30/11/2025: I love this gem, a small, private, very welcoming and intimate place. The pizza is delicious, never boring, always made with carefully selected, high-quality ingredients. It's not like any other pizzeria, but a great alternative to a casual dinner.

16/09/2025: A very cute and quaint place, especially popular in the summer because it's a quaint courtyard outside. The interior is a bit small. We only had pettole (which were good) and a piadina. The menu is typical pub fare. Service is a bit slow, but I'd definitely go back.

09/06/2025: Esperienza positiva in questo posto molto particolare e carino per una cena con un'amica. Già l'esterno è molto caratteristico, dentro lo è ancora di più, e c'è anche un bel giardino. Cibo buono come anche il servizio. Personalmente ho scelto un frittino misto, con porzioni molto generose e una buona tagliata di manzo. Consigliato!

10/03/2026: Incredible prices, delicious food, perfect hospitality, and touching kindness. An impromptu business lunch booked 30 minutes in advance. We had a wonderful time; the traditional cuisine was truly delicious and the prices were VERY competitive. The owner, a delightful and cheerful person, introduced us to the phenomenal pasticciotto cake. If you have the chance, trust me, have lunch here; you won't regret it.

05/01/2026: I go there regularly with my family to enjoy the traditional Salento dishes, which are delicious and plentiful. The service is commendable, with the owner, Aldino, always friendly and convivial, attentive to every customer's request. The atmosphere is familiar and homey, making you feel at ease, and the prices are affordable. We hope this continues for a long time...

21/04/2026: Such a lucky find, I came across this gem while wondering through the back streets. It's position is excellent, quiet rustic streets, real southern Italy. The food however is even better. With a nod to local favourites the chef just elevates and some more. Service was quick but not rushed, friendly and so helpful. This is my new place to stop between Brindisi airport and my holiday home.

18/10/2025: La Gràmola translated as OASIS OF PEACE 🩵 We'd always heard about this wonderful place until one summer day we went to try it, partly because I was looking for a place for my son's special day. And YES, as soon as I walked in, I fell in love! I went for dinner and the atmosphere was so warm and peaceful. Even though the place was full, as soon as the food arrived, I felt at home... and without thinking twice, I decided to reserve it for that day. Of course, returning during the day changes the atmosphere and it's even more beautiful because this wonderful place is surrounded by greenery, and here I fell in love for the second time. For my son's baptism, everything went great, EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. The excellent traditional dishes, fresh products, and above all the homely atmosphere offered by the owner DONATO, FABIOLA, and her waiters FABIO and LAURA. My guests were delighted with what they ate, the place, and everyone's professionalism, and I...
