I consider Fermento one of the best pizzerias in Bisceglie, if not the best!

24/02/2025: I've gotten takeaway pizzas twice since the new management (end of 2024) and both times they got the wrong pizza. The first time for a pizza with two ingredients they forgot one, the second time I asked for a pizza without mozzarella because my son doesn't eat it and they gave me mozzarella. I had to remove all the ingredients from the pizza, remove every trace of mozzarella from the pizza base and the ingredients it was stuck to, then I had to put the sauce and ingredients back in and put it back in the oven. If I wanted to make the pizza myself, I didn't come to buy it.
It also dripped oil, too heavy.
The old management of this Pizzeria (when it was called Strike) worked very well and in fact the reviews up to 2024 refer to that pizzeria.

Mi piace molto il loro caffè e i pasticcini con amarena e panna.

The staff, kind and helpful, welcomed us immediately.
We tasted local dishes of the highest quality, surrounded by the culinary knowledge of the owner, a very sweet and helpful person.
The proposed house wine is excellent and healthy.
It's a mandatory stop!
Highly recommended.

Truly top choice of music: the very talented singer Rossella Quarto managed to give pure emotions as well as involving all the guests.
Truly superb dishes prepared by the chef impeccably reflect the Apulian cuisine with a touch of modernity that doesn't hurt, but rather surprises. What can I say? Everything is truly top!!! Compliments to Mrs. Mariangela and all the staff!!! A New Year's Eve like this is not easily forgotten 🥳🥳🥳🥂🥂🥂👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼Well done everyone!!! Ad maiora!!!
21/10/2024: On the road that connects Trani to Bisceglie. Recommended place for parties such as graduation, baptism, communion, with closed room and also outdoor space for the summer months. The room does not have large spaces but despite this there is space to have fun and have a place for music. Beautiful, well cared for with many details. Friendly and helpful staff, as regards the menu we ate well-made dishes, simple but at the same time reflecting typical Italian cuisine, appetizer with octopus carpaccio and vegetables, paccheri with clams, a tortello with turnip greens and stracciata cream... all good..
As for the rooms, I can't comment because I didn't have the opportunity to see or try them.
