A welcoming and authentic trattoria where you immediately feel at home. The orecchiette with brasciole sauce is the highlight: flavorful, well-cooked, and with a rich, traditional sauce. The bombette are also excellent! The appetizers are generous and authentic, perfect for a starter. The service is friendly and the atmosphere is family-friendly. A simple yet truly satisfying place.

Wonderful location in the heart of Cisternino. I would call this restaurant an emblem of Apulian culture and local traditions. The beautifully designed interior makes you feel right at home in Puglia. The food is truly excellent, filling, and the dishes are truly top-notch, all typical of Puglia. The orecchiette with ragù are out of this world, as are the meats. The price is fair, and the service is very helpful and efficient! Definitely try it if you're in Cisternino; it will make your day! Top notch!

First off, why are women traveling alone always humiliated in restaurants by being seated in the furthest corner or next to the toilet, meaning given the worst table? The staff needs to finally understand that this is unacceptable. The Bombette and Verdura grillada were good, but the wine was ice-cold, making your teeth hurt. In conclusion, I'd give it another try.

We went there on Monday evening, everything was very authentic, top-notch bombette, fava beans and chicory were a real specialty, the guy who served us was really friendly, they even let us take a box away because we were in a hurry and couldn't stay any longer. Recommended!
