The pasta dish was good but not very filling.
The dumplings were delicious.
The dishes were a bit pricey for this small town.

We had lunch at this restaurant in Cisternino, and everything was perfect! The food,the atmosphere and the staff all deserve the highest praise. The steak was absolutely outstanding.We highly recommend it!

Excellent trattoria in the historic center of Cisternino. Truly superb food.
The orecchiette with tomato sauce is a must, and the bombette are excellent. 3⭐️ for the service because they focus too much on filling the tables. On two occasions when we were talking to the owner, we were abandoned, our conversation interrupted to accommodate new customers. What a shame... 4⭐️ for the atmosphere, because while eating outside, our table was very slanted, with the constant risk of spilling our glasses. Overall, an excellent dining experience. Well done!

A charming place. Cisternino is touristy, but not overly so. Wandering through its alleys, you can still find women sitting outside their front doors drinking coffee. The tables at this restaurant are spread out along these alleys, and it's all very charming. We had the bombette and the meatballs with tomato sauce.
Everything was delicious.
It's definitely a restaurant that thrives on tourism, but it doesn't fall into the trap of being too touristy.

We enjoyed a delicious lunch. The carpaccio is delectable, the menu is very extensive, and the place is really super cozy. You sit in a nice Italian street that is super atmospheric. Highly recommended!

A charmingly maintained restaurant tucked away in a narrow lane right near the center (Cisternino is completely underrated, moderately touristy, but as pretty as its famous neighbors Locorotondo and Alberobello). Friendly, attentive service and excellent food. We had orecchiette with cime di rappa, as well as the Bombette Innovazione (three different bombettes) – all superb. The semifreddo croccantino was the icing on the cake!
Reservations are recommended if you want a good table in the lane.

Location and food 🔝, the bombette were delicious!!! Claudia, the waitress who served us... was fantastic and kind throughout the entire dinner. The gentleman at the reception was also very friendly (I don't remember his name, sorry).
Absolutely recommended.
