Quality fresh food. Family-run place, the owner with the hat (at least we think it's the owner) too original but nice! Clean environment, honest prices. We recommend it!

A pleasant discovery of the beautiful Minervino Murge. Family-run restaurant with precise and attentive staff. We enjoyed a complete lunch which included various appetizers, a first course of troccoli with cardoncelli mushrooms paired with a cream of grass peas, a second course of roast pork with mushrooms, fruit, desserts and coffee. The dishes reflect tradition but revisited. Excellent value for money. The abundant lunch did not stop us from returning in the evening to enjoy the fried panzerotti comfortably seated, being able to choose the filling, with Minervino sausage and cardoncelli mushrooms. Also worth returning to try the pizza since they have a wood-fired oven in which they prepare the bread that they serve at the table.

Ambiente ordinato, pulito. Cucina, semplice, genuina, gustosa. Personale garbato, corretto. Piatti e portate sobrie, MOLTO. Pizzeria di paesello dal conto salato, NOTEVOLE.

Da provare il panzerotto fritto, squisito

Sono stato di domenica a pranzo con la mia famiglia e devo dire che il posto è tranquillo, il proprietario cordiale e disponibile ; ottimi sia gli antipasti misti che la carne abbinata ad ottimi contorni di stagione come i funghi cardoncelli alla brace, i peperoni cruschi, le rape e le olive fritte. Tutto bene e tutto ottimo. Bravi!!
