22/04/2025: Sono stato in questo locale a pranzo, in gruppo (eravamo 15 persone). Location carina, non molto grande ma comunque accogliente. Menu che offre prodotti locali, quasi tutto a base di carne e formaggi. Punto positivo: tutti i piani sono senza lattosio. Essendo in gruppo abbiamo fatto un mix di antipasti, nello specifico tagliere di salumi e formaggi, salsiccia di cavallo in umido, tartare di asino e polpette. Come piatto principale io ho mangiato lo stracotto di pecora che ha richiesto molto tempo, ma ne è valsa la pena. Assaggiato anche gli ziti, buoni! Abbiamo anche assaggiato le bombette, fritte e quindi non quelle classiche. Tra i dolci ho provato la pastiera, che meritava. Bevuto vari vini (8 bottiglie in tutto). Prezzi onesti.

05/05/2025: We ate a pizza for lunch during the kite festival on Sunday 4 May. The place is still being set up for the summer season but the atmosphere, despite the massive presence of people, was calm. The pizza has a very light dough with the right consistency. I recommend the Salinella with tuna, red onion and capers, very good. We will definitely be back.

25/05/2025: Amo la cucina vegana e questo ristorante la rispecchia pienamente ! Il servizio è stato impeccabile e il personale è stato molto gentile educato e disponibile. Il menu offre una vasta gamma di opzioni vegane creative e deliziose,anche con piatti fuori menù preparati dallo chef . Il prezzo è stato più che ragionevole considerando la qualità e la quantità del cibo. Suggerisco vivamente a tutti gli amanti della cucina vegana questo posto ma non solo!

19/05/2025: Very nice typical restaurant located inside the historic center of Minervino Murge, entrance on a loggia covered by shade sails that also accommodates a number of seats outside that look out onto a beautiful panorama between falcons that flutter at sidereal heights: beautiful show. The two rooms are very welcoming and elegantly furnished but the most appreciated thing is obviously the typical cuisine of the place skillfully revisited and made a real show for the sight and above all for the taste: everything excellent and well served. Highly, but highly recommended!

20/05/2025: My favorite pizzeria, one of those that no longer exist, delicious antipasti al carrello, superlative panzerotti and pizza and then there are them Nicola, Piero, Spillo and all the collaborators who are very good. For those nostalgic for the 80s it is the best.

02/05/2025: The place is not too big but the quality of the ingredients is so high that it is rare in most pizzerias. We got two pizzas, a coke and a Hacker beer. Total price 28.50 (Diavola 9, frankfurters and chips 9.5, coke 2.5, hackers 3.5, covers 2 euros each). Everything is fantastic but I want to leave some advice to the pizzeria: in my opinion the menu is too short, only the particular things are there and for example the classic pizzas are missing because they are taken for granted... I didn't like this. Secondly, the tomato purée on the pizza had whole pieces of tomato, in short for many it may be a plus point, but for me it wasn't the best because on a classic pizza I would prefer it very velvety. Apart from this, top quality and excellent cleanliness of the place. We will definitely be back!

14/02/2025: Ho ordinato una consegna a domicilio tramite Glovo e fin qui tutto bene… ho chiamato il locale specificando di essere incinta e di avere un’occhio di riguardo per quanto riguarda la cottura della carne.. inutile dire che la carne è arrivata cruda all’interno, se non me le fossi accorta avrei rischiato la vita del mio bambino (chi è informato sa cosa si rischia!) stato molto attenti!

22/02/2025: Barletta, 21 February 2025 - Last Friday, the former students of section B of the State Industrial Technical Institute of Barletta, who attended the school between 1976 and 1981, met for a reunion that brought together 17 former classmates, now adults, with different stories and life paths, but linked by a common thread: the memories of youth and the experiences shared at school. The event, organized with great enthusiasm by a group of former students, took place at the restaurant "Il fornaio dei mulini Vecchi", a place where the dinner was wonderful for which I sincerely thank you for the hospitality and splendid organization. All participants were happy and visibly appreciated. And this contributed to creating a magical atmosphere, already in itself full of emotion, with warm hugs and smiles that lit up the faces of those who hadn't seen each other for decades.

03/05/2025: Nice find. El Mar in Bisceglie was a providential detour. Pleasant place with colors that orbit between nautical and Cuban. Kind welcome and a welcome of spicy breasts with olives. The menu presented on the blackboards placed between the tables as well as the one on the wall is characteristic. The kitchen is open to view, which is an added value. The desired dish was the paella with flavors of the sea which fully met expectations. Varied and well adorned with scampi, prawns, calamari, clams, mussels, all strengthened by the flavor of saffron. The cuisine is a personalized balance between Italian and Caribbean cuisine, with international influences acquired during chef Ariel's training. Fish, basically, is what the catch of the day offers. Having concluded the experience of paella del Mar down to the last grain of rice, the curiosity to try something more exotic pushed us to try the cod fillet with coconut sauce. A delicate combination of flavors between a slice of freshly pan-fried sweet fillet and a subsequent immersion in coconut sauce which thickens in a communion of flavours. When plating, a shower of black sesame seeds and dried flowers. To close a Jamaican cherry. Overall result, nothing short of heavenly.

29/12/2024: Assolutamente tutto fantastico, cibo veramente squisito e delizioso, locale curatissimo e musica più che gradevole, assolutamente da provare
