Located in the city center yet on some very picturesque streets. The waitress was very friendly and the typical food we ordered was very good (bombettes and meat with local cheese accompanied by vegetables).

Excellent steakhouse. The selection is vast, and the local specialty, "bombettes," is superb. I also recommend the house wine, which is very chilled, pairs well with the meat, and is a welcome relief from the summer heat.

We made a short stop in Cisternino and had the Antipasto della Casa for lunch. It was more than enough to keep us going for the rest of the day and gave us the chance to taste a wide variety of delicious local specialties. Everything was fresh and authentic. The location is beautiful as well, making it a perfect place to enjoy a relaxing lunch.

Excellent restaurant in the heart of Cisternino. At first, given the large number of foreign tourists at the tables, we were a little hesitant. However, this delightful restaurant in the center was a great surprise. Good, quality food. Excellent value!

04/04/2026: We received a very warm welcome at this charming, intimate little restaurant. The service was impeccable. The food was excellent, with surprising aromas and spices. Luckily, there weren't many of us, as the dining room is quite noisy. Thank you very much.
02/04/2026: Lovely little restaurant. A definite must-try: the tiramisu. Trust me. It's a real eye-catcher.
