07/07/2026: A terrible experience, to say the least. The wait for our order was about 30 minutes, despite the restaurant being completely empty on a Saturday night. This was all due to the fact that the waitress was also the cook. The potato croquettes were completely black (I hope they were burned, but I think it was mostly because the oil was used), the vegetable pizza was completely burned, the zucchini were topped with mint (obviously leftover from some unsold vegetable side dish), and what if I had an allergy? The Caprese pizza was tasteless. All of this was topped off with 1-liter bottled water from Eurospin, which we were charged €2 for. Typically, a restaurant's goal is to keep customers coming back, but perhaps here they think the best way to run a restaurant is to drive them away.

02/07/2026: I absolutely do not recommend this place, he did not give us a menu, he made us choose between 3 first courses and 2 second courses, water in the jug and tea from the md, an exaggerated slowness in serving 2 hours to eat, sausages cooked slowly in his opinion and arrived burnt, exaggerated bill obviously without a menu and obviously he sets the price he wants, hard bread... in short, to be avoided.

28/07/2026: We had a mixed platter of cured meats and cheeses, two large pucce, and top-notch beer and organic wine! Highly recommended! We'll definitely be back.

27/07/2026: I discovered this place by chance, a bit vintage but I must say that the pucce were extremely tasty and delicious, the owner is a very nice person, he is truly the patron saint of the puccia..😁, I will return again to try other tastings..

12/08/2026: We had a reservation for 5, and after 25 minutes, there was still no table, and the response was still "wait, we'll check." If a table is reserved for a certain time, I expect it to be ready for those who booked at that time. And if there are people sitting at that table immediately before the time it's reserved, they should be asked to leave.

07/08/2026: The pizzas were huge and generously topped... We didn't finish them, so they gave us a box to take them home. The staff is very kind and friendly. I highly recommend it and we'll gladly return if we're ever in the area. And dogs are very welcome.

03/08/2026: "Your event in perfect Apulian style" is the slogan at "Fagiano." It's a shame that the panzerotti, a symbol of Apulian cuisine, tasted like frozen ones at my daughter's wedding catering. We also received criticism for the Chateaubriand (a prime cut of meat), which certainly wasn't tender, for the "warm" fruit, and for the "mediocre" wedding cake. I expected excellence given its reputation...

25/07/2026: A simply extraordinary experience, far beyond our expectations. We chose Il Fagiano for our wedding dinner at Masseria Capece and couldn't have asked for anything better. Ebe and Silvana guided us through the planning with truly exceptional professionalism, availability, and attention, helping us create a dinner that perfectly reflected our vision. The evening included a buffet, followed by a seated dinner, and every moment was handled impeccably. Everything was organized with great care, elegance, and precision, from the timing of the service to the presentation of the dishes, to the attention given to the guests. A special thank you goes to all the staff, who stood out for their extraordinary kindness. Always smiling, polite, discreet, and attentive, they made us feel truly pampered throughout the evening. We, the newlyweds, naturally engrossed in greetings, photographs, and a thousand emotions, always had something to eat: they brought us full plates, reminded us to stop for a moment, and constantly made sure we lacked nothing. We greatly appreciated this attention to detail and it allowed us to enjoy the celebration with peace of mind, without sacrificing dinner. The quality of the food, the service, and the attention to every detail were truly exceptional. Our guests also gave us countless compliments, both on the dishes and on the professionalism and kindness of the staff. Il Fagiano played a fundamental role in making our wedding special, welcoming, and unforgettable. We sincerely thank Ebe, Silvana, and the entire team for accompanying us with such expertise and kindness. We would choose them again without hesitation and recommend them wholeheartedly.

22/05/2026: Pizza half raw and half burnt, in the description a "normal pizza" for 18 EURO, in reality a pizza full of stuff that only made me indignant, the stuffed crust for "only" 4€, I will never go back there again

18/05/2026: In a charming location (both inside and in an outdoor gazebo on one of Brindisi's main streets), you can enjoy excellent dishes, both seafood and meat. I enjoyed the cacio e pepe (truly delicious) and the mixed antipasti (abundant). The staff is friendly and courteous. Reservations are recommended on weekends. The price is average.

07/08/2025: Very friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere, but the food was truly subpar. I ordered cold tomato and raw scampi soup, which was a gazpacho with just cucumber and one scampi (which was also hard to find). Then there were packets of fish of the day—perhaps the Findus fish fingers were the fish of the day!

18/08/2026: The food is perfect, especially appreciated by my friends from the north and my concierge. The Margherita pizza with potatoes was especially appreciated because it was cooked to perfection, looked delicious, and above all, much better than other pizzerias. (Plus, they slice the pizzas.) The atmosphere is pure as the soul, and I admit it's very nice to come here, especially because of the decor. As for the service, it's excellent: polite, friendly, and also fast. The price is very reasonable and average for the menu, which is also very concrete and precise.

13/06/2026: The property is seafront, a perfect location for getting around. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. The staff is very friendly, and the breakfast is top-notch! If I really had to find a flaw, it would be the room was a bit noisy, both from traffic and the restaurant below. It's a bit annoying if you leave the windows open, but with them closed, there's absolutely no noise. You can't hear anything. The sea view is wonderful. We'll definitely be back.

Kudos also to Chef Stefano, who prepares every dish with passion, care, and attention to detail, showcasing the authentic flavors of true Ostuni cuisine. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience tradition and quality.

16/11/2025: Their Pinsa Romana was a real taste experience: The dough was airy and napoli tasty, the base was roman-crispy and the bite impressively, just authentic as the friendly pizza baker owner. Highly recommended - ideal in best near to the beach.
