I say...very kind staff...really very very nice place...food all very good and in the right portions...right final price. 5 stars deserved and I recommend going there if you find yourself passing through Ostuni.

Very nice and welcoming place. Suggestive in its niches and furnishings. Always attentive, helpful and professional service. Excellent quality of food with simple traditional dishes with very balanced tastes and very well plated. The wine list is unfortunately divided into simple and very affordable wines and high quality wines with obviously very high prices. In my opinion, an intermediate line would be missing. However, excellent selection of all regions.

Domenica siamo stati a pranzo in questo famoso ristorante, ubicato nel centro storico di Ostuni. Premetto che in questo caso il mio giudizio non è condizionato dall’ affetto che riservo nei confronti dei titolari del ristorante , in quanto loro clienti da 40 anni, insieme a tutta la mia enorme famiglia . Gli antipasti non sono più tanti , ma bisogna scegliere singolarmente quelli che ci attraggono maggiormente . Noi abbiamo optato per i funghi in un recipiente di pane, nella tartarre al tartufo e nei fiori di zucca fritti ripieni di ricotta: VOTO 9 Primo, orecchiette di grano arso con cime di rapa e acciughe , VOTO 10 Secondo di brasato , eccezionale , tenero come un burro , VOTO 10 Dolce, crema chantilly e babà, VOTO 10 COMPLIMENTI, SIETE SEMPRE AL TOP !!!

Location in pieno centro di Ostuni vecchia in una stradina che pullula di ristorantini interessanti. Il locale è ricavato nel calcare della roccia di base della città vecchia. Molto confortevole e caratteristico. Servizio celere e cortese. Con alcuni piatti sfiziosi e originali (ad esempio la burrata in pasta kataif) la cucina è però una delusione. Un piatto di pasta conle vongole assolutamente scipito e immangiabile. Conto fuori misura. Alla fine una delusione
